I am concerned that my account has been compromised through hacking. Despite setting betting amounts and limits, as well as enabling biometric login, I am unable to access my account properly. Recently, I placed 6 bets for $5 each in a progressive pool for NFL games. However, upon logging in now, I am unable to see my upcoming bets or any betting history since October. I usually make deposits using gift cards and my debit card. I am using a different email address, as I suspect the original one is compromised. The email associated with my DraftKings Sportsbook account is mark coburn1227@ gmail .com. Can someone please help me address this issue?

Last night, I signed in with a new email and password and placed two bets. I still had $11.00 in my account. Today, I have been trying to access the app without success. Earlier, I tried to place a $10.00 bet, which didn't go through. I am not receiving the codes you are sending to my Android device. I need to know how to access the app without a code. One link sent by your team did work once. I provided the first six digits of the card I used and my email but haven't received any follow-up. I want to place one more bet before tomorrow if possible. The user encountered technical difficulties with another sportsbook site and turned to Draft Kings for a smoother experience. Assistance with securing the Welcome Bonus is sought and would be greatly appreciated.

This is my fifth attempt to rectify a situation problem, and I'm upset. I deposited $50 into my DraftKings account around 12/18, during the weekend, and it finally posted on 12/20 along with the $20 deposit I made a few days before. Then this morning, DraftKings took another $50 out of my account, causing it to be empty. I couldn't go to work because I had no money for gas. This is unacceptable. I want my $50 put back on my account as soon as possible.

I recently contacted DraftKings regarding a concerning issue. Despite my frequent visits to the site, the check I was expecting has not arrived as promised. I received conflicting information - an email two days ago confirmed that the check was processed and mailed, but last night I was informed that my account balance was inaccurately reported as over $[redacted] when it was actually at zero. Additionally, DraftKings denied any knowledge of a $[redacted] withdrawal, yet I received two confirmation emails and an invalid tracking number indicating the transaction. I feel deceived and mistreated by DraftKings. Now, I am told I must wait until Monday for my withdrawal to be processed, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I demand to speak to a manager today. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue last night, I have not received a call back from DraftKings. I possess all email evidence to support my claims. I'm attempting to register and open my account for the first time. The process seems straightforward. I input my name in the username box, create a secure password, proceed to fill in my full legal name, birthdate, address, town, state, and zip code. After tapping on sign in, I expect to begin online betting instead of going to a physical casino. I plan to place multiple bets tonight. However, each time I try, it keeps coming back with an error message stating "invalid username," despite double-checking that I've spelled my name correctly. I've attempted this several times without success. It's frustrating not being able to even set up an account to start placing bets, especially when there are numerous other legal gambling sites with easier registration processes. This experience is not very encouraging. I've followed the necessary steps multiple times correctly. I think it's time to explore other options and see what sign-up promotions they provide. I have bets to place and doubt I'll encounter similar issues with the registration elsewhere. This is not a good look for Draftkings.

I have been trying to contact customer support since last night regarding a missing promotion. I should have received a $25 promotion, which I did not get. I did receive a separate promo earlier in the day but not this one. Additionally, I experienced technical difficulties while playing, resulting in a $59 loss back bonus on my net losses. The games were down, lagging, and kicking me out, which caused me to lose my bonuses quickly. I have spent $[redacted] this year, and I am looking for assistance in receiving the missing $25 promotion and resolving the issues with the loss back bonus.

Opting for the cash out when Vegas was leading 3-2 at the start of the third period, I confirmed, but a location check stalled the process throughout the third period. Unfortunately, the system marked the final result as a loss for me, though I had chosen to cash out before Pittsburgh's comeback victory. The game ended with 6 goals, which is under 6.5. In the shootout, no goals were scored, so that is a win for me. The Jets lost despite me betting -1.5 on them, while the Capitals won with 6 goals, resulting in 1 point and a loss for me. I believe I should receive my money as I am right in both bets. A shootout does not count as a goal, and since 6 goals were scored in regulation time, I should win. Please process my payment promptly as I have encountered multiple issues and spent hours trying to receive my rightful winnings. If not resolved, I will escalate this matter.

I placed a bet on DraftKings during the championship game without realizing I needed to use my real name. I initially used my husband's name but my email. When I tried to collect my winnings via PayPal, it wasn't accepted because the account wasn't in his name. I changed the name on DraftKings to match my mother's PayPal account to receive my winnings, but now my DraftKings account is locked. I've explained I have proper identification and verification. I've never gambled before, and the small winnings would greatly help my family during this challenging time. Unfortunately, I can't access my funds. It appears that DraftKings is resistant to implementing live dealers due to potential profit loss which could result in a fairer game. This lack of oversight and transparency is concerning, given that the state benefits from the casino's operations. I believe I created an account before today, and when I tried to create one again, it indicates that I have the wrong username. I recall attempting this twice and encountering the same issue both times. If there is an existing account under my name, I'm willing to provide relevant information to verify my identity and either delete the old account or resolve the issue causing the error. I haven't made any deposits on this website, so I see no reason to maintain an old account. My intention is solely to engage in gambling activities. While in contact with customer support via chat, I removed extra emails to confirm my identity, ensuring only one email is being used. However, I have been repeatedly asked to select an email and provide my ID and other documentation week after week and month after month. Despite receiving multiple emails claiming my account is now unlocked, I can confirm that my account remains inaccessible.

While playing the "Crazy Cash II" game on the casino app, there was a malfunction that failed to credit my account with over $[redacted] in bonus spin winnings.
