I recently experienced an issue with a package delivery to the address 4 Kilrule Fife Park, Strathkinness High Road, St Andrews KY16 9LY. The package contained a "LIVIVO Magnetic Car Windscreen Cover Protects Against Frost Ice and Snow on Windshield with Carry Bag Included" and was marked as delivered on December 2nd. Despite the status update on my account, I have not yet received the item. It seems that it might have been delivered to the wrong person or address. The package was intended for Madam Keerthana Culture Rajaji. I would appreciate it if you could either arrange a refund for the missing item or send a replacement to the same address. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Today, I got a call claiming that £39.99 would be charged for Amazon Prime, but I don't use Prime and always pay postage on my purchases. The caller insisted that someone was attempting to steal my bank information and asked me to access my computer while on the call, which raised suspicions. I declined and ended the call. When I tried calling back the number, it was unattainable. I am concerned about this situation and would appreciate if you could investigate. Thank you. - Barbara Handley

I need help returning the Tiffany Lamp I bought from Savers Zone due to its poor quality. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I received the return label and instructions to use Parcel Force for tracking, but the seller won't accept it. I am only available on Saturdays as I work from Monday to Friday until Christmas week, and my neighbors are unable to assist. Can you help me arrange a pickup so I can receive my refund and purchase a new lamp before Christmas?

I am writing about my order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I purchased a Salter Saucepan and I am extremely dissatisfied with it. While labeled as suitable for induction hobs, it takes an excessively long time to heat up on mine. In a comparison test with another pan using 1 liter of cold water on the highest setting, my old pan boiled in 4 minutes while the Salter pan took 14 minutes. The order was delivered via Algarve Express to Portugal, incurring extra shipping fees; therefore, returning it is not feasible due to the added costs. I am very disappointed with this purchase as it does not perform as advertised. I will need to buy a different pan and request a refund for the Salter Saucepan.

I often have trouble with my Amazon Prime password not being accepted. Even after using the Forgot Password option and receiving a new temporary password, it still doesn't work. It's frustrating dealing with this system. I noticed that Naissance Eucalyptus Oil ships to Ireland, but Naissance Essential Tea Tree Oil does not. It's illogical that one Naissance product can be shipped to Ireland while another can't. This inconsistency is very frustrating.

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron, but it is not responding well, especially with Mozilla Thunderbird. Messages are being incorrectly stored in files not designated by me. Additionally, the Amazon telephone number provided was incorrect. After speaking with at least four different online support staff, they were all courteous and assured me that the matter would be resolved, but they abruptly went offline and I never heard from them again. I am currently undergoing cancer treatment and struggling with mobility, making this experience with Amazon and GetHuman frustrating. I would appreciate any assistance.

I teach at the City of Bristol College in the Computing department, and I'm interested in organizing a visit for my students to the distribution center in Avonmouth. They are currently studying AI and big data in their computer science course and will be exploring the use of drones next semester. Is it possible to arrange a visit for a maximum group of 20 students? I am willing to split the group into smaller sizes if necessary for multiple visits.

I am a faculty member at City of Bristol College in the Computing department. I am interested in organizing a visit to the distribution center in Avonmouth for my students who are focusing on AI, big data, and upcoming drone studies. I am looking to accommodate a group of 20 students, but we can split into smaller groups if needed. Can we arrange for this visit?

I purchased two full beds but only received the bases without the mattresses and headboards, so I refused the delivery. I want to cancel the order and get a refund promptly. Currently, PANTHER has the incomplete beds due to the missing items. Thank you.

I received a refund from World of Books for a parcel that unexpectedly arrived in good condition. The book "Shame and Necessity" was due to arrive by November 23 but arrived on December 1. World of Books already refunded £6.70 to my credit card, and I want to reimburse them for this amount. Unfortunately, the chat service is not available in Thailand, so calling seems to be my only option. If there is another way, please inform me. My name is Michael Chayut, and I am located in Thailand. I recently made three more orders with World of Books. You can contact me via email at [redacted]

