I have been restricted multiple times due to harassment from others, which I find unfair. The content I come across on Facebook is often more offensive than anything I have posted. This latest 7-day restriction is distressing, as I've been previously restricted for 2 and 3 days. I haven't complained before, but now I feel compelled to do so as I'm being targeted by harassers. Being unable to communicate on my father's birthday, especially during this difficult time, is painful. I urge you to reinstate my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I would appreciate receiving a detailed explanation in writing regarding the reason for the repeated disabling of my account. This seems to be the 4th occurrence within a year, yet this time I am unaware of the cause. Could the specific post that led to the disabling have been restricted to only my friends and family, ensuring that individuals searching for someone else would not have encountered it? I am curious about the duration of the account's suspension as I had already planned to save all my photos and permanently delete my Facebook account. I have an identical profile on MeWe since December 18th with all the same content, proving to be trouble-free. Thank you.

In December, my computer crashed, and Dell tech support unintentionally deleted all my personal files, including cherished family photos, phone lists, and important letters. They restored the computer to its factory settings, erasing all my passwords and usernames, making it difficult to access my accounts like Facebook and online banking. My son tried to help by creating a new Facebook account for me but used his phone number and email address. Now, whenever I attempt to log in, I encounter a security check prompting a code to be sent to the wrong phone number, which is my son's. When attempting to log into my Facebook account, I encountered a message stating, "Your Account Has Been Disabled." Unfortunately, I am unable to locate a way to reach out to Facebook for assistance. This morning when I woke up to check my Facebook account before work, I realized I had been logged out on my phone. I tried to reset my password using my email but it didn't recognize it, nor did it recognize my phone number or name for a reset. My account of 15 years seems to have vanished. To whom it may concern, I recently commented on the issue of bike theft and the need for more severe punishments for thieves. In my comment, I suggested that thieves should receive a punishment like having their hands removed, drawing a parallel with practices in Dubai. This is a freedom of speech issue for me, as I believe it is important to address theft appropriately, considering the hard work people put into their property. I am not concerned about limitations on my Facebook activity because I believe in my right to free speech under the Human Rights Act and the Equality Act, regardless of algorithmic content moderation. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, there seems to be a stricter approach to freedom of speech, which I find bureaucratic. I want to clarify that I do not condone any form of bullying, and I feel that my message was taken out of context. I see this as a form of propaganda and censorship. My Facebook (FB) account was hacked, and the email address and phone number were changed. Another account was attempted with my phone number but was banned. Despite trying the FB identity verification three times with new email addresses, I never receive the verification email. I attempted using different brand new emails, but the verification email still doesn't show up. Today, I tried using a Google Voice phone number for verification, but after getting through the process, I kept receiving a "link expired" message. After two attempts, I am now locked out for two days due to too many tries. It has been three weeks since my FB was hacked, and I've reported a login issue and a FB problem. I also uploaded my ID twice, but as the email was changed, it doesn't recognize it. I believe FB mistakenly banned my account, but it was the 2nd account that got banned. My main account is essential to me as it holds 12 years of memories, support groups, and business contacts. Starting over is not an option as my disabled condition confines me at home, making my FB account vital to my daily life.

This situation is frustrating. I hope the Facebook team addresses these issues properly. It is concerning how easily accounts are disabled. It's unfair to face such challenges and be labeled aggressive. Repeatedly creating new accounts only to have them disabled immediately is discouraging. I recently enabled notifications for any attempted logins to my account on other devices. However, after checking my settings yesterday, I noticed that there was a login from a device in Texas, which was not me. Despite trying to remove this device, I was unable to do so. I am puzzled as to why I wasn't alerted about this login since I only use my phone for Facebook and have never accessed my account from any other device. I am experiencing an issue with my account where another user named UKZ Mav appears when I log in using my phone number. Despite my attempts to log out and reset the password, the account linked to my phone number keeps reverting to the UKZ profile. This account only has three friends and is associated with a Hotmail email address, while mine is connected to a Gmail account. Additionally, when I try to switch accounts, I see my true profile picture briefly before it defaults to the UKZ account. This situation is preventing me from accessing my correct profile.

On Safari mobile, it states I am banned from posting or commenting for 72 hours, though my account has been inaccessible for longer. Conversely, on my laptop, the message mentions a delay in reviewing accounts due to COVID-19, causing inconvenience. The Help & Support section suggests a violation related to "child nudity and sexual exploitation," without specifying the exact issue. Meanwhile, the Facebook app simply notifies me that my account has been disabled.
