I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Amazon. This has been the worst online shopping encounter I have ever had. If I could, I would rate Amazon zero stars. On August 15, [redacted], I received an Amazon promotion code for poor service and misleading discount information on certain items. Despite being assured by an Amazon customer representative that I could apply this code to my next purchase, I encountered difficulties. I tried using the promotion code on various items, as instructed, but it did not work. After encountering unhelpful customer service with a disrespectful attitude, I escalated the issue to a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This entire experience has made me hesitant to continue shopping on Amazon, a platform I used to trust. I am deeply disappointed in the decline of Amazon's online shopping service and hope my concerns are addressed.

On July 22nd, I placed an order for seat covers and a steering wheel cover with an expected arrival date of August 3rd. The steering wheel cover arrived on time, but the seat covers were delayed until August 16th, then pushed to August 18th. I attempted to cancel the order multiple times without success. I noticed a decline on my card yesterday, but upon checking today, after getting paid, I saw the payment was taken and my new delivery date is now August 21st. I would prefer a refund at this point as I have encountered issues trying to cancel the order through Amazon.

I placed an order for a water softener in late June, but mistakenly received a platform bed instead. After contacting Amazon, a replacement water softener was sent and received, and we returned the platform bed via UPS pick-up. However, Amazon claims the original water softener was not returned, even though we never received it, and it seems to have been delivered to the wrong address. I do not expect to be charged for a second water softener when the first one was not delivered to us. As a long-standing customer, I am frustrated with this situation and request that the original shipment be tracked down. We have returned the incorrect platform bed shipment as instructed. Yesterday on 8/17/22, I received a package from Amazon that I didn't order. I contacted Amazon customer service at 1-[redacted]. They asked for my banking details to process a refund and reorder. $[redacted].00 was deducted, but only $[redacted].00 was refunded. I'm missing $[redacted].00. Should I inform my bank about this? The initial order on 8/11/[redacted] was for backdrop curtains and sublimation keychains, costing $89.73, with order number #[redacted]-[redacted]. The package I received didn't contain my items. I suspect a scam as I was asked to buy gift cards. I need assistance with this issue as it has left me frustrated.

My father, who will turn 97 in December, mistakenly ordered the incorrect Boost product. The receipt I received for the Boost ordered on 8/5/22 and delivered on 8/7/22 shows it is not the Glucose controlled Boost he wanted. I returned an item to the UPS Store with a receipt. The item was ordered on 7/29/22 and returned on 8/3/22. Despite contacting the seller, they directed me to Amazon for the refund as the item was originally sent from Amazon. However, contacting Amazon has been challenging as I cannot find a place to input the tracking or order number on the website. The customer service line is unhelpful and I am unable to use the chat feature due to financial constraints. Amazon's current system seems to lack user-friendliness compared to before. I hope they can improve their services.

I returned three items to the local UPS Store. I have the tracking labels for them, and they were scanned and sent out. The return process only shows as started in your system. The store has confirmed they shipped everything back to you. It has been over a month now, and I still haven't received a refund. I need this resolved promptly. The items in question were sent back in JULY and include: - Luseta Coconut Milk Conditioner, 16.9oz - Luseta Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner Set, 16.9Fl Oz each - Durable Plush Dog Toy Please let me know when I can expect a refund as all items have been returned, and I have the tracking numbers from the UPS Store.

I received an email from [redacted] stating that I must return an item by August 29th to avoid a charge of 10.69. However, I have already returned the item due to receiving the wrong product initially. Instead of the Silver Rose Gold Braided Wrap Knot Style Promise Statement Cocktail Party Ring that I ordered (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]), I received 2 Body Puff Bath Sponges in the package, one on 2/6 and another on 2/10. A replacement was requested on Feb 12, [redacted] (Replacement Order : [redacted]-[redacted]). I need the correct item, the Silver Rose Gold Braided Wrap Knot Style Promise Statement Cocktail Party Ring (Silver Rose Gold, 10), from order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I do not require a refund for the 2 Body Puff Bath Sponges that were mistakenly included in the order. The return process was initiated for the sponge, which was not originally part of the order I paid for. Charging me for the ring again is not acceptable, as I never received it in the first place.

I received an email reminder today from [redacted] stating that I will be charged 10.69 for an item I never returned. The issue is that the order was for 2 rings, but I only received 1 ring and 1 sponge (another sponge was sent later). I contacted customer service, and they sent me the missing ring but provided a return label listing the ring instead of the sponge. I sent back the extra sponge with a note explaining the situation. I need the Silver Rose Gold Braided Wrap Knot Style Promise Statement Cocktail Party Ring (Silver Rose Gold, 10) from order # [redacted]-[redacted] to be credited back as it was missing from my shipment. The package mistakenly contained a Body Puff Bath Sponge instead of the ring. Although I received the correct ring later, I returned the additional sponge as a good faith gesture. Order# [redacted]-[redacted] was supposed to include the Silver Rose Gold Braided Wrap Knot Style Promise Statement Cocktail Party Ring (Silver Rose Gold, 10), but it was absent. While inside our home, we were startled by the loud noise of a vehicle racing down our street. Concerned for our kids, we went outside to investigate. An Amazon delivery driver had sped into the neighborhood, skidding to a stop. Despite trying to engage him, he was dismissive and drove off recklessly, leaving behind another set of skid marks. A neighbor witnessed the incident and is also reporting it. This took place at SW 83 Court & SW 23 Street in Miami, FL around 3:10 PM. The driver's Amazon van had license plate FL PWS D85. We have images available. We have contacted the Miami-Dade Police Department and made a formal complaint. Suggestions for resolution include notifying the driver's supervisor, providing further training, potential reassignment, or a permanent ban from our neighborhood. Rest assured, we will take action if he returns. We are adamant about ensuring the safety of our community, and any necessary assistance can be directed to me promptly.

Hello, this is Sonali Lalge from Pune. I recently placed several orders on Amazon, but due to a change in my address, the deliveries are now being sent to the Amazon office in Saswad. They have been requesting to deliver the parcels with delays as it's far for them, which I agreed to, but they haven't kept their promise. They even mentioned they will only deliver the old parcels, not the new ones, because of a previous conversation regarding the delivery address. This is quite frustrating for me as a customer. I am curious why the delivery is taking 6 to 7 days instead of the 2 days promised with Amazon Prime. Today marks the 7th day since placing my order and my package for Pinetop, AZ is finally set to arrive. It is interesting that had I chosen Phoenix, AZ, the delivery would have only taken 1 day. On the 4th day, I received a notification that my package was ready for pickup, followed by a day from Goodyear to Phoenix before eventually making its way to Show Low, AZ last night via UPS. Typically, all deliveries to Pinetop take around 6 to 7 days. I am hoping for an explanation and improvement in future deliveries. I am contemplating if keeping Amazon Prime is still worth it.
