I, BH, suspect that my account has been compromised, including one of my Google accounts. I noticed being logged out without authorization and encountered issues with resetting my password. When trying to use trusted contacts for codes, I received a message that the link was broken. Despite having access to my email, I'm not receiving any codes for account recovery. Additionally, I face obstacles when attempting to reset the password, as the process does not proceed after selecting an alternative way. Furthermore, when prompted to receive a code via email, I am unable to progress beyond a certain point. Trying to create a new account was unsuccessful, as it got disabled, preventing me from making another one. Requesting assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I need assistance with my business account Brave X Shop ID: [redacted][redacted]. My entire ad account is showing as "Account error." This affects all my running ads, including page likes and the 10 approved ads in the "10 Interest Cold Targeting Campaign." Despite reaching out for help, no one from the team has responded. I have reduced the campaign budget to $50 a day, but nothing is functioning correctly. Each line item displays "Account Error." I am frustrated with this situation and looking for a resolution. I receive emails confirming ads are running, but they are not. This issue has persisted since the beginning of the campaign, and I'm desperate for assistance.

When agreeing to Facebook's terms of service in Canada, it should be noted that individuals are required to be informed that they are waiving their right to express their opinion. Full disclosure is essential in contract law. Failure to do so can render the contract void. The Canadian government's restrictions on speech contradict the freedom of expression outlined in the Canadian Charter. As a company operating in Canada, Facebook must comply with all laws. The alteration of terms without complete disclosure raises legal concerns. Concerns about hate speech policies and their legality in Canada are valid. If Facebook wishes users to enforce their terms, certain conditions may apply. As an individual affected by recent actions on the platform, clarity and compliance with legal standards are crucial for continued use.

Dear Facebook owner, A few days ago, my account was hacked by someone who set up two-factor authentication on their number. I can't confirm my identity because I didn't use my real name or date of birth on the account. The verification code is being sent to a different number, likely the hacker's. My Free Fire account is linked to them, and I've spent a lot of money on it. I could easily reset the password, but I can't access it due to the two-factor code. Please investigate this issue thoroughly and take action. My account name is Hassan Shezan, and the Free Fire account is Mr. Khan, who is connected to the hacker. I'm a student and can't afford to lose my Free Fire account. Thank you.

I run a business account on Facebook for my clothing and apparel product line. Recently, my ad account got disabled out of the blue without any explanation. Despite being the sole user of the account and only running ads, I got a message about suspicious activity, which is baffling. Strangely, there was a spike in activity on my account before it was disabled, which raised my concerns. I've tried reaching out to Facebook to resolve the issue, but to no avail. The lack of customer support is frustrating, especially considering the significant investment I've made in ads. I submitted an appeal, but only received an automated response citing delays due to Covid. It's disheartening to see all my hard work and progress come to a halt due to the ad account being completely disabled.

I need assistance recovering just copies of my pets when they were young. Hello, my name is J.G. and I've been locked out of my personal Facebook page, which I believe was done in error. I have been a user since the platform's inception, and I am in a situation where I only have pictures of my pets as babies on the page in question. I have not received prior warnings or faced suspensions. On the day my profile was disabled, I made two posts on my private feed. Can you please help me retrieve my precious pet images? These pictures are incredibly important to me as they capture my pets as puppies and kittens, along with their mother and father, who was my loyal companion for 11 years. Though I am uncertain about which post led to the account removal, I value these pet photos greatly. Your assistance in recovering my personal pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I created my first account using my late brother's name, Bill Plunket, to avoid receiving many messages under my own name. I forgot to inform my son, Marc Creel, until the next day. After he noticed the account under his deceased uncle's name, he thought someone was impersonating him. Upon realizing the issue, I changed the account to Jack Plunkett, a name I used for 30 years. Recently, I switched back to my birth name, John Creel, after locating my father. Due to my previous cell phone number, [redacted], being in use, I now utilize my wife's number, [redacted]. Following a text from FB-[redacted], I submitted a photo for verification which was rejected. As I prepared a better photo, my account got disabled. I wish to delete the initial account and activate the new one with my cell number, [redacted]. Once the account is accessible, I will upload the revised photo. Please advise on the next steps.

My name is Alberto M. and I need some help. My Facebook account got disabled for allegedly breaking the "Community Standards." I'm not sure what I did wrong and how to fix it or appeal the decision. When I try to log in, I see a message saying: "We Received Your Information" and that my account will stay disabled if it didn't follow the standards. There's no way for me to continue from that page. I'm lost because I've never had my account disabled before since joining in [redacted]. I would really appreciate any assistance in getting my account back. Knowing the specific rule I broke would also help me avoid the same mistake in the future. Thanks.