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with my account since December 1, [redacted]. It is now December 9, [redacted], and I have spent a lot of time trying to reach someone at your call center to help resolve this matter. I have called five times, but my account remains locked, preventing me from making any edits. I have provided all the necessary information to your security server, including my billing address, phone number, and screenshots of my bank statement with sensitive data removed. I am unsure where the mistake has been made, whether it is on my end or if there is an issue with your website's system. Nine days is quite a long time to wait for a resolution, and I apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Hello, I purchased a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort headphones a few weeks back (Order No.ID[redacted]-[redacted]). Unfortunately, the noise cancellation stopped working about a month later. I reached out to Amazon about this, and I received an email from a person named Louai Salibe offering to repair them if I sent the headphones to 27 Willmore End, SW19 3DE. Before sending my headphones for repairs, I'd like to verify if Louai Salibe is indeed affiliated with Bose or one of their authorized service centers. Since I spent £[redacted] on these headphones, I want to ensure his credentials are legitimate to avoid any online scams. I appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter. Thank you for your understanding. R.Watkins

I placed an order for an Echo Show that was initially set for delivery on the 4th. However, I was informed of a delay and was given new delivery dates of the 5th or 6th. Despite this, the item did not arrive. On the 7th, the Amazon app updated the status to "Probably lost," and I rescheduled the delivery for Sunday. Unfortunately, I did not receive the package on Sunday, and the order still shows as rescheduled with no specified date. Since I obtained the unit at a discounted rate, I prefer not to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Hello, I recently purchased a new computer system as my old one stopped working. However, since then, I have been having issues accessing my Amazon Prime account. When I enter my email address, it prompts me for a password that I seem to have misplaced. They are supposed to send me a code, which I receive, but then they ask for the expiry date of a card that is not mine as an extra security measure. I have been a loyal Amazon customer with numerous orders in the past year, and this has never happened before. Thank you, Paul D.

We recently received a delivery for my daughter, tracked with order number QH[redacted] to the address in MK13 8EF. Unfortunately, my daughter was not available to receive the delivery, but my wife was present. The delivery driver requested personal information such as date of birth and name, citing Amazon's policy, despite not needing this information for the delivery. This raised concerns regarding data protection. This practice should be reviewed to ensure that drivers are not asking for unnecessary personal information during deliveries. The delivery took place at 19:00 on December 9th, [redacted], and I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I'm writing about the UNGREEN Tablet Holder, Item [redacted], with Track ID QAO[redacted]82. I recently received a notification stating the item had a failed delivery on December 4th at 18:04, which seems improbable as I was working from home at that time. The following day, I was notified that the item had been delivered and handed to a resident at 18:51. However, it was not delivered to me, and I'm unsure who received it. I've checked with others, but no one seems to have received the package.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Epson Inkjet Cartridges I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the frustrating experience I had with Epson inkjet cartridges. The multipack cartridges I received from Amazon on November 28th were not opened until December 4th. Upon loading them into my Workforce Pro WF-[redacted] printer, the ink status output indicated that the black ink was approximately 70% full, while the other colors were only at about 2%, nearly empty. The order reference is Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I have also emailed Epson UK with attached pictures of the ink status output for your reference. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gabriel

I received a notification stating that I had unintentionally signed up for Amazon Prime. I believe I have successfully canceled the subscription. Can you please verify the cancellation? Additionally, I kindly request the removal of my credit card ending in ****[redacted] from my account in compliance with GDPR regulations. I do not frequently use Amazon and prefer not to have my card information stored. I am comfortable entering my card details when needed for a purchase. The other card numbers on my account are outdated and no longer in use. Thank you, Beverly H.

Hello, I'm unsure if my messages are sending, so I'll rewrite it. I apologize if you're receiving multiples. I purchased a Coleman event shelter with sides, Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. My bank called today mentioning a duplicate charge on my credit card, which seems odd as I'm in British Columbia, Canada. I only want one shelter. Can you confirm if I've been charged twice? - Richard

My son, Scott Abbruzzese, was a long-time Prime Time customer until his passing on August 21st of this year. My niece closed his account, but we have received two unexpected deliveries of extra chewing gum from Prime Time since his passing. Today, I visited his bank, and they confirmed activity on his account from Amazon Prime. I am confused how this is happening. Scott resided at 2 Prosser Street, Treharris, CF465LN, and banked with HSBC. Thank you.
