Dear Experian Support Team, I encountered difficulty signing into my Experian account last year after using it seamlessly for years. Upon trying to recover my username and password, I was shocked to see an unfamiliar email, mo*****@***.com, associated with my account. I immediately froze my credit out of concern. Recently, when applying for a new credit card, I discovered my credit was still frozen and I was locked out of my Experian account with the same incorrect email. I recently applied for an American Express business credit card through Amazon. Experian inaccurately reported to American Express that I am currently in a payment relief program, which is not true. This misinformation is causing delays in my approval process and is affecting my finances. I did have a deferral on my account back in [redacted] due to being in a Hurricane Disaster Area, but this information is being misinterpreted. I kindly request that the Experian record be corrected to reflect the accurate details of my financial history. I have been dealing with the distressing issue of identity theft. Despite being part of the Texas Attorney General Crime Victims Confidentiality Program, my protected address (P.O.BOX [redacted] MC068, AUSTIN, TX [redacted]) is not reflected correctly on my credit report. Instead, the three credit bureaus have my home address listed, which has compromised my safety. I have attempted to contact them with no success; the automated systems are of no assistance. I urgently require support to rectify this situation and have my address information updated promptly.

I recently applied for an Amazon Business account and unfortunately got denied. My credit is in good standing, but Experian falsely reported a loan in deferral. Back in [redacted], I faced issues with a mortgage deferral caused by Fifth Third Bank during a hurricane disaster. Despite my efforts to correct this error with the credit bureaus, it was mistakenly categorized as a natural disaster. It's frustrating that this outdated incident is still impacting my credit report, especially since it's almost a decade old. I am having trouble accessing my Experian account. When attempting to retrieve my username using my birthday and SSN, it says there is no match. I froze my credit with all three bureaus over four years ago due to identity theft. Even though I have LifeLock, Experian claims they have no record of my birthdate and social in their database. Anyone trying to pull a credit report on me is told my account is locked today. Can someone please assist me with my account? My contact details are [redacted] and [redacted]. I intend to close my BECU credit card with a $24,[redacted] limit. Simultaneously, I would like to inquire about increasing the limit on my Chase card, unrelated to BECU, by $25,[redacted]. While trying to freeze my credit account, the page suddenly refreshed, presenting different questions I couldn't answer. Now, I am unable to log in to freeze my credit as advised. The error message displayed is: "We have encountered an internal system error. Your order has been canceled. Apologies for the inconvenience." The given toll-free number was not helpful. The automated system did not provide the option to address this issue. I also contacted technical support, but the call disconnected after a few seconds.

My identity has been stolen. The thief has my driver's license and my social security number. Approximately $30,[redacted] has been stolen from my various accounts since March 30th. I discovered that the thief used my identity to register an Experian account before I could, which is preventing me from opening my own account now. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue and it's causing me a lot of stress, fearing that they may use my credit to open additional accounts. The thief even attempted to change my mailing address, but I was able to revert it back. I am in urgent need of assistance.

I recently received a letter from CHSPSC, LLC regarding a security breach that occurred at Fortr, LLC from January 28, [redacted], to January 30, [redacted], which affected my personal details obtained from Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. They advised me to get in touch with Experian IdentityWorks to sign up using the activation code and engagement number they supplied, granting me a complimentary two-year membership for monitoring my personal and credit information.

I am having trouble retrieving my Experian login details and when I tried to reset my username using my date of birth and SSN, the system stated they did not match. Due to concerns about potential fraud, my Experian report is currently frozen. The reason behind the freeze is due to the hacking of records from TARGET Department Store in SC, which have affected various individuals, including those with military backgrounds like myself. I previously held a TOP SECRET clearance with access to Sensitive Information while serving in the military, and my records from a [redacted] Periodic Reinvestigation were compromised in a breach of Defense Department systems. We experienced two issues recently. In August [redacted], we fell victim to wire fraud. Attorney J. Manera Jr. from RI facilitated the wire transfer for the buyer but failed to ensure my mortgage company, New American, was paid. In October, I received a forwarded letter stating I was late and liable for payment, affecting our credit. After filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Board, the issue was resolved by the end of October/November. Secondly, there was a dispute with Citi Bank which I settled, paying the balance and closing the account. Unexpected charges appeared later, and upon contacting them, they could not explain the origin of the charges. I insisted on receiving statements for February, March, and April via regular mail due to communication issues, even though they were unwilling to comply.

I require immediate assistance in unfreezing my Experian Credit Report. It is crucial as I am currently in the process of refinancing my home. The reports from the other two Credit Bureaus are not frozen, making Experian the only obstacle. I urgently need the Experian Credit Report unfrozen today, Thursday, April 20, to proceed with the refinance. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach a Customer Representative over the phone. My contact number is [redacted]. I seem to be unable to access my Experian account. After using it successfully a few minutes ago, it now shows that my username or password is incorrect. When I requested a reminder for my username, it confirmed my email. However, when attempting to reset my password, it claimed my email was not linked to an account. I have lodged a dispute with Experian, and I continually receive emails instructing me to visit a specific webpage to check the dispute outcome. However, every time I input the necessary details, I receive an error message stating "The information you submitted does not match our records. Please ensure accuracy or use your personal identification info to access your report." Despite entering my CORRECT ID (SSN) and the dispute numbers MULTIPLE TIMES (across different browsers and after clearing cache), I am unable to access the information. I require Experian to clarify why I am encountering difficulties accessing the results of my dispute.

I recently received an email from Experian informing me that my email had been updated, which I found suspicious. Avoiding clicking on email links, I went directly to the Experian website to reset my password. However, I couldn't remember my login details since I rarely use the platform. As I attempted to reset my password, it requested sensitive information and indicated that notifications were being sent to a different email, suggesting my account may have been compromised. Despite my numerous calls to reach a human customer service representative, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. My security questions have also been altered, causing me great concern. Assistance is urgently needed.

I am having trouble opening a Bob's Furniture credit card despite having a good credit score. I purchased a mattress from MattressFirm without any issues before. Both Wells Fargo and Bob's Furniture are unsure why I was denied. I contacted TransUnion and Equifax, and they confirmed that there is no block on my credit. Although Credit Karma mentions that Experian is unavailable, I am unsure why this is happening.

Last year, I completed the payment for a freezer bought through Acima financial services. After making the agreed-upon payments, I received a confirmation statement indicating the account was settled. Despite this, Acima inexplicably started sending me erroneous bills claiming I hadn't paid on time and demanded an additional $[redacted]. After months of disputes, I escalated the issue, which resulted in the removal of the account from my credit report. Unfortunately, I recently discovered the account reappeared without explanation.