I am from the Philippines. On October 02, [redacted], I logged out of all sessions and deactivated my Facebook account to also deactivate Messenger. I have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, with my phone number and email linked to my account. While I can receive reset codes quickly, I have not received a 6-digit login code via SMS for 8 days now. When I click "Resend Code," I get an error message (FBAPIErrorDomain [redacted]). My account is not disabled, locked, asking for identification, suspended, or restricted. I usually deactivate without issues, but this time I am facing difficulty. I have tried contacting Facebook for help through their support, but I have not had any success. I urgently need assistance as I am not receiving any login codes on my registered email and number.

I need assistance regaining access to my Facebook account. Someone has hacked into it and changed my password. The email linked to my account is no longer accessible, as it was set up on a phone I no longer possess, from 6 years ago. Despite now having a new phone and email, I have been logging in using the old email and password combination. I attempted to reset the password by selecting the "forget password" option, but the reset options are being sent to an email address I no longer have access to. I am willing to answer any security questions to prove my identity. Your help in recovering my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated.

After recently being released from a 30-day restriction, I unknowingly posted a meme that violated the guidelines and was subsequently banned for another 30 days without warning. I believe it was an honest mistake, and if given the chance, I would have removed it myself. Could you please lift the restriction so I can resume commenting, liking, sharing, and posting? I feel frustrated by the situation and would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered a concerning situation where an individual on my street asked to use my phone briefly. Within seconds, he connected his Facebook account to mine, accessed my Google settings, and potentially saved my passwords. He proceeded to change my Facebook profile picture to one of him holding a gun, creating distress for my family and friends online. I have changed my Facebook password twice but still cannot regain control. It appears he is an adept hacker. I need assistance to reclaim my account, block him, and seek legal action. The heightened security measures prompt me with questions of being a standard user or a hacker each time I log in, despite having all my information saved. This breach threatens my personal and professional life. Urgent intervention is vital to prevent further harm.

I would like to speak with someone from the Facebook administrative office in person. I have already emailed Mr. Zuckerberg and Ms. Sandberg regarding the sudden deactivation of my Facebook account and have not received a response. I have been patient, but this situation needs to be resolved. My account was deactivated without any explanation, and I suspect it may have been hacked since I have not posted anything. I am unable to access my account to contact anyone. I would appreciate it if someone from Facebook could email me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I am distressed because my account was hacked, and the person changed my password. I received an email from Facebook stating they noticed the issue and asked for my Driver's License. The hacker mistakenly messaged my husband, daughter, and my online business, claiming I had won money. They used the name James Juse' when speaking to my husband, and pretended to be a Facebook agent named Ronald Bob Dylan with my daughter. On Friday, the scammer said I needed to pay $[redacted] to receive my supposed winnings, but I refused. On Saturday, I received a Google alert that someone from Nigeria was trying to access my account. I have been locked out of my Facebook account, making it difficult to report the situation. I want my entire account closed, and I am considering legal actions against them. I had to create a new account to try to regain some sense of normalcy in this situation.

Hello, I'm Kenneth Santos, and my account is under the username Kenny Santos linked to [redacted] I am inquiring about why my account got disabled. I use it for my son to contact his classmates and for minimal connections with distant friends and family. My account was disabled suddenly without any prior notice. I am hoping to have it re-enabled to resume communications. I have work photos and contacts that I need access to. I have always maintained a neutral stance, respecting all viewpoints equally. Please inform me of the reason for the account disablement. I hope this was a mistake and I can continue using Facebook for my connections. I don't intend to create a new account and will not switch to another platform. Thank you for your understanding and time. Thank you

My Facebook ID was disabled last Thursday, and I have been trying relentlessly to recover it. Despite reaching out to Facebook, they have informed me that they are unable to review the decision. I am a former parliamentarian from the Maldives, and to the best of my knowledge, I have never violated any Facebook regulations or caused harm to anyone. Losing access to all my connections and memories has been incredibly distressing. As a politician, I manage a page under the name "Ahmed Mubeen" with 17k likes, and losing that platform is something I am struggling to accept. I even attempted to verify my page through a friend and provided all necessary documentation. If I unknowingly made an error, I sincerely apologize and ask for a reconsideration of the decision. The loss of my Facebook account and pages has greatly impacted me, making it difficult for me to rest peacefully.
