My flight from Orlando, Florida to Dublin, Ireland, flight EI120 on January 13th at 20:05, got canceled. They said we could stay at the Hyatt hotel and get a refund for the hotel cost, but at the hotel, they required a voucher we weren't given. I ended up paying for the room. The Aer Lingus crew at JFK advised me to sort it out with Expedia, the booking agent. The issue now is that Expedia won't accept my itinerary number on the digital complaints form. I just want a refund for the hotel bill, covered by the insurance plan I purchased.

On January **th at **:**, my flight EI*** from Orlando, Florida to Dublin, Ireland was cancelled. Passengers were told we could stay at the Hyatt hotel in the airport with a refund from Aer Lingus. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked for a voucher, eventually having to pay for the stay. When questioned the next day in JFK, Aer Lingus staff advised me to contact Expedia. Expedia, however, is not accepting my itinerary number on the complaints form online. I seek a refund for the hotel expenses, as promised by Aer Lingus staff in Orlando.

I made a booking for three people on return flights from LHR to FCO but had to cancel and re-book due to a schedule change by Lufthansa. Expedia assured me of a full refund, but I only received a partial refund on my credit card from Lufthansa. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including a call on 18/01/22 with Expedia, no action has been taken yet. Today, I spoke with Kay at Expedia who promised to contact Lufthansa and get back to me on the same day, but I have not received any update yet.

I made a booking at the Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne with a check-in time at 16.00, which I find inconvenient. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel before the 14.00 deadline for a free cancellation as I couldn't reach you by phone or through the virtual assistant. I have a screenshot showing my multiple attempts to contact you. The high call volume made it challenging to connect, causing me to miss the cancellation deadline. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably warm, despite using two fans all night, affecting my sleep. When I asked reception for assistance, I was offered another room for £15 per night. The service from both you and the hotel has been disappointing. I would like a refund. Thank you. - M. O'Connor

Hello, I need to book a return ticket through Expedia for a trip from London to Beijing scheduled from Nov. 2 to Dec. 12. I'm comparing two ticket options: Economy Select priced at £[redacted] and Economy Select Pro priced at £[redacted]. The main difference seems to be the cancellation policy. Economy Select has a '$ Cancellation' sign while Economy Select Pro has 'cancellation' ticked. My queries are: 1. For Economy Select Pro, does it mean there is no fee for canceling the flight? Can I get a full refund in case of cancellation? 2. How much is the cancellation fee for Economy Select? What would be the refund amount if I cancel the flight? Looking forward to your guidance. Despite booking a superior sea-view room at Rock House, the room provided at the Rising Sun did not meet the same standards. The room lacked necessary amenities in the bathroom, resulting in an unfortunate accident with a broken bottle of medicine. Furthermore, the room at Rising Sun was smaller than anticipated, and the parking situation was inconvenient for my elderly husband with health issues and myself, a disabled blue badge holder. Hello, I am Linda C. I made a flight booking through expedia.co.uk on June 8 from Berlin to Stockholm with the itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Initially, the booking was for my husband, D.C., and myself departing from Berlin at 3:30 pm with a layover in Copenhagen en route to Stockholm. However, my husband rescheduled his flight for June 9th. I decided to keep my booking for June 8th but changed to a direct flight leaving Berlin at midday on SK2678, returning on June 11th. I managed this change using Expedia's Chatbox, paid with a card, and received confirmation via email from Expedia Travel Services on April 8 with SAS Confirmation Code S27P8N. Despite this, the online itinerary on Expedia's website has not updated to show my solo flight. It still displays both departures on June 8th at 3:30 pm. I kindly request to amend my itinerary to reflect the correct flights for me only, provide the updated price, and issue a new itinerary promptly. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

I recently purchased two air tickets with Thai Airways to Thailand for a total of £[redacted].32, but unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to the Covid lockdown. The agent assured me that I could use the air credit before the end of December [redacted], and I have a record of this conversation with the Expedia agent. However, when I tried to access my account today to use the flight credit, it stated that I must use it before February 27, [redacted]. This discrepancy has caught me by surprise. Thai Airways informed me that I need to address this issue through Expedia. I received an email on May 1st stating that the Merchants Hotel in Manchester couldn't honor my booking. The email offered an alternative at the Village Hotel Manchester, to which I agreed on May 2nd. They requested my phone number for confirmation, but I haven't received any contact since. I've tried reaching out multiple times without success. I'd appreciate prompt assistance with this matter. The reference number for this booking is [redacted].

I have a hotel reservation at Wingate by Wyndham New York Midtown South/5th Ave for August 3rd for 4 nights. The confirmation shows 2 guests, but it should only be for 1 guest as I'm traveling alone. I reached out to correct this through a live chat assistant, who advised me to contact the hotel directly. The hotel acknowledged the error and suggested contacting Expedia for an updated itinerary with 1 guest. Please send the amended confirmation to [redacted] I expect the cost to remain the same, as payment has already been processed. In September [redacted], I booked a stay at the Hampton by Hilton Dublin Four Courts in Dublin for June 17th-20th, [redacted], to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday with over 20 guests. Recently, Expedia informed me that the hotel could not honor the reservation. After confirming my need for accommodation, I had to follow up with a call. Initially, an agent misled me by stating the booking was fine, even though the hotel is closed until July 1st. Another agent later mentioned a transfer to the Holiday Inn Express Dublin City Centre, but this change has not been finalized. Out of our group of 12, 6 have been relocated, but I am one of the 2 remaining without confirmed alternate arrangements. This situation is particularly concerning as we have already made travel arrangements, booked excursions, and made reservations at restaurants.

The departure flight from Bristol was canceled, and there are no other direct flights available until 2 days later. I was charged for collision insurance twice when renting a car through Expedia. The rental agency refused to accept the insurance I purchased, so I had to buy another policy. I had booked one night of hotel accommodation through Expedia with itinerary [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel, it was fully booked, and I was unable to stay there. I booked flights through Expedia.co.uk and was informed that one of the flights was overbooked, resulting in a different itinerary with a significant layover. Upon contacting Expedia, they rearranged the flights at no extra cost, albeit without the originally included seat reservations. When trying to reserve seats with United / Lufthansa, I was charged an additional £[redacted] for the 4 passengers, which both the airline and Expedia declined to waive, citing that seats were not reserved during the rebooking process.

We had a return flight booked to Calgary scheduled for August 26th, with the return on September 9th. However, our flight was canceled on the 26th due to maintenance. Westjet offered us an alternative flight for August 29th to Vancouver then Calgary, but this didn't suit our plans as we needed to be in Canada by the 27th. We decided to cancel the Calgary flight but expected the return to remain valid - only to find out the entire booking was canceled. We are seeking a full refund. Westjet advised us that since the flights were booked through Expedia, the refund process must go through them, leading us to contact Expedia for assistance. We also paid £[redacted].00 to upgrade to premium. Any assistance regarding this matter would be highly appreciated.
