Hello, I'm Narayanaswamy. I recently ordered a king-size mattress with dimensions 72*72*6. Unfortunately, the cot was delivered a day before the mattress, so we couldn't check the sizes together. The carpenter who made the cot initially made it 6 inches larger than requested, resulting in the cot being 72*78*6 while the mattress is 72*72*6. After unboxing the mattress, we discovered a 6-inch gap, which is disappointing. I would like to request a replacement with the correct dimensions. I purchased two items on Amazon. Upon checking my bank account, the funds were properly deducted for the order. However, the following day, I noticed a message stating "payment method revision needed" for the shipment. I rechecked my bank account assuming the payment had been refunded due to an unsuccessful transfer, but the funds remain deducted.

I am currently dealing with a refund request. I received an email instructing me on where and to whom I should return the defective items, which I have already done. They have requested a postage receipt, but I am unable to email it to the provided address [redacted] Despite being asked to reply to the email with the receipt, I cannot send it directly to that address. Additionally, the postcode provided for the return does not seem to exist.

I received a survey from Amazon on my iPhone promising three chances to win an iPad, so I took it since it had Amazon's logo. Surprisingly, I won an iPad! But then I was redirected to another site that wanted me to pay $2 and sign up for a gamer site for 30 days to receive my prize. I'm upset and frustrated as Amazon already informed me that I had won the iPad without any additional steps. If this is a scam related to Amazon, I am extremely disappointed. I would like to receive the iPad I was promised initially without any further hoops to jump through. Thank you for addressing this concern. I hope everyone at Amazon stays safe by wearing masks and following the social distancing guidelines.

Amazon stated that they delivered Order [redacted]-[redacted] on Wednesday, December 9 at 6:32 p.m. EST. However, the delivery did not actually occur. They also mentioned delivering it to "your preferred safe place," a location I have not designated. Upon immediate notification, I checked outside within two minutes but found nothing at the front door or nearby. I doubt the item was delivered as claimed, and it's crucial that I receive it. I request a re-delivery with expedited shipping. Thank you.

The tracking number [redacted] showed that the delivery was made on 12/8/[redacted]. Despite requesting delivery to the main office, the package ended up in a different location. The delivery picture displayed the box near someone else's iron steps, not the office as specified. This has caused confusion and frustration as previous deliveries to the sizable brick home labeled as an office have been problem-free. The concern now is identifying who received the package incorrectly.

I bought Fannie May candies as a Christmas gift for my mom, believing I was buying directly from Fannie May. However, I was charged double the price for the same product. This company is not what I thought it was, and it seems like a scam. Many customers are facing similar issues such as receiving damaged boxes and partially eaten candy. I purchased an Allen Solly t-shirt for an 11-12-year-old boy, and I would like to exchange it for the next size up (12-13 years) in the same color and design. I am uncertain of the exact date of purchase but believe it was within the last month. I still have the tag for the shirt. It seems like the package I have may belong to a different order. Although I deleted the order details from my phone, we have only washed the shirt and not worn it. Upon receiving it, we only checked the size. I received a voicemail on December 10, [redacted], regarding a $[redacted].00 charge for an iPhone 11 supposedly coming from Birmingham. The message instructed me to call [redacted]. However, when I tried to reach out, I couldn't understand the person who answered. I want to clarify that I did not make this purchase. My Amazon account has been inactive for months, and if I buy anything online, I use a different credit card from another company. Can you please investigate this issue promptly?

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account. The login page now requires me to verify my identity by visiting a web address sent to me, but since my phone is not a smart phone, I am unable to complete this step. I have a Prime membership but am unable to log in or make purchases. I am stuck in a loop as every customer service option requires me to log in, which I cannot do. My account has been placed on hold. Yesterday, I submitted proof of the payment method used in my last order. Today, I received an email requesting more information. When trying to log in at Amazon.com, I did not find an option to provide additional details. Instead, there was a message saying an email was sent. The only email I received stated that my account was temporarily on hold due to unusual activity. It instructed me to sign in and follow on-screen instructions to restore access. I am waiting for their response within 24 hours.

