Hello, my name is Ayesha Hajri. I have an old Facebook account that I want to delete due to personal reasons. I am unable to access it because I no longer have the old phone number linked to the account for verification. Despite knowing the email and password, I cannot authenticate my login attempts. The account contains photos from my younger days that I no longer wish to have displayed, especially since I now wear a headscarf for religious reasons. I have tried various ways to reset and access the account, including checking an old Hotmail account that is no longer active. My legal name is Ashah Khan, but I go by Ayesha Hajri on Facebook to match the pronunciation I prefer and for aesthetic reasons. I can provide proof of my adoption if needed. Over a month ago, my account got hacked, and Facebook disabled it for violating community standards with 3 posts while I slept. I followed their suggestion to request a review and contacted them through my husband's account, email, and phone with no avail. After waiting for over a month, I discovered my account had been permanently disabled three days ago. Surprisingly, the option to submit my ID was only visible on the computer, not on the phone app which I usually use. It's frustrating that essential steps to verify identity are not available on all versions of the app. Losing access to my Facebook account with five plus years of memories due to a hacking incident has been a distressing experience.

I received two emails from Facebook at 3 AM informing me that my account email was changed and my phone number was deleted. However, when I tried later to secure my account, I couldn't as my account was gone. Another email stated my request to delete my email from my profile, which I did not confirm. Resetting the password has been problematic as I either don't receive the code or it's invalid. There was also a notice about a suspicious login from Charlotte, NC. After sending my photo ID to confirm my identity, I'm stuck in a loop trying to secure my account with Facebook.

I am currently experiencing ongoing harassment on my business Facebook Page by two individuals. Despite banning one and having a family member ban the other, they continue to leave negative reviews and derogatory comments on my page and on my supporters' comments. Their behavior is offensive, including personal insults and attacks on my photography skills. Despite reporting them to Facebook, the harassment persists.

I need help with Facebook Security regarding an issue with my account. Even though I had set up 2-step verification with a secondary email and phone number, my account was hacked without any verification request. The hacker removed all my trusted devices, deleted my phone number and secondary email, and set up a new authenticator, locking me out. Despite submitting my ID and verification information and changing my password multiple times, Facebook allows the hacker to keep their trusted device and authenticator, giving them access to my account whenever they want. Email responses to the provided email address go unanswered. This is frustrating because Facebook is my main way of contacting family and friends. Any advice on how to proceed? Facebook's lack of assistance is disheartening, as they seem to trust hackers more than their own users.

Hello, Three days ago, I received a notification that someone was trying to access my Facebook account from a new location. When I tried to log in, it said my account was disabled and that I needed to request a review. I rarely post or comment, so I don't understand why this happened. Facebook is essential to me as I use it to keep in touch with family, and it holds all my precious photos from my wedding and important moments since [redacted]. Good afternoon, we are facing an issue with our advertising account being permanently blocked. The reason cited is due to a request for verification that was allegedly made over 30 days ago, even though we never initiated such a request. It mentions restrictions in place since December 4, despite us using the account for advertising from December to February. On May 8th, while browsing Facebook, I came across a post where I could potentially win money by identifying numbers in a blurry picture. Excited by the opportunity, I participated and was informed via messenger that I had won $[redacted]. Being caught up in the moment, I mistakenly shared my password, leading to my account being hacked. Consequently, my Facebook account was disabled, and the hackers also gained access to my Gmail and Yahoo mail. If you search my username, Elizabeth Beeney Freville, you may notice duplicate accounts and emails associated with it, including the hacker's email which I observed them creating during the incident. The hacker's email is "eizabethmygeegmail.com," which I noted down during the hacking. I am seeking assistance in understanding the actions that led to my account being disabled before May 8th. I recently purchased a new Google phone and successfully transferred all my apps from my old android using a USB C cable, except for Facebook and Messenger. While I didn't have to sign in again for most apps, I experienced difficulty with these two. Unfortunately, my old phone is now damaged, leaving me unable to confirm my travel plans or use Messenger. I solely rely on my phone for all tasks and do not have access to a computer. Additionally, I don't have phone service and use Pinger, but Facebook does not send SMS to non-VoIP numbers. Despite having access to my email for verification purposes, I encountered issues with changing my password and signing into the apps. The process required SMS verification to a phone number I no longer use, highlighting the challenge of updating phone numbers on the account without access to the device. I faced obstacles in deleting the outdated number without receiving a confirmation SMS code, limiting my ability to manage account settings efficiently. Email communication proved unhelpful in this situation.

Hello, I recently set up two-factor authentication using the Google Authenticator app. After setting it up, I uninstalled the app, thinking I wouldn't need it anymore, but unfortunately I was wrong. When I try to log into Facebook, it asks me for a code from the app which I cannot provide because even though I have reinstalled it, my Facebook account is no longer linked to it. I did this because I manage my company's advertising account, but now I am stuck. I had to create a secondary profile while I figure out a solution for my main personal account.
