I ordered an item that shows as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. When I contacted the company, I was promised my order would arrive by 12 pm the next day. Unfortunately, after waiting until that time, I tried calling again, and the person wasn't picking up. I reached out from another phone, and the responder denied it was his number and provided a different one which doesn't work. I need either my item delivered today or a refund promptly.

Received the package from the delivery person all beaten up, not a pleasant sight. The order was supposed to be paid in cash on delivery. Honestly, if I had noticed before receiving it, I would have rejected it right then and there. However, I only realized once I got home and opened the order while recording the unboxing on video. I can't send the video via email because of its size, where you can clearly see the damages and missing items that slipped through my fingers in the box. I was in contact with customer service, and they advised me to explain the issue via email and send it. Right now, I need my mobile phone. I paid the full amount under the assumption the phone would be inside, but it wasn't. I need either the phone or a refund, as this situation is not acceptable. Customer service mentioned they would refund me, but I really need my mobile phone now. How can I send the video to them?

I placed an order for the Simba Desert World toy playset, and it arrived in Bangalore yesterday after a long shipping journey, but not at my doorstep. No one contacted me initially, claiming non-payment, then later changing it to payment issues at the delivery/courier's end. As I'm expecting the parcel, I canceled my urgent trip to the supermarket for the entire day and stayed home waiting for the Amazon delivery. Today, my cat's food is running out, so I must go to the market from 2 pm to 6 pm. Since there are no specified delivery timings, and I have no way to contact the delivery agents, I need to inform them to either come before I leave for the nearby Ashirwad supermarket or come after I return in the evening. I have the exact COD amount ready and prefer the delivery agent to phone me half an hour before arrival. There is no need for returns, and I only have ₹[redacted] on me. Please relay this message to the delivery agent and inform me promptly as I am about to leave for the supermarket for 2-3 hours but will be home this evening for sure.

I purchased shoes from Amazon, but had to return them due to a size issue. I requested a refund, but have not received it. The website indicates that the amount has been credited to my account. When I contacted the bank, they require a reference number, which I did not receive. Please respond promptly.

I recently returned a set of AirPods and received an email confirming the return. However, I am still awaiting the refund. After contacting customer service, I was informed that it may take up to 30 days from the received date to process. The representative mentioned that the item had been received by Amazon but couldn't offer more details. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but the request was denied. I am hoping to receive an email from Amazon regarding the refund process.

In early August, during my time in Alaska, my bank account was compromised, and all my funds were withdrawn. Since then, I have been trying to cancel my Amazon Prime movie channel subscription. Despite receiving emails notifying me that my account might have expired, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative over the phone after numerous attempts. The automated system does not provide me with the option to speak to a live person and disconnects the call automatically. Similar issues arise when attempting to use the chat feature.

I have experienced some odd issues with my orders recently. Often, when I order multiple items of the same type, only one arrives initially. After I file a complaint, the missing item suddenly appears. This pattern has become suspicious, starting with small items like spoons and pencils to larger items like appliances and shoes. I pay for everything I order and have not tried to cheat Amazon, but it seems like someone might be trying to make it look that way. My most recent problem involves buying Lee slacks that are too big. When I tried to exchange them through Amazon, I received the correct size without returning the first pair. However, the return location specified by Amazon is unusually far from me. Now, I'm facing difficulties reaching Customer Service – the call-back option is unavailable, emails bounce back, and the live chat only repeats that I have been refunded when I inquire about the return location. Additionally, the code sent by GetHuman fails to work, preventing me from proceeding with my request. I am unsure why these issues are occurring and would appreciate any assistance.

My spouse and I recently received an unexpected package that contains lithium metal batteries. There was no return address on the package, and it also had an emergency contact number. After contacting the emergency number, I was informed that the package was an Amazon delivery. However, when reaching out to Amazon, they disclaimed any knowledge of the order and suggested disposing of it or passing it on to someone else. We are hesitant to throw it away or give it to someone as the batteries are considered hazardous materials. The emergency contact stated they are safe while in the original packaging.

