When the package delivery personnel arrived at our building, I opened the door to let them in. After they left two packages on the lobby table, I suggested they could leave them there or buzz the resident for a signature. Despite my repeated requests, the individual, identified as "Trevor Jordan," insisted on taking the packages to the residences. When I asked them to leave the building or buzz the resident, they refused and continued with their actions, ignoring my instructions. I eventually had to threaten involvement of law enforcement before they left with the packages. I believe their conduct was unacceptable, and I have documented the incident with a photo of "Trevor Jordan" and his identification badge, which displays the name "Trevor Jordan" and the text "jtrevory" above the picture.

Yesterday I received 2 boxes from Amazon. One arrived in good condition, but the other looked severely damaged. The items inside were tossed in a garbage bag with no protection and were all broken open. The contents included almond milk, macaroni & cheese, Pepsi cans, and coffee creamer. The package even emitted a foul odor reminiscent of rotten bananas. I had to dispose of the whole mess in my garbage can, and the stench remains in the house. I took photos of the delivery, and I must say it was quite repulsive. My apologies for the complaint, but this was mishandled. Regards, Marshall P.

I am requesting assistance with a charge for a product that I was supposed to be refunded for twice, but it has not been processed. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. There are multiple discrepancies in my account where items were not delivered or received. I received a notification that the issue would be resolved, and the refund processed, but it has not happened. I am trying to avoid purchasing the same item multiple times by mistake. I placed an order for these items on September 3, [redacted], paying with my debit card. The delivery was promised for September 4th or 5th, but it's the 8th now, and I haven't received anything yet. This is becoming a pattern as the same issue occurred last month. Initially, I requested deliveries be left at the backyard gate, but the delivery person keeps leaving them at the front stoop. I am an Amazon Prime member and I have noticed a recurring payment on my account each month under the reference "Amazon Prime*IG71O Amzn.com/bill WA S[redacted][redacted] CARD [redacted]." Due to financial constraints, I am unable to continue with this subscription. I am requesting the cancellation of my Prime membership and the cessation of these monthly charges. I'm having trouble logging into my account. I attempted to switch my email from Amazon to AT&T during a four-day period when I had At&T internet service. However, after those four days, I reverted my email back to Charter. Even after switching my email back to Charter, I am unable to access my Amazon account. I have contacted Amazon customer service for over four hours, providing both the old and new email addresses, but they claim neither works. Despite offering to provide order numbers for verification, Amazon stated they were unable to assist with that. As a long-term customer of Amazon, I have important credits and funds associated with my account that I need access to. Additionally, our order history is crucial for reordering preferred products, so resolving this issue promptly is essential.

I noticed that my Amazon Prime account has been charged $14.99 three times instead of just once. When I contacted customer service, the representative mentioned needing passwords for these additional accounts, but I only have one. I am also being charged $8.99 for Amazon Music, which should be free. I would appreciate it if these extra charges could be stopped promptly to avoid canceling my Amazon Prime membership altogether. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The items (food & eye drops) arrived in an unsealed, flimsy white envelope with the adhesive strip still intact. This caused the items to potentially fall out during transit. In previous orders, these items always came in a box due to their weight. It was disappointing that this time they were sent in such inadequate packaging. I attempted to request a replacement but was informed the items are not returnable. Considering the damage and the unsealed envelope, I kindly request a replacement. I can provide a photo of the unsealed envelope if needed. Thank you.

My wife, who has not changed her name, utilizes my debit card for purchases on her own Amazon account. Lately, I've been having issues with Amazon's delivery service. They keep missing their delivery deadlines, causing me to constantly reach out to customer service for assistance. This problem occurred again today. I placed an order for a power bank with same-day delivery, yet it hasn't arrived yet. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned they would attempt to deliver it tomorrow or issue a refund. I had intended to gift the item to someone, but the representative wasn't very helpful in ensuring it arrived promptly. I've even received deliveries as late as 11 p.m. in the past. I recently relocated and had to close my account with TRUIST Bank, where my KDP payments were being sent. A message from kdp customer support guided me to my account on kdp.amazon.com to remove TRUIST and set up a new bank account. However, I encountered an issue at the stage where I was supposed to complete the Two-Step Verification process and receive a one-time password (OTP). Unfortunately, the necessary steps for this were not visible on the page, and I couldn't proceed. My main goal is to switch to a new bank account. I mistakenly used my credit card for some orders and initially thought they were fraudulent charges. After realizing my error, I contacted my credit card company to reverse all charges on August 30, [redacted], paying Amazon for all but one order already returned. However, I've been unable to access my personal account for two weeks. As a result, my Amazon Pay channels are not receiving payment, causing services like Hulu, Netflix, Discover, and Prime Video to cancel due to a lack of payment information. Subject: Order Issue and Return Problem with Neggcy I placed an order for a Mother of The Bride Tea Length Evening Gown with Jacket in Sage on May 30, [redacted], with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The item was shipped on Jun 10, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had issues with returning the item. After requesting a return in late July, I received a faulty shipping label with Chinese characters. Subsequent attempts to get a usable label resulted in another incorrect address. I spent $28 on return shipping only to have the package returned to me, incurring an additional $14 cost. In total, I have spent $[redacted] on a dress I can't wear. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].90, which covers the dress and return shipping costs. I purchased one pair of Wrangler jeans and one pair of Lee jeans for my son's birthday. I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes, receiving them on August 11 & 12. Although my son received them on his birthday and seemed happy, upon trying them on later, he found them too tight in the waist and too short due to the size mix-up. I promptly reordered the correct sizes on September 11 with the intention of returning the wrongly sized jeans. Unfortunately, I missed the return deadline on the 11th by a day. I have the jeans with tags still attached, having paid over $60 for them. As a long-time customer, I kindly request an exception to return the jeans for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

I am extremely disappointed with a driver from a certain company. The driver was incredibly rude, cutting off other vehicles, including mine, and speeding through a school zone where the limit is 15mph. He was driving recklessly, weaving at a high speed, which left me appalled. I would estimate he was going at least 40 mph. I wish a law enforcement officer was present as he should have been reprimanded. The driver's speed and erratic driving made it seem like the truck was on the verge of tipping over. I captured photos of his license plate at a red light. Please provide me with a way to submit these pictures. This driver is not fit to represent the company. I hope for better conduct from your drivers in the future. The scene is still vivid in my mind!

I need help with a return issue with Amazon. I am Anne Warren, an Amazon member residing at [redacted] Dowling Ave NE, Port Charlotte, FL [redacted]. Today, my packages were reported as delivered, but the delivery photo does not match my house or my neighbors'. There have been previous instances of misdelivered packages to neighbors and distant locations. The current issues with deliveries persist despite attempts to address them. Moreover, there is confusion regarding being charged for Prime movies despite them being included in my membership. When contacting customer service, I am met with automated responses and struggle to resolve these problems efficiently. It is frustrating not being able to speak directly with a representative.
