Hello. I am Evgeniy and Warzone is the first shooter game I started playing. After a quick break to make coffee, I returned to find my account blocked. I am uncertain why this occurred and would appreciate assistance in resolving the issue. I recently installed Malwarebytes antivirus on my computer, which could be causing the misunderstanding. Additionally, when using a friend's account, I encountered difficulties in locating the game on my computer. I am eager to continue playing Warzone and seek guidance on how to address this situation.

I have two Activision accounts. My old account holds all my progress and my Xbox profile. I created a new account due to changing my email, not knowing I could update it on my old account. I unlinked my Xbox from the old account to link it to the new one. However, after doing this, I found all my progress was missing, except for my COD points. I can't link my Xbox back to the old account until next year. I need help transferring data from my old account to the new one, or moving my Xbox profile from the new account to the old one to link all other accounts. I also want to change the email on the old account to match the one on the new account.

Hello, I had trouble logging into my Playstation with my Activision account on Friday, December 17, [redacted]. The system prompted me to sign in again, indicating that my email address was linked to another account. After checking the Call of Duty app, I noticed that someone else's Playstation account was using my Activision account, where I have invested significant time and money. Unfortunately, due to restrictions, I cannot remove this link but once every 12 months. The player who accessed my account without authorization is "IIMGOD1." Despite my attempts to contact them directly, I have not received a response. I have reported this issue to Activision and obtained a case number ([redacted]64). However, I was informed that the account recovery process will require additional investigation and may take longer than anticipated. I am eagerly awaiting any updates while appreciating your understanding. Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with accessing matchmaking games on my account. After doing some research online, it seems that I might have been shadow banned. I am a mouse and keyboard player with a .88 KD in Warzone and even lower in multiplayer matches. I am confused as to why this may have happened. There are mentions online that once my account is reinstated, I may be placed in lobbies with other players who are cheating. While I am skeptical of information on the internet, I have invested a significant amount of money into this game since its release during the pandemic. I am seeking clarity on this situation as it is causing me uncertainty and frustration.

Arriving home, I discovered my account has been permanently banned without any explanation. A devoted customer, I've invested hundreds of dollars in Warzone and countless months grinding for skins and stats. My conduct has been ordinary; I haven't insulted others or engaged in any hacking. I fail to comprehend the grounds for my ban. This unjust action has abruptly erased months of dedication. I request the reinstatement of my account. If I unknowingly transgressed, a warning would have been appropriate. Clarity regarding the ban's rationale is also requested. This situation has left me deeply upset, and I am grateful for any assistance provided in resolving this matter.

I tried to access Call of Duty Cold War, but the Activision login page appeared, asking me to sign in or register to play. I have been registered for years. I attempted to enter my email and password, but it didn't work. I tried to create a new password, but I haven't received the email for the reset. When I try to log in from Xbox, it takes me back to the initial page. I followed the procedure for a compromised account, created a new one, reported everything to support, and hope to recover my old account. I am waiting.

I am having issues with linking my Activision account between PlayStation and Xbox. I seem to have incorrectly linked my accounts and now need third-party assistance to unlink them. Although on my Activision account it shows both are linked correctly, my Xbox account has all my stats, and I want my main account to be the one on my newly bought PlayStation. My primary account details are tied to my Xbox account, and I want to ensure I do not lose my data or friends list when switching to the PlayStation. To resolve this, I would like my original Xbox account to be merged with my PlayStation account. Here are the email addresses associated with each account: Activision account email: [redacted] Gamertag: dutch_crunch3 Email of the account I want to merge with: [redacted] Gamertag: lil brice vert

I'm experiencing an issue with my Activision account. A few days ago, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that my email or password was invalid. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to reach out today. Is it possible to unlink my Facebook account from the current Activision account and link it to a different one? Thank you.

Since December 17, [redacted], until today, January 1, [redacted], I have not received any response regarding my hacked Activision account. I have provided all necessary information after the incident occurred while playing Warzone. During the game, my screen suddenly went black, and I was kicked back to the main menu with a message stating my Call of Duty account had been unlinked. On December 17, [redacted], at around 2:31 pm, I received an email confirming the change of the email address associated with my Call of Duty account to 'Executed#[redacted].' This situation is new to me, and I am eager to regain access to my account as I have dedicated a lot of time and money to it over the years, including unlocking camos and purchasing bundles. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence, such as video clips and screenshots, to support my case. Please assist me in recovering my account, which I have been using since the days of BO3.

On January 2nd, [redacted], my Activision account was compromised. I logged in to play Call of Duty and was prompted to sign in, which I never do. I contacted Activision support through chat and was informed that my account was hacked because the email associated with it was changed. I urgently need help to recover my account as all my game progress and stats are linked to it. I have been trying to resolve this issue with no success, causing me great frustration as I am unable to play with my friends. A technician mentioned that with my user ID "jsboricua" and the original email "[redacted]" linked to the account, the problem can be fixed. Please, Activision, assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Ross E., and I have been playing Call of Duty: Warzone on my Xbox One since the start of the last lockdown. Recently, I built a new PC using second-hand components. Upon logging into my account on the new PC, I seem to have been shadow banned. I am experiencing high ping in lobbies and unable to find games. I have not violated any Activision rules, cheated, or boosted my profile. I would appreciate an explanation as to why I am unable to participate in normal multiplayer matches. I have purchased multiple battle passes, and my in-game stats do not reflect any illegitimate activity. My Activision ID is RossEasson#[redacted]. I kindly request a prompt review of this situation.

