My Facebook password was recently changed, but I do not recall making any changes. I have used the same password for years and no longer have access to the email and phone number linked to my account. As I only use Facebook occasionally to connect with family and keep cherished photos, not being able to log in is frustrating. With Father's Day approaching, I cannot reach out to my father due to this issue. I have updated contact information, but I am unable to progress through the new ID verification process. Each time I attempt to reset my password, it claims I have made too many tries, even though I have only done so once or twice. I fear my account may be deleted if I am unable to recover it. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account for the sentimental value it holds. Thank you.

My account was suspended for three days due to a post of color photographs from Nazi Germany. They were purely historical, depicting meetings and rallies without violence. I posted it a while ago and don't recall when. Finding historical photos like these violating community standards is absurd. Meanwhile, posts promoting pedophilia go unchecked. The community standards seem not just vague but nonsensical. Whoever deems these historical images offensive lacks education. It's perplexing why harmless historical photos with no violence are deemed unworthy for Facebook. Will omitting them erase the existence of Nazis? The suspension reasons must be clearer than just "violating community standards."

I am frustrated by the discrimination faced when my business Facebook Page Highland Akitas was unpublished without any apparent violation of Facebook’s standards. I submitted an appeal a week ago, but have not received any response from Facebook. It is concerning that while my page remains unpublished, other similar pages like Regal Akitas, T's Dalmatians and Akitas, and Akita Inu Puppies for Sale are still active on the platform. If selling puppies on business pages adheres to Facebook's guidelines, then my page should be reinstated promptly. Otherwise, to uphold fairness, Facebook should take action against all pages engaging in similar activities.

My Instagram account has been hacked. On June 7, [redacted], I realized that my account was missing. My kids noticed that someone using my photos was following them. The account's name was changed to Angela Wegh with the username tabithaiskra, but the pictures belong to me. They include images of my family and me such as my son, grandson, gingerbread house making, Thanksgiving, and our old house in Whittier, California. Despite reporting this to Instagram with my ID, I received emails stating that I couldn't access the account due to name discrepancies. This issue seems to have affected others too. Please assist me in getting these photos removed from the fraudulent Instagram account.

Hello, I am experiencing a Facebook account breach where the display name has been changed to Arabic, and the password altered. Regrettably, my original linked Hotmail account is inaccessible, despite having set up additional security measures such as security questions. Facebook prompts me to sign in through the original Hotmail account, but this is not feasible due to the compromised password. I have submitted my passport photo for ID verification, received an email response in Arabic through Google Translate indicating the issue is resolved, although it persists. Concerns remain that the hacker may have acquired my passport information if the email verification was sent to the compromised Hotmail account. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, could you please review my case regarding my disabled account? I can assure you that I did not intentionally violate any of your rules. Last week, my account was disabled for three days due to a picture of a bracelet I posted for sale about 8-10 years ago. I am uncertain why my account was disabled last week without notification or explanation. I have not posted any prohibited content. If the issue stems from the past, kindly inform me so I can promptly address it. As a dedicated single parent at 43, Facebook is an integral part of my daily life where I store precious memories of my daughter and our holidays. I kindly request not to deactivate my account as it holds significant sentimental value. I hope this explanation is adequate for reactivation. Thank you, Dwayne B.

I currently manage three business accounts, and while in the business manager, I mistakenly disabled the wrong account, preventing me from accessing my RhodoDirect page. Additionally, I am experiencing issues with a name change not reflecting correctly on my Facebook account. The approved change is not displaying properly, and I would like it to show as Marina Shearer Coaching instead of bethebest. Any assistance with regaining access to RhodoDirect and correcting the name display issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is a streamer named Zero Buzz who is using mental health for likes and followers. He often runs fake competitions and giveaways, such as the recent one for an MSI gaming laptop. I discovered that he uses images from Google as prizes, like the one for the laptop which I found on a sales site from June [redacted]. Upon further investigation, I found more instances of fake giveaways with images sourced from the internet. Zero Buzz seems to be deceiving his followers to receive stars by falsely offering prizes. Additionally, he claims to have fake sponsors, like GTX Nerds, which doesn't show up as a legitimate company when searched on Google. This behavior has occurred multiple times and is misleading.