In this case, I would like to request a refund. I need my delivery today as it's a gift and was a rushed order. The driver called me at 4 PM for the building access code, which I provided promptly. However, shortly after, I received a notice stating the package was undeliverable due to access issues. I've already contacted customer service, who assured me it would be delivered today. Accidentally, I clicked on Amazon Prime, and I was charged $6.99, although I already have a Prime account. I'd like to cancel the second Amazon Prime account as I don't need two accounts. I am currently in India where my sister is undergoing lung transplant surgery. I've been using cash on delivery on Amazon.in since my debit card is not accepted due to currency differences. To work around this, I started buying gift cards to make purchases and save cash. Recently, after ordering items for our new apartment, my account was unexpectedly locked. Despite providing various documents three times, including my debit card picture, gift card email, passport, selfie, and visa, they claim it's insufficient. I was informed I would receive further instructions by email or SMS, but I haven't received anything. Sadly, I am unable to reach customer service, and my Prime account still holds around $[redacted] in balance.

I purchased a 3-in-1 Stainless Steel Sink Kitchen Drain Strainer with order number [redacted]-[redacted] ten weeks ago, but it has not arrived. The tracking information is not available, and when I tried to cancel the order on the website, it kept redirecting me. The current delivery date is November 7, but what about the original order from August 3rd? I had to drive [redacted] miles round trip to Fargo for a replacement because I couldn't wait any longer. Please cancel the order and provide a refund.

On October 24th, I placed an order for 7 POD items. To date, I have received 3 items, with 2 more items expected today. However, the order details show 4 items as delivered incorrectly. I reached out to customer support at [redacted] at 15:25 IST and received a callback from [redacted] at 15:28 IST. The representative demanded Rs. 5 extra for the missing delivery and was rude in communication, insisting I follow their instructions. The call ended abruptly. This experience raises concerns about the fairness of customer treatment. I question why I was asked to pay extra for a mistake I did not make. Such instances make it challenging to trust and continue shopping on this platform.

I recently received a phone call regarding a purchase I didn't make. When I explained this to the caller, they redirected me to their different department. I became suspicious when the caller claimed to be from the SS administration and stated I was under investigation. Refusing to disclose any personal information to a stranger, I decided not to cooperate and the caller abruptly ended the call. The number that appeared on my phone was from West Linn, Org. with the number [redacted]. After contacting customer service, I was advised to forward the details to (Stop-Spooffing. Amazon.com) for further assistance from their team.

I purchased CARAWAY Organic Hemp seed oil, [redacted] ml / 4 oz, on October 29, [redacted]. Amazon notified me of a delivery on October 31 at 9 pm. However, on the delivery day, I received a call at 9 pm stating that it would only be delivered on November 1 due to our suburban location. Today, November 1, I discovered that the order was returned without my consent. The delivery company did not consult us and falsely stated it would arrive the following day. My Amazon Fire Stick is unable to connect to ESPN PLUS. I keep receiving an error message stating, "Unable to play video. There was an error playing this video." I am currently trying to watch a soccer game on ESPN PLUS. I have already reached out to ESPN PLUS regarding this issue. I am unsure if the problem lies with my Fire Stick. I have attempted to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the ESPN app multiple times. Additionally, I have disconnected the Fire Stick and rebooted my modem several times without any success. I have also tried resetting my Fire Stick multiple times.

Hello, we are inquiring about the status of our recent return. We sent back 3 items in total - 3 pants, one of which was worn once and ripped, and 2 new, unopened phone cases. We decided to return the cases as we found a more protective one. The return was made together at the UPS location in Round Lake, IL, on October 30th, [redacted]. The pants were placed in a regular grocery bag, while the cases were in their original packaging. The UPS store attendant scanned both return labels and assured us they would take care of the returns. We received a refund for the pants on October 31st, but we are yet to see a refund for the cases. We kindly request assistance in looking into this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently received an email instructing me to reset my password for security reasons. After receiving the first code via email, the system requested to send a second code to an old phone number that shouldn't be linked to my account. Upon calling customer service, I encountered difficulty understanding the representative. Despite correctly answering security questions, I was still denied access to my account. I am anticipating a refund from Amazon for a laptop I returned, and the situation is perplexing as I am a prime member expecting deliveries and a refund. The denial of access to my account is unacceptable, and I urgently require this issue to be resolved.
