I am experiencing issues with Etsy. After making a few purchases that involved downloading a pattern, I have been unable to complete the process. The seller has done their part, but when I click the download button, Etsy displays a message saying the page is no longer available or I am unable to view it. As a result, I have decided this will be my last time purchasing a pattern unless it is a physical paper pattern to be delivered by mail. Currently, I am planning to contact the seller of the current pattern to see if I can receive it outside of the Etsy platform.

I recently placed an order with The Organic Habitat US for 7 curtains totaling $[redacted].07. However, upon receiving the curtains, I found them to be wet and smelling moldy. After promptly returning them with proof of delivery through my FedEx account, the store manager named Amit assured me a refund through PayPal. Unfortunately, the refund was never received, and after my attempts to contact Amit, he ceased all communication. To add to the issue, Amit incorrectly marked the order as canceled instead of returned, complicating matters with Etsy. Despite having all necessary documentation, I have yet to receive my money back. It's disheartening to face such challenges in resolving this matter with Etsy after a purchase that took place on June 20th, was delivered on July 13th, and returned on July 18th, [redacted]. I seek assistance in recovering my funds and warning others of this seller. The transaction was facilitated by Nimanal Sales Agencies.

I am wondering what it takes to order a 3-inch round decal with a silver background, black edge, and the three initials KRI on it. I had placed an order, but it seems to have gone missing. I recently joined Etsy and created my first listing following all the guidelines. Unfortunately, my account got suspended shortly after. I appealed the decision and provided all the necessary information they asked for. However, I received a response stating that my account violated the terms of use and I have been permanently banned from Etsy. This is devastating as I was counting on Etsy for my career. I am requesting a refund for an item I never received. The seller claims it's with the post office, but after visiting in person three times, I've been told the tracking number is invalid. I have contacted the post office online and by phone, and they too say the tracking number is invalid. Despite my efforts to reach out to the seller daily, they have not called me or refunded my money. I urgently need my refund. Thank you.

I purchased a necklace from your shop a few days ago. Yesterday, I received a text notification that my order was delivered to my mailbox. However, upon checking, I did not find the necklace. I contacted the seller through Etsy to request a refund, but they refused and offered to send another necklace instead. Throughout the day, our communication has been unpleasant, and I am awaiting the resend of the necklace or a refund.

I've been attempting to sign into my Etsy account to shop for a product but keep encountering a [redacted] too many requests error message. Regarding order # [redacted] for iPhone cases, I am Excelsa C. I have encountered issues with this order. Despite following the instructions on Etsy’s Help with Order section, I have not received any response from the seller after messaging them two days ago. The option to Open a Case does not seem to be available. The delivery was scheduled for August 31, and today is September 2nd, yet I have not received any updates from the seller even after sending additional messages and photos. As the delivery is delayed, I would like to cancel the order and request a refund of $[redacted].

I've been unable to access my Etsy shop for over a year now due to issues with my two-factor authentication app. I initially set up the shop, engaged with customers, but then encountered problems with the app, leaving me completely locked out. I'm eager to reopen my shop and resume my work. I'm unsure if my Etsy account is still functional and need to regain access, but I'm stuck without two-factor authentication to reach out to Customer Support. I haven't logged into my Etsy account in 5 years and haven't listed anything during that time. Recently, starting in July [redacted], I've been receiving emails from Etsy asking for payment or claiming I have copyright issues. In June, I received an email regarding a security issue where Etsy mentioned a security check was changed without my knowledge. In August, I received an email stating my account was suspended, even though I hadn't interacted with Etsy. I'm currently unable to access my Etsy account but continue to receive bills after the suspension. I'm eager to reach out to Etsy for assistance, but it seems impossible without access to my account. On a related note, my security settings were modified without my input, enabling Two-Factor Authentication - Authenticator App from an IP address in Saint-Jean-de-Vedas, France.
