My Instagram account, mitali333, has been disabled. I am in distress because a friend shared a video with me, and without opening it, I sent it back to them thinking it was personal. Later, upon viewing, the video contained inappropriate content, resulting in the disabling of my account. I suspect this was done intentionally by the person who shared the video. I urgently need to restore access to my account since my Facebook account is also affected as it is linked to my Instagram. Is there a way to re-enable my Instagram account or unlink it from my Facebook account without direct access to either platform? Thank you.

I am Cheryl Whaley, and I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. Someone under the name Dorigo Day has compromised my account. Despite uploading a picture and a document, I am unable to recover it. After creating a new account using a different email without a password, I am now locked out. Facebook support has been unhelpful, and it seems the hacker changed my original password. I provided a picture with my Arkansas address that apparently did not match. The hacker accessed my account from Temecula, California, while I was at work in Arkansas. I am frustrated by the lack of support and am seeking a resolution.

I am having trouble accessing Facebook on my new phone. I am currently logged in on my old device but do not know my password. I attempted to reset my password but it requires my current password, which I do not have. The SMS code to reset my password is not being received despite multiple attempts. I have checked my text notifications settings and followed all available help articles but still cannot log in. I tried turning off two-factor authentication but it also requires a password. I have not been successful using the code generator or recovery codes provided. Google Authenticator did not work as a password either. Unfortunately, Facebook does not have phone support. I need assistance accessing my Facebook account on my new device or resetting my password without my current one.

I believe Jodie Edwards has compromised my account, similar to what happened with my previous account. My emails have stopped, and my birth year is always visible. I attempted to set it to show only month and day, but I got logged out. I recently said goodbye to him, and suddenly my account was inaccessible for the second time. Now it claims no account is associated with my email address. Both accounts opened within two years are linked to Jodie Edwards, whom I suspect is involved in drugs. This is concerning. One strange message from him was asking if I still play the game Thug Life. Could he be trying to steal my identity due to financial problems? I was prompted to provide my ID or driver's license, which I sent a copy of. I hope it was Facebook requesting this information. Strange occurrences have been happening since December: my email account was lost, someone changed my address to match my garbage bill, and altered the due date on my phone bill. Now, my Facebook account is inaccessible. Assistance is needed.

I have already mentioned multiple times that I am unable to create a Facebook account using my real name. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received any help and have only been repeatedly asked what my specific request is. To be clear, I simply want to use the name I was given at birth for my account without having to disclose personal information, especially considering the security breaches Facebook has experienced. It is unreasonable that a company of this size expects individuals to pay for name verification. Interestingly, my family members who are already on Facebook did not have to verify our family name. They were skeptical until I asked them to try replicating my issue. I trust this explanation clarifies my ongoing request.

Hello, I had an issue with my Messenger app recently. A blue screen popped up asking for my phone number and password, and once I entered them, my contacts and messages disappeared. I reached out to Apple who advised me to contact Messenger support. After some research online, I managed to retrieve my contacts and messages, but I am concerned if my account was hacked. Additionally, I noticed a marketplace feature that I cannot remove. Some of my messages display contacts without names until clicked on. I would appreciate any insight on this situation. Thank you.

I had an employee and shareholder, Alexandria, in my business who initially set up our Facebook page as Power Brooks. When she left and took over the account, she removed me as an administrator, blocking my access. She now runs the page under her name, posting photos, videos, and content that belonged to Power Brooks. I had to close the business due to this situation. I am exploring legal options as multiple accounts were affected. I request the account to be either returned to me or completely closed. The information on the page was not authorized by Power Brooks, which ceased operations due to these events. Content on the page dates back over 4 years to when the business was founded. For the second time, the "Scheduling" option has vanished from the posting window on the homepage. I am now forced to create and schedule my posts from the Publishing Tools Page, which is inconvenient. However, when composing posts on this page, I can only see 2 lines of the content for review or editing before scheduling. After scheduling, if I attempt to make corrections, any attached photo or link disappears. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I have updated all my Mac's software, logged out and back in to Facebook, and even tried to schedule from other devices, yet the problem persists. Both of my admins are experiencing the same issue. It appears to be a problem with Facebook rather than my device. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I used a term that was flagged as offensive by Facebook. I respect my friend regardless of his sexual orientation. We've used this term for nearly fifty years to describe him. I have no issue with what he does privately. He openly identifies as a derogatory term. I didn't mean any disrespect. I have no qualms about sharing a locker room with him after sports. I don't discuss my relationships with women, and I wish he wouldn't be as open about his. He will always be my friend, and we will continue using that term to refer to his preferences. Everyone is entitled to their own choices. I have no trouble inviting them over for dinner, and they do the same. I harbor no hatred (except for child abusers or domestic violence perpetrators).

Hello Facebook Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my account under the name of Salman Butt, which was recently hacked due to my involvement in PUBG. The hacker altered my recovery email and profile photo. Interestingly, the hacker did not change the password. I attempted to regain access by changing the recovery email and password, but to complete this, confirmation is needed via the email, which now belongs to the hacker, or by contacting friends. Unfortunately, as my friends associated with the account were solely PUBG acquaintances, I am unable to reach out to them for assistance. I possess all the necessary details of my account, such as the email being [redacted] and the password being salman1234. I urgently seek your help in reclaiming my account from this unwanted hacker.

Hello, I'm having difficulty accessing my account as it has been restricted. I cannot log in because I no longer have the previous phone number to reset the password. Facebook flagged my account due to suspected spam after I posted photos following a notification about spam activity in groups, which I promptly stopped. I believe my account is not suspicious, just my genuine activity of sharing Christian quotes and accepting friend requests. Although I have a larger audience, it was organically grown, not acquired. I have been a Facebook user since [redacted] and have verified my identity multiple times through face recognition. I would like to regain access to my account by updating security questions or changing the phone number/email associated with it. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.

I received a notification in my Support Inbox about a Facebook Live video posted in my group after the video had ended. The message mentioned that the post violated Facebook's Community Standards on spam. Although it said the post was not visible to others, it remains accessible. I hadn't used the Support Inbox before and was unaware of its existence until recently. I'm confused by other messages in the inbox claiming I anonymously flagged some pages, which I did not do. I'm looking for clarity on the Support Inbox and the messages I'm receiving, as they seem unrelated to my actual activity. Thank you, Jay B.

Hello, my Instagram account (jima_khadrou) was deactivated because Instagram thinks I'm under 13, but I'm turning 15 this year. Here is proof from Sweden where I'm in eighth grade. The image displays my grades, grade level, and name. This should confirm I'm at least fourteen years old. I was upset when my account was deactivated as I had many followers and followings I can't reach now. I hope you can reactivate my account as it was important to me.

My personal Facebook account was disabled without any reason. I have maintained this account for the past decade, and it contains many of my personal photos. I am well acquainted with the Facebook Community Guidelines and have not violated them. This is my authentic account, not a fake one. I urge you to thoroughly review my account as there are valuable documents related to my work stored on it. I purchased a few porcelain dolls from a seller on Marketplace who lives nearby. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent her two $20 payments through Messenger. She wasn't set up to receive money through Messenger, so I ended up paying her in cash instead. However, Facebook still shows that $40 was paid, and I would like to get that refunded.

My Facebook business page, "Flawless," was thriving until it got disabled last week. This has devastated my business as I heavily rely on Facebook for customers. I acknowledge any mistakes made and have familiarized myself with Facebook policies. I'm requesting another opportunity to continue operating my business. Losing all my customers permanently and the hard work I've put into my business due to a single button click by Facebook is distressing. I'm sincerely asking for the chance to rebuild my business.