My Xbox froze on the green loading screen, and I had to do a hard restart. Opting to keep all my games to save progress, I encountered trouble as I realized I had an Activision account but forgot the password. Despite requesting a new password via email, I never received it. This caused me to lose all my progress in Call of Duty Warzone and Cold War, which was disappointing after the hard work I invested. I remember my user ID and only use 2 specific emails, so I'm unsure why it's challenging to recover my old account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Hello Activision, I reached out to your customer support via email on December 10, [redacted], regarding an issue with my COD account. When I tried to log in, I was prompted to input my credentials again and was informed that my email/password combination was incorrect or did not exist, hinting that my account had been tampered with. After waiting for 6 days, I received an email stating that my account recovery request needed further investigation and could take longer than expected. It has now been over 3 weeks without any follow-up. While I understand the high volume of requests you receive, I kindly ask for an update on my case. I've lost all my progress in COD ColdWar and COD MW, including valuable in-game items I purchased. Any information on the status of my Account Recovery Request case #[redacted]47 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While playing solo zombies, my screen suddenly went black. I initially thought it was a connection issue, but to my surprise, I found out that I had been banned for 1.6 million minutes. This ban does not seem to be decreasing. The incident occurred on Wednesday at approximately 8:30 PM. I visited the enforcement page to check for the violation, but I couldn't find any specific rule I had broken. I mainly play with friends and rarely engage in online play. Interestingly, I noticed multiple reports from other players who claim they were falsely banned around the same time as me. Although I have been a loyal supporter of your games for a long time, experiencing such random bans has made me reconsider my desire to continue playing.

I encountered an issue when logging into Call of Duty Cold War on Xbox One on December 26, [redacted]. Upon signing into my Activision account to re-link it with my Xbox account, my previous account (Display name: ialopo#[redacted]) was wiped or compromised. The display name was changed to ialopo#[redacted] without my authorization. Before this incident, I was at level [redacted], purchased the battle pass, and had made progress on mastering 13 out of 29 weapons through legitimate means - no cheats, mods, or hacks were used. This issue also affected my Call of Duty Modern Warfare account. I tried logging into it and encountered the same display name change. I have been a loyal player of Call of Duty games and never faced such a problem before. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account and progress.

I've been attempting to finish the challenge for the Wakizashi weapon in Cold War. I've reached the last required match and upon completion, the in-game message confirms that I've finished the challenge. However, after returning to the menu, it appears that the challenge is not marked as complete, and I still need to do one more match to unlock the weapon. This frustrating situation has occurred in the last ten matches. I am unable to progress and unlock any camos for the weapon without obtaining the base weapon first, which the game is not awarding me despite completing the challenge multiple times. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue and provide me with the weapon in-game as I rightfully deserve it after numerous attempts to complete the challenge. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Dear Support Team, On 01-15-[redacted], my Activision account under the email [redacted] was stolen. I submitted a recovery request on the same day through Activision support. The thief changed the account email to [redacted] and linked it to PSN account XZXZXZVQ2 without my consent. My battle.net account [redacted] with gamertag Nitronory#[redacted] is still linked to the stolen account. I believe the thief cannot remove this link due to two-way verification. They tried to connect via PSN but I've been able to prevent access. They changed the gamertag to Love fros#[redacted]. I created a new Activision account [redacted] with gamertag Nitronory#[redacted]. I wish to transfer my progress and purchases from the stolen account to this new one. Please contact me at [redacted] or +32 [redacted] 41 83 41 (Belgium) for further assistance. Thank you, Claude Heirweg

My account was compromised, and I need assistance unlinking it to file an online ticket. The hackers used 5,[redacted] COD points, a temporary email, and connected a battle net account. They deleted my friends, added themselves, and changed my Activision ID to "jamaal too good." I regained access by resetting the password and disabling their 2-way verification. I want Activision to unlink the accounts, including the one linked to "jamaal." I can provide the email, Activision ID, and potentially the hacker's battle net ID. I cannot start the online ticket until my account is unlinked. Also, I wish to dispute the COD points spent as they were used to buy bundles for the new friend added to my account.

Hello, I wanted to raise awareness about the increasing levels of cheating and hacking in this game. Despite my efforts to report these incidents to Activision through Instagram, I have received no response or assistance. 1. Tonight, yet again, hackers ruined the entire game, and I have video evidence of this happening. 2. I urge the gaming community to consider investing in anti-hack software or creating a dedicated department to handle reports and ban offending accounts. An email reporting system that allows the upload of videos for evidence could also be beneficial in combating this issue. 3. I hope this message reaches someone who values the integrity of the game and its players. It is essential to address these concerns to maintain the game's quality and retain loyal players who invest time and money into it. Best regards
