I recently got a new computer and during the data transfer, I lost a lot of important information due to Cox.net's new email policy which restricted the use of multiple email addresses. As a result, I can no longer access my original Facebook account under Lori Becker due to the email being cancelled. I had switched to Lorraine A Becker after the account was hacked. Now, I am unable to access either account. My current email is [redacted], and I need help in recovering access to one of my accounts. Since I cannot receive verification codes on the old email addresses, I am stuck. How can I verify my identity and regain access to my account?

Hello, my name is Shaar Arabi, and I am a fashion designer based in the Bay Area. I am reaching out about my page called "Design By Siarra." Approximately two years ago, there were more ads run on my Instagram page by Instagram than we had agreed upon, which resulted in me being billed for them. After contacting Facebook support, they stopped the charges and reimbursed me. However, since then, my page has been frozen, preventing me from running ads and disabling the boosting option. PayPal has also requested a business name change, but my requests for a name change have not been processed. This discrepancy has caused confusion as my Facebook page name differs from my Instagram and website. When trying to access the ads manager, I received a message stating that "Disabled accounts can't create or edit ads: Only active accounts can create or edit ads." I have attempted to contact Facebook's business team through various channels but have not received a response. Can you please direct me to the appropriate team that can address and resolve this issue with my business page?

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook username. I have used the username "bilal.kidwai" since I created my account, but due to glitches on Facebook's side, it was automatically changed. The original username is no longer in use, yet it remains unavailable. I would like to have the username "bilal.kidwai" or "facebook.com/bilalkidwai" restored. I wanted to boost my business through Instagram, so I set up a Facebook account as required. As I didn't see the desired response after promoting a post on Instagram, I modified the target audience. When trying to rerun the promotion, it got disapproved. Despite being the same approved post, Facebook is now reviewing my page due to perceived suspicious activity, hindering me from promoting any other posts.

I am experiencing difficulties with my profile username on Facebook. I have been using the username bilal.kidwai or facebook.com/bilalkidwai since I created my account, but due to Facebook's glitches, my username was changed automatically. The username is currently unavailable although no one else is using it. I am facing an issue with my Facebook profile. I have been using the username "bilal.kidwai" since I created my account. I believe my Instagram password was hacked, but I have not received any notification from Instagram about it. I attempted to reset it using my email or phone number, but because my account has a blue verification badge, Instagram does not let me use the reset password form. Consequently, I am unable to regain access to my account. I have tried various ways to reach out to the support team, but their assistance has been unhelpful in this situation. It has been nearly two weeks of trying, and I am feeling quite exhausted by the whole process.

Hello Facebook Team, I believe there was a mistake with your security system as my Facebook account was removed without a valid reason. When I try to log in, it says my account has been disabled. I have only uploaded my own clear picture and have not used anyone else's identity. I am unable to log in now, and it appears to be disabled. This account is significant to me as it is old. I hope this information is adequate to reactivate my account. Please assist in opening it promptly. Appreciate your help.

I am encountering issues with resetting my Facebook password. Approximately a month ago, I attempted to sign in and was informed that my password was invalid, despite using the same one for 11 years. I initiated the password reset procedure but encountered a hurdle. After receiving the email code, I am prompted for a generated code from the account. However, as I am unable to access the account, I am unable to retrieve this code. I have already submitted my government ID and other necessary information but have not received a response in a month. Could someone assist me with this matter?

Hello, This morning, someone successfully took over my Facebook account and engaged in inappropriate behavior, resulting in its disabling by Facebook. I reached out to Facebook support through the reactivation form. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that my account has been permanently disabled for violating their community standards related to threatening behavior, support of violent groups, or graphic content. This situation is challenging for me because I operate a small business through Facebook and all my customers connect with me there. I am hoping to have my account reinstated or alternatively, have my husband, who currently has an editor role, promoted to an admin so I can start anew with a different account for my business. Facebook disabled my account without any explanation or warning, even though it did not violate any guidelines. I am of age to have a Facebook account, and I had not posted anything on it. Now, I am unable to link games, participate in contests, or carry out activities that necessitate a Facebook account. I submitted a review for the disablement over a week and a half ago, but I have not received a response yet. I would be grateful for any assistance anyone can provide. I attempted to create a text group for reconnecting with old friends which was mistakenly flagged as spam by Facebook. Consequently, I am unable to receive the six-digit code via text, although email works. However, the process requires my phone number as an additional identifier which is causing an issue because I am not receiving texts from Facebook. Moreover, my daughter, listed as my account manager in case of an emergency, is also having trouble receiving texts from Facebook as her phone number has been rejected from the account. I kindly request for the restrictions to be lifted from both my cell phone number, [redacted], and my daughter's cell phone number, [redacted], so we can both receive important texts from Facebook. I received multiple warnings from Facebook about suspicious activity on my account, involving adding my mother's new account and posting about a game called Thug Life. I received around 18 notifications in an hour, causing me to change my password multiple times. Now, I'm locked out because I can't remember my current password. I also no longer have access to my email account associated with Facebook. When trying to reset my password, Facebook now requests my old password, which I can't recall. I want to either reset my password without needing the old one like when I received the initial compromised account notification or delete my account to protect my personal data. I have had the same account for over 8 years. Last week, it was disabled, and I lost every memory of my kids and deceased family members. Despite trying to create new accounts, the same issue persists. I am hoping to have my account reinstated. I am in the process of organizing a lawsuit against this treatment where many have lost valuable and irreplaceable things without warning or the ability to resolve the issue. Over [redacted] others with disabled accounts have joined in the lawsuit, each contributing $25,[redacted].

When my phone was left on overnight last Sunday, my account was hacked. The hacker changed my email, password, and phone number, preventing me from accessing my account. I attempted to follow the steps in the help center, but the new email received the access pin instead. I uploaded a photo of my ID as instructed, but even after receiving an email stating the issue was resolved, I still cannot access my account. I simply want to regain access so I can enjoy the platform again and retrieve my photos. Additionally, the hacker is using my identity to promote healthcare programs. I also tried to create a new account to recover the old one, providing a photo for identity verification, but it was disabled for policy violations. Please assist me in recovering my account as I have unique pictures stored there that I do not have elsewhere.

I accidentally removed my business address and now I'm having trouble re-adding it. Previously, I was able to manage it under Page Info - Location, but now I can't find the option to input the address there. When I attempt to add my second business address, which had been my only address on Facebook until recently, it doesn't get recognized. This address in Melbourne is quite common, unlike my Gold Coast address which works perfectly. I don't believe the difference in states should be causing this issue. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.
