To whom it may concern, I am Yuxi Huang, and I am seeking assistance with unfreezing my personal Chase debit card account. In July [redacted], I opened a Chase debit card account using my passport number as identification at the Westchester branch. After more than seven years of usage, I switched the card at the Manhattan branch in January [redacted]. This new card was linked to the original account and was functioning normally until I noticed it was locked in August [redacted]. Despite contacting Chase customer service multiple times, my account remains frozen, and I am unable to access my funds. Being in China due to COVID-19 restrictions, I am unable to resolve this matter in person. I kindly request your support in unfreezing my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently encountered an alarming situation on Indeed involving a fraudulent entity posing as Gupta Capital Group. They conducted a quick interview through Microsoft Teams and swiftly offered me a position, leading me to sign a phony contract. After receiving a $[redacted] check for work supplies, I deposited it successfully, only to be instructed to transfer $[redacted] to various individuals via Zelle and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I unwittingly ended up sending a total of $[redacted]. Upon realizing the scam, I refused to send additional funds and blocked them. Regrettably, Zelle cannot assist with refunds, leaving me in desperate need of recovering my lost funds. I am seeking Chase's support to facilitate reimbursement and reinstate access to my account.

I recently received a notification from Quest Diagnostics indicating that my credit card will be charged $[redacted].68. I want to clarify that I did not provide authorization for this charge. Though I did use my credit card at a Quest location years ago, the specific location mentioned in the notification was not in King of Prussia but has since closed. Despite undergoing multiple lab tests in the past, no one at any Quest location informed me that my card would be charged for a test not covered by Medicare. Currently, I am struggling financially on a fixed income and cannot afford such a significant charge appearing on my credit card statement. I am hoping there is a way for this unauthorized charge to be removed promptly.

I received an email saying my bank account will be closed soon. I can't reach anyone at Chase because their offices are closed. They locked my card and account. I don't understand why this is happening. I've had this account for years without any problems.

I'm experiencing an issue with Ticketsonsale. They overcharged me $[redacted] for two $27 tickets. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through email, live chat, and phone calls, I have not received a response. Your website mentioned a partial refund would be issued excluding the ticket cost, but it seems this was not done. While I understand there may be a fee owed, $[redacted] seems excessive. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee, but not this amount. Can you assist in resolving this matter?

My online account access is locked, despite multiple calls to customer care representatives. I was advised to call back from the linked number, which I did, but couldn't get through to a human after being on hold for over 2 hours multiple times. This situation is causing inconvenience as I cannot access my statements online, and I'm not receiving paper statements either. I suspect something suspicious might be happening. Please unlock my online account access. Thank you.

I recently received replacement Chase Freedom credit cards in the mail after reporting my card lost two weeks prior. The cards were in my husband's name and two other family members, all at the same address. Even though my husband verified and signed for the cards, we encountered issues when trying to use them. Whenever we contacted Chase, we were informed that the card number was not active. Despite successfully using the card with Caer and seeing the charges reflected on the account, we are unable to get proper assistance or answers to our questions. Chase bank has been unable to provide any helpful information, and we are feeling lost in this situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On December 5th, I updated my address to [redacted] Drummond Circle, Dallas, TX [redacted] in Chase's system. However, when I tried to use my personal checking debit card online, the purchase was declined due to an incorrect billing zip code. Despite multiple calls and a visit to a Chase branch to verify the address update, the correct address is not reflecting in the Chase app. It seems that only tech support can resolve this issue.

I recently received an email from Norton, allegedly thanking me for a purchase of $[redacted].99 for Norton [redacted] Premium. However, I did not make this purchase and have not contacted this company. The email mentioned that it may take 3 days to reflect in my account and was sent on December 14 at 10:41 am. In order to protect my account, I have already forwarded the email to [redacted] Could you please provide me with the necessary steps to cancel this pending transaction? Thank you, J. Hemsley

I wrote a check for $2,[redacted].33 to a subcontractor named Eva Distel. I usually write larger checks, including ones for $10,[redacted], without facing issues. However, when Eva tried to cash this check, the bank said it exceeded a $2,[redacted] limit on checks I wrote, canceling the transaction. I request a prompt call back to address this situation. While visiting my sister in Ocean Springs, MS, I realized I forgot my car charger for my cell phone from Texas. In need of a replacement, I visited the local Bell South Cell Phone store to buy just the part that connects to the receptacle in my vehicle and the cell phone itself, one piece only. The purchase price is unknown as the cashier had difficulty processing it and was unable to provide me with a receipt since I'm not a Bell South customer. Strangely, my cell phone shows a charge of $47.93 from "Polks Drugs Ocean Spring Ocean Springs, MS." I am certain the amount should be approximately half of that, but without a receipt, I am unable to verify. I kindly request the charge be adjusted to reflect the correct amount.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Chase credit card account. I have been unable to view my recent transactions and current balances for several months. I recently received an email from Chase instructing me to log into my account to review a letter about a fraud case and its resolution. To my frustration, for the 20th time this year, I find myself locked out of my account due to unrecognized credentials. It's baffling that this only occurs with Chase and not any other service. If I were to not pay my bill and they attempted to reach me, I wouldn't be able to recognize them either. The account number in question, which continues to be unrecognized, is [redacted]. I recently noticed that Chase's website states you can verify your identity with a one-time code sent by email. However, I have encountered an issue where this feature is no longer available, and without it, I cannot access my Chase account if my phone is dead. I would appreciate it if the option of verifying identity via email is reinstated to provide an alternative for users facing this inconvenience. I recently received a letter informing me that my address was updated without my request. The new address provided is accurate, but it pertains to an old credit card account from approximately two decades ago that I no longer use and have since closed. I spoke with a representative yesterday who was unable to explain why I received this notification or how my new address was obtained for such an outdated account. After being transferred to another department, I waited on hold for 1 1/2 hours without anyone picking up at the other end. - D. Creighton

I am visually impaired and face challenges verifying my identity online due to security measures. Clearing cookies due to viruses can be frustrating, especially with time-limited codes and difficulty writing them down. I often give up accessing my account as the system doesn't work well with my VPN and high-contrast settings. Using a card reader helps me, but the personal PIN or ID recognition is inconsistent. Having an email option or a longer time limit on codes would greatly assist me. I seek assistance in improving disability access to my account to prevent this ongoing struggle. I was locked out of my Chase account, and after contacting customer service, it was revealed that my account had been accessed for a payment transfer. They advised me to recover my Chase online ID and password via email, but I found the process confusing. When I asked for assistance, I was directed to contact Google, but was unable to get through to them. I was also given a number to call once I completed the setup, but I am still feeling lost and need help.

All my funds are currently tied up in deposit holds, and the app states they won't be available until the 24th. I urgently require the funds for essential expenses like buying food, paying bills, and fueling my truck for my upcoming new job's first day on Monday. At present, I am unable to reach work or even afford a meal until my money is released. I have a bank statement dated the 17th showing nearly $2,[redacted] in my account, so I anticipate being able to access these funds promptly.

I have been on hold for three hours today. I urgently need assistance as there is a hold on two checks I deposited which represent all my available funds. The funds are supposed to be released on the 24th, but I cannot wait that long. I have essential bills to pay, no food, and no money for it. Additionally, my truck is out of gas, and I must fill it up to be able to reach my new job on Monday morning. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.