We initiated the return process for the Home Center Clary sofa on December 4th. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied with the response we have received. It has been 10 days since the return request was made, and every day we are notified that the "return pick up has been rescheduled." However, no one has shown up to collect the sofa or even given us a heads-up about their arrival. Tomorrow marks the deadline for the replacement. I, Upma Bansal, purchased a Redmi Note 9 Pro mobile phone from Amazon on December 9, [redacted], totaling Rs. 15,[redacted]/-. I had also paid an additional Rs.[redacted] for expedited delivery within 1 day. Despite the scheduled arrival on December 10, [redacted], the order didn't reach me. Upon checking the delivery status, it indicated a non-delivery due to payment issues, though no one had shown up that day. This was reported to customer service. The package was eventually delivered the following morning, December 11, [redacted], by a delivery person from the Aarti Kirana Store. I recorded a video of the package being opened, revealing a Redmi 7A box with 2 soap bars instead of the phone. I've provided a video, a written statement from the delivery person, and filed an FIR at the Sector 49, Noida police station for this incident. I urge prompt action for a refund of my payment. Dear Amazon, On the 11th of November [redacted], I bought an Amazon Basics dishwasher along with an Acko warranty. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged, so I returned both the dishwasher and the warranty. Amazon mistakenly scheduled two pickups - one for the dishwasher and one for the warranty, causing confusion. I notified Amazon that only the dishwasher needed to be picked up, but they still sent two teams on consecutive days. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive my refund. Additionally, the bank is charging me interest due to this issue lingering unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with Amazon's customer service and plan to escalate the matter to the Consumer Complaints Court if my refund is not processed promptly. Thank you, Yugesh

The local post office claims delivery of my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]91, but I did not find the parcel in my mailbox. I reside in a community with over [redacted] mailboxes, and misdeliveries are common occurrences due to the mail delivery staff's incompetence. I am frustrated by this as it affects my online shopping experience, particularly with Amazon. I purchased a refurbished Wii for my granddaughter for Christmas. The first one I received was missing a part, so I returned it for a refund. The second one I ordered from a different seller not only was missing a part but also appeared to be in very poor condition. I reached out to the seller, but only got voicemail. Christmas is approaching fast, and I urgently need to know if I can return this item, obtain a refund, and order a new one in time for the holidays. Time is of the essence. When I tried to return this second item, I encountered an issue stating it could not be returned due to being classified as flammable. This is incorrect, as both items are Nintendo Wii accessories. It's frustrating that I was able to return one item but not the other. I feel uneasy about giving this flawed Wii as a gift with dirty cords and noticeable scratches. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I placed Order# [redacted]-[redacted] on Dec. 1st for 4 charms for my Pandora bracelet. The CharmSStory Heart Love Mom Mother Daughter Son Charm Dangle Beads Charms for Bracelets for $9.49 was missing from the box. Everything else arrived as expected, but the "mother son" dangle bead listed on the invoice was not received. I attempted to contact CharmSStory store but their line always goes to a busy signal. I have not received the missing charm in a separate shipment either. I am reaching out here as a last resort to ensure I receive the product I paid for.

I consistently purchase $[redacted].00 Amazon gift cards for my family during various events, totaling around $1,[redacted].00-$2,[redacted].00 a year. Unfortunately, last Christmas, one recipient received a card with the last three letters of the security code scratched off, rendering it unusable. Despite providing the purchase receipt and activation code, Amazon has not resolved the issue after many attempts. I want to assist them in fixing this problem as the recipient has been unable to use the gift card due to the missing security code letters. I suspect there may be issues with the card packaging that allow them to be tampered with, potentially enabling thieves to note down the card numbers, then resell the compromised cards. This year, during my purchase at Safeway, the cards were sent to another register for an unusual check, which raises concerns. I rely on Amazon for various purchases and was disheartened by the prolonged unresolved issue with this tampered gift card. I hope that someone can address this matter promptly.
