I am a concerned mother seeking help regarding my 25-year-old daughter, Morgan Morrow, from Portland, Oregon. She is in a distressing situation with a stalker who has been harassing her via fake accounts, hurling hurtful messages, including during a recent miscarriage. The stalker has even started targeting me on Instagram. Despite my daughter's clean record, the stalker has a history of legal troubles. After an incident where my daughter responded in frustration, the stalker got her Facebook and Instagram accounts deactivated, leaving Morgan devastated. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue on Facebook. Previously, I used to receive videos of Hogan's adventures but the videos stopped coming. When I searched for "Hogan's Adventures" on Facebook, I clicked on a site that turned out to be fake. I unintentionally became involved in a situation where I was accused of taking down the real site and infringing copyright. I contacted a number for customer support this morning, and the person I spoke to asked for my debit card information for a gift card, which raised concerns for me. They claimed to have reset my Facebook account to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, people are still accusing me. I have been advised to delete the page, but I am finding it difficult to do so. I need guidance on whether I should delete my account and, if necessary, how to save my contacts. Your help is greatly appreciated.

On February 11, [redacted], Facebook notified me that they blocked my post, an article by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., questioning the safety of COVID-19 "vaccines." I disagreed with their decision and requested a review. Not only was the specific post blocked, but now I'm unable to make any posts at all. I believe this action is not justified based on their community standards and seems to be a form of biased censorship, restricting certain topics. This feels like an overreach of control. It's interesting to note that I have seen similar posts on the same topic in the group, just without the well-known name of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who has extensive experience studying and litigating about vaccines. It's frustrating that Facebook's fact-checkers are considered more reliable sources on the matter.

My account has been locked. I provided the requested ID, but my account remains locked. Using a different device did not help. I don't feel comfortable sharing my real date of birth online. I can't recall the one I used. I was asked for a code, but accessing Facebook is challenging. I've been trying to regain access since last night. What prompted the account closure? Hello, I recently changed my smartphone from my old favorite device where I was logged in to a new one where I'm not logged in. I accidentally reset my old phone and now I can't log in to my account on the new phone because I have two-factor authentication enabled. I don't have any active sessions on any device, and I'm unable to generate an authentication code to log in. I have important information in my account that I need access to. The ad has been running for a week without issues, so I am confused about the sudden disablement. I have reported around one hundred fake Ellen DeGeneres pages to Facebook multiple times. Their technology seems ineffective at identifying these fakes, most of which have a capital E as a profile picture. These pages exploit users by sharing their profile pictures and posing as giveaways, later soliciting personal information and money for fake prizes. Despite many of the pages lacking posts, they continue to spread scam messages on multiple profiles daily. This issue needs urgent attention as many users are falling victim to these scams.

I have concerns about Facebook censoring conversations and interviews with physicians on safe medications and studies. Recently, a post about a WHO discussion on a medication developed in [redacted] was blocked, as well as content from two physicians reviewing studies on its usage. As a physician treating Covid positive patients, I believe in open dialogue on medical topics. I question why these informative posts were censored by Facebook, as promoting discussion is crucial in the medical field. Can Facebook provide clarification on why these posts were restricted?

I was blocked from Facebook unfairly for 30 days for defending someone being bullied on the platform. I pointed out that what goes around comes around. Surprisingly, I was punished while the actual bullies' hurtful comments remain. Despite reporting the situation, Facebook claims the comments do not breach community standards. The inconsistency in applying rules is evident, and the unfair treatment is disappointing. People shouldn't face isolation from Facebook for expressing their views when they wouldn't be arrested for the same in person. The censorship is unjust, and Facebook risks losing users once alternatives become available. I seek the restoration of my posting privileges as the action taken against me feels unjust.

Hello, Earlier this morning, I suspected that my Facebook account was hacked, so I changed my password. It worked perfectly for an hour, but then I couldn't connect anymore. I tried changing the password again and was prompted to go through the "TWO-FACTOR VERIFICATION" process. I received a six-digit code, but then it asked for another one that I didn't receive on my email or phone. I clicked on the assistance link, which directed me to the app on my phone for the missing code, but I can't access my account. This loop keeps asking me for a code I'm not receiving. I received a ban from Facebook for allegedly bullying Carl S. after exchanging remarks with him. I find it ironic that Facebook scrutinizes regular users while accommodating paying propaganda sites. Despite the ban, I will focus on other activities outside this platform. I am curious if Carl S., the person who insulted me, faced any consequences for his actions. I hope to see consistency in moderation by having him banned for bullying me as well. I have reported him for his behavior. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I recently ended my engagement of 6 years due to discovering my partner cheating. Out of kindness, despite leaving my $2,[redacted] per month condo and belongings behind that I shared with her and her child, I am now staying at a friend's place temporarily. Hello, Facebook community. I am Perlyn Mejias bringing attention to several online loan apps in the Philippines that are misusing Facebook. These companies are engaging in harassing behavior and shaming individuals, causing distress among many Filipinos. Their misleading advertisements promise instant loans of 20,[redacted] pesos with a [redacted]-day repayment period, but this is deceptive. Clients end up having to repay the full 5,[redacted] pesos after just 7 days, receiving only 2,[redacted] pesos. Despite my usual punctual payments, I am currently facing financial difficulties and have been met with public shaming and harassment on Facebook when I tried to explain my situation. These online loan apps like pondoloan, startloan, zadacash, and others are exploiting Facebook's platform for harmful practices. Last Friday, when I tried to use Facebook, I received a "session expired" message. Upon trying to log in, I noticed that my email had been changed from Gmail to Hotmail, causing my password to no longer work. Despite reaching out to Just Ask for assistance, I have not found a resolution. I was asked to complete a form and provide government ID to verify my identity along with my email address, but this attempt was unsuccessful. It has now been four days, and I had to create a temporary Facebook account while awaiting access to my original one, which contains important memories, documents, and group memberships such as the Mass Coalition to End Puppymills in MA. I am very concerned as all my files and contacts are in my original account, and it appears someone else is now associated with my Hotmail address.