I would like to discuss the deletion of my account. Around 30 years ago, when I was 19, I made a mistake related to a sex crime involving a minor. I understand the seriousness of the issue, but since then, I have lived a law-abiding life. I have been happily married for 18 years, have two sons, and two grandchildren. My annual registration has been flawless, and I have even received pardon recommendations from the detective managing my case. I have no restrictions on internet use and have shown no risk of reoffending. Reinstating my account is crucial as it is our primary means of connecting with loved ones. After nearly three decades of compliance, I hope for a reconsideration of the decision related to my account. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, D. G. P.S. While I acknowledge the severity of certain cases, I urge you to consider individual circumstances. My situation was an age-related error, and I do not pose a threat. It is unfortunate that all cases are often perceived similarly. A more nuanced approach would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Ismael Benitez, also known as smiley. After being prompted to change my password and not being able to reuse previous passwords, I created a new one and now cannot recall it. I typically use the same password for most of my accounts unless required to update it. Despite trying various passwords, including old ones, I remain locked out. My primary issue is the inability to receive a verification code or email, as my associated email address [redacted] is outdated, and I have no access to it. Attempts to work with a representative were unsuccessful, as they couldn't find my old account in the system, suggesting it may have been deleted due to inactivity. With an outdated phone number, receiving a text message is not an option. I am eager to provide any necessary information for verification to regain access to my account. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I have been using an account registered under the email [redacted] for many years. Despite not using it often, I recently encountered an issue where I was redirected to an empty account under the same email while trying to log in. I had to reset the password and sign in, only to realize this wasn't my regular account, as it had no friends. While logged into this new account, I could see my original account, but I couldn't access it. I went ahead and deactivated the new account I mistakenly logged into. Now, I am unable to access my original account under the email [redacted], linked to the phone number [redacted]. It seems like my original account might have been compromised.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the security issues I encountered with my Facebook account. Approximately three weeks ago, my account was hacked, and three days later, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled without my knowledge. Within that time frame, unauthorized individuals accessed multiple Ad Accounts associated with my personal Facebook. One of these unauthorized campaigns ran up charges totaling $[redacted] on my credit card through the 'Sunshine Coast Collective Markets' Ad Account. Additionally, a substantial sum of $28,[redacted] was spent through the 'Trinity Distribution' Ad Account during the period of compromise. Fortunately, Facebook has since refunded these charges. However, the hacker, identified as 'BM 80,' still retains control of my pages, hindering my ability to conduct ad campaigns for clients. I have never breached Facebook's Community Guidelines, and it is evident that my account was subjected to hacking activities. Upon changing my password, my ad account manager discovered that Vietnam-based Facebook Pages had been added to my account. I also observed that my profile picture had been changed to a black image with white text, which was not authorized by me. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, as the actions taken were not by me. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Matt

This morning, I discovered that someone reported a Facebook group I belong to, resulting in its closure. I am puzzled by this action. For the last month, rumors have circulated about people targeting and reporting groups without cause. Unfortunately, I faced severe consequences because a specific post of mine was reported for allegedly violating intellectual property rights. Regrettably, I cannot access the post in question since it has been removed. As a result of this incident, I am unable to post on Facebook or send messages via Messenger for three days. This communication restriction prevents me from updating my friends about the situation. I am eager to resolve the message ban promptly so I can inform my friends. If there is any way to connect me with a member of the Facebook team, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

My Facebook account was compromised and the hacker changed my primary email to [redacted], which I haven't used in years. They also removed my cellphone number and previous primary email from the account. The hacker attempted to log in from an unfamiliar device with an IP address from Vietnam, while I am located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The hacker successfully changed the primary email, locking me out. I'm requesting assistance to reset my password and remove the hacker's email from my account. Thank you for your attention and support in resolving this issue.

Dear Sir, I understand that this is not Facebook's official help center, but I have exhausted all other options to reach out to Facebook. Despite my efforts to find a contact number, I have been unable to connect with them. My account was disabled, and despite my attempts to recover it by providing my ID, I was unsuccessful. Subsequently, Facebook removed my email address from the account. This account holds sentimental value as it has been my personal family account for many years, and I am eager to regain access to it. I have attached screenshots for your reference. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account and guidance on the appropriate steps to take. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

My account was hacked by someone, and they made a mess by adding people and clutter to it. I removed the hackers and their content, but now I need Facebook's help. I've dealt with this issue before and provided my driver's license. I see many others facing similar problems. It's frustrating that Facebook profits from ads and yet seems slow to assist with security breaches. Hopefully, they step up to help. - Edwina M.

I placed an ad for 3 days, but when I tried to post a new one, I encountered an issue with the creative being considered invalid. Even though I have a new computer, I struggle with technology due to a cognitive impairment. I am unsure how to address this problem as I am not tech-savvy and have difficulty understanding complex explanations. The ad is for a nearly new refrigerator/freezer, and I am puzzled about what could be wrong with it. I attempted to fix the issue by clicking on the prompt, but I am unsure about the terminology and what steps to take next. I have successfully run ads on this site before, but this time, I am facing confusion. Any simple assistance or guidance from a support representative would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Shirley

Hello, I am reaching out about my email account "[redacted]," which I believe was created in [redacted]. This email was linked to my Facebook account. I forgot the password for my email years ago and did not update it since I rarely used it. However, it remained tied to my Facebook and filled with notifications. On Friday (7/06/[redacted]), my Facebook password was changed using the email "noone1s_awesome," but it was not me who made the change. I managed to reset the password and regain access until yesterday (10/06/[redacted]) when my password was reset again without my involvement. I am now unable to access my account and am worried about my privacy and personal data accumulated over the past decade on Facebook. Kindly assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account. Thank you, Nina

Hello, I have forgotten my Facebook password since I last changed it in February. I can only access it on my iPhone 6s and cannot log in on other devices like my computer or a new phone. The issue is that the recovery code is only sent to an old email address I no longer have access to or remember anything about. I would like to receive the recovery password on my mobile phone or a new email address. I've tried to recover my account by adding a new email and phone number, but nothing has changed. Even my trusted contacts couldn't help as the codes they sent did not work, and now my trusted contacts have disappeared. I've reported this problem multiple times with no resolution. I urgently need access to my Facebook account as it contains important information. I just need to receive a new code on a new email and phone. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
