Hello Facebook, I am Mwesigwa Joshua Buxton from Uganda, East Africa. I am reaching out to report an issue with my Facebook account. My account, previously under the name Josh Buxton, was suspended without clear information on why. Normally, I would have to verify it with a picture or by identifying friends, but this time I was asked to use codes sent to my old phone number, +[redacted]05, which I no longer have access to. I have updated my profile with my new number, +[redacted]03, and my email, [redacted], for recovery purposes. I kindly request that the recovery codes be sent to either my new number or email as I am unable to retrieve my old number, especially with the current lockdown situation in my country due to COVID-19. I have two Facebook pages linked to the email [redacted] The smaller page, accessed from my iPhone, is for work contacts only and does not include marketplace selling. The original page, with family photos and more contacts, is where my active marketplace selling account is located, and I wish to retrieve it. Currently, I'm only logged into the smaller account and I want to ensure I don't lose access to my main and older Facebook page. I would like to delete the smaller account and regain access to my older page with all the pictures, contacts, and active marketplace account with 20-30 items for sale. I have noticed an unknown device named Tianchi Digi Land repeatedly appearing in the Security and Login section of both my Facebook app and Messenger. Despite following Facebook's recommendations and changing my password multiple times to a complex one, this device keeps gaining access, sometimes in just a few hours. I encountered security issues on other devices after finding this out initially, which led me to involve the Cape Coral Police Department (Florida). Though I thought the issue was resolved, I recently discovered the unknown device on my accounts again. Furthermore, I received notifications from Facebook about sending friend requests to people I don't know, which is not something I would do. I suspect this might be related to the unauthorized access to my accounts. As I am not tech-savvy, I am unsure of what else to do. Could you please look into blocking this device from accessing my Facebook and Messenger to avoid potentially having to delete my accounts due to these security concerns? I have been playing Farmville for years without any problems. However, about a week ago, the page started showing up blank with no content loading on any of my devices. My son, who is knowledgeable about computers, has tried various troubleshooting steps to fix the issue, like checking for online solutions, adjusting settings, updating Flash Player, and ensuring all necessary permissions are set correctly. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. I am 75 years old and currently self-isolating due to Covid-19, and playing Farmville is one of the few things that brings me joy and allows me to connect with friends who also play the game. Hello, I have been a Facebook user for 10-12 years under the name NEELESH DESHWAL. Unfortunately, my account was disabled yesterday without a clear explanation. It seems that my account was hacked as I received an email notifying me of a password change which I did not make. I managed to recover the account, but it seems the hacker had already changed the user to Khabir Khan and posted inappropriate content resulting in the disablement of my account. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to some suspicious activity detected by Facebook. I am trying to contact Facebook support regarding my other account that was hacked. The account's name is Wendy Germer Ober, and it is a unique name with only two accounts associated with it. Evidence in the logs will show unauthorized access and inappropriate content posted on my feed. I am now unable to access this account, which also has important business pages linked to it, specifically "Oil me up dearadamsblend." The hackers have altered the admin status on these pages. The email associated with the hacked account is ann****@aol.com, which should help Facebook locate the account. Facebook has been treating me unfairly lately. I am a toymaker specializing in creating EVA foam LARP props and toy swords. While my items are soft and child-safe, Facebook has been blocking my posts due to their weapons policy. Despite my efforts to report actual sword sellers on the platform, Facebook has not taken any action against them. I believe my products do not violate their policy as they are not real weapons but rather elaborate toy swords made from foam. I am considering legal options as Facebook's enforcement seems inconsistent and unfair given the nature of my products.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook Ads account. It was functioning well until May 5th when, without notice, they disabled my ad account. I had never previously had an ad disapproved, so I was uncertain why they suddenly disabled my account. After requesting a review, they initially denied it. Following a second request, they approved my account and it became active again. I sought clarification on the violation but did not receive a response. Since my previous ads were approved and my account was reinstated, I assumed there was no error. I created a new campaign which was approved, but when I returned from work, they had not only disabled the ad account but the entire business account. I have not received a response from the original appeal, and now they require me to verify the business with legal documents for an appeal, which is challenging as my business is not a limited company. Logging into my account feels like a waste of time. I am unable to verify my phone with the code on Facebook. Even after submitting a photo of only myself, the system claims others are in the picture, which is not true. I am frustrated with the security measures asking for excessive personal information. About two years ago, I was informed that my account had been hacked. Upon checking, I discovered my photograph had been changed to that of an Asian female, while my name, James Davie, remained the same. I noticed that I was still receiving items from my regular contacts, but they were mixed up with items from this other person's page, all in Chinese characters. Despite reporting the issue and attempting to rectify it, I encountered two obstacles. Firstly, I couldn't recall my original password, and secondly, I was informed that I would need to change my email address, which I was reluctant to do. I continued to use my page, receiving my usual notifications along with these foreign ones. However, in the last couple of days, whenever I open my page, a notice in the center of the screen with several lines of Chinese characters appears, completely blocking the items behind it, and I am unable to move it.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my profile that was hacked on May 12, [redacted], around 10:00 p.m. The hacker is sending messages to my friends pretending to be me, asking for personal information, distributing images and phone numbers. My profile is linked to a work page where I have added my phone number and Gmail as alternatives in case of abuse, but the hacker has either changed or removed them. ABV denies me access to my email. They advised me to ask friends to report my profile so it can be removed from the platform if it cannot be recovered, preventing the hacker from using it. I am willing to provide personal information if necessary. I believe I should receive a code or password on my phone [redacted] to regain access, change the password, and add protection against such hackers.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I accidentally got logged out of my Facebook business ad manager and personal profile after entering the password incorrectly on a new device. I attempted to reset my password, but Facebook is asking to send the confirmation code to a number that only has WhatsApp, not SMS capabilities. Unfortunately, I cannot receive SMS on this number as it is only for WhatsApp use. I am currently living in another country, and all my attempts to activate SMS have been unsuccessful. My account, Suzy Craigmyle, got hacked, and I need it to be investigated and shut down due to insufficient security measures in place to protect personal information. The hackers were even sending messages to my boyfriend while I was with him. They changed my email and password, making it impossible for me to access my account. They are using my profile for criminal activities, trying to scam people on my friends list. Despite reaching out to Facebook, I have not received any response. I am disappointed with their customer support as my hacking reports have been ignored. The unauthorized messages sent from my account to my friends on April 27, [redacted], alerted me to the security breach.

I am seeking assistance to reactivate my Facebook account. After deleting it 8-12 months ago, I attempted to reset my password. However, during the reactivation process, I was informed that I had violated the terms of Facebook, preventing me from reinstating my account. I have spent many hours searching for a resolution as I was not explicitly banned. I managed to download some information from my account and am now looking for it on my iPad.
