I recently downloaded the new Rocket League Sideswipe game, and when it prompted me to log in with my Epic Games account linked to my PlayStation, it glitched out. I ended up having to create a new Epic Games account using the same email and password as before. Subsequently, when I tried playing Fortnite, I realized my skins, stats, and purchased items were missing, and I appeared as a default skin. Despite maintaining my friends list, my Fortnite progress had reset. Although my Rocket League data was intact under the new account, my Fortnite data was missing. I discovered all my Epic Games emails only related to Rocket League Sideswipe setup. Looking through my PlayStation transaction history showed my purchases, but they weren't visible in my account. Each time I attempt to use my old login details, I get signed into the new account. I fear losing four years of progress and don't want my items to be permanently gone. It's disheartening to think I might lose everything due to an issue with a mobile game.

I had a Fortnite account on my IOS device in [redacted] before it was removed from the Appstore. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both my password and email associated with the account. However, the recent shift towards constant collaborations and trends has alienated many long-time players who cherished the original essence of Fortnite. Fortnite used to be a game unlike any other, with its own identity and charm. Now, it feels like a mishmash of different franchises such as Spiderman, Marvel, and TikTok. This departure from its roots has driven away dedicated players who valued Fortnite for what it was. I urge the Fortnite team to refocus on what made the game special in the first place. Instead of chasing trends, prioritize engaging with the community that truly loves Fortnite for its history, dances, and overall experience. I want to address some changes I'd like to see in Fortnite Battle Royale. I started playing Fortnite when I was younger and have always been fascinated by its unique history, dances, and skins. However, lately, I feel like Fortnite has strayed from its original charm. I believe my Fortnite account may have been compromised. When I logged in, I noticed unfamiliar friends added, changed controls, and a different skin from the one I last used. Unfortunately, I can't recall my login details, as I created the account in [redacted]. I recently purchased the battle pass and some of the funds allocated are missing. I switched to my old mobile account, but now I appear as a default character with no items, despite investing money over the years and just last week. I've attempted various email addresses to no avail. I'm worried about losing all my progress.

I was signed into my account when suddenly a few days ago, I turned off my PC. The next day, I tried to log into the Epic Launcher, but it had signed me out. I signed in with my Xbox account since I don't remember the password to my Epic account, which is linked to my old email on my previous phone. I encountered an error message stating there was an issue processing the credentials from the external login system and advising me to contact support. I am confused about how to regain access to my account to resume playing.

I purchased a gift card for my son, which he used to buy three Fortnite items: Save the World bundle, the "new" Starter Pack, and the girl with the wings Starter Pack. He spent $25 of the gift card balance, leaving $1.03. However, upon logging into Fortnite, the purchased items were not received. I am not sure if a refund will be issued or if he will eventually receive the items. His username in the game is Huhhy_Hu.

Two days ago, I noticed that when I opened the Epic Games Launcher, I was logged out unexpectedly. I tried to log back in as usual through the Google method, but after being redirected to the web and logging in, the launcher stated that no account was linked to my email. This seems impossible as I have 22 purchase receipts in my email inbox from Epic Games. My account was always connected to that email, and now it's suddenly unlinked without any action on my part. I'm willing to provide any necessary information if needed.

I recently updated my email on my Nintendo account linked to Epic Games. However, I no longer have access to the old email where the verification codes are sent. When I attempt to sign in with my Nintendo account, it automatically sends the code to the old email without requesting any other login details. I am unable to reset the linking process as it continuously sends the verification email. I am simply looking to successfully link my Nintendo account to the Epic Games website without this issue.

Hello, I recently verified my son's age with his ID and received an email confirming it. However, my son is still unable to log in on the computer. The message keeps saying that the account will be deleted. We would like to retain this account and have access to it. The account in question is Sandwich39ar. I am attempting to log into my PlayStation 4 account on Epic Games, but each time I click on it, I am redirected to a page prompting me to create an account to link it. I am looking for assistance in accessing my PS4 account on Epic Games so I can participate in the PC skins challenges on my laptop but through my PS4. I successfully claimed my Epic Holiday sale coupon and added several eligible $14.99 games to my cart. At checkout, my card was declined, but after fixing the issue, the coupons disappeared from my cart. I tried removing items and adding them back, but the coupons didn't reappear. Even when I attempted to buy the games individually from their pages, the coupons weren't applied. The Epic Store shows the coupon as "claimed," although I haven't used it yet and can't retrieve it now. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my coupons.

Hello, I've noticed several charges for V-bucks on my account that I didn't authorize. I've never visited the Fortnite store to make these purchases. While playing, a screen randomly appeared claiming I had been gifted, and to continue playing, I had to click "claim." Unfortunately, this led to unintended charges my parents had to cover. I'm seeking an explanation on how to prevent this from happening in the future and to understand if my account was hacked, leading to these unauthorized purchases. I am seeking assistance with merging my progress from Rocket League on Nintendo Switch with my PC. Unfortunately, I mistakenly merged the wrong Nintendo account with my Epic Games account. Due to the restriction that prohibits merging different accounts once one is linked, I cannot rectify this error easily. I am exploring potential workarounds to avoid the inconvenience of deleting my Epic account and creating a new one just to resolve this minor issue with the account linking process.
