Hello, I have not yet received my order. DHL uploaded a photo indicating delivery, showing the package was left in the easily accessible lobby downstairs where items could be taken. Unfortunately, when I checked downstairs, the bag was not there. I have attempted to contact customer service, but I keep receiving a message stating that I have reached my monthly credit limit, even though I have an unlimited plan. I am unsure of what steps to take next. I would greatly appreciate some assistance as this bag was intended as a gift for my mother. My order number is GE[redacted]3.

Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the peeling leather issue with an unused GUESS purse I purchased. I contacted GUESS customer service, and they advised me to reach out to you via email. I bought a GUESS purse for $[redacted], which I stored in its original packaging in my bedroom wardrobe. Upon taking it out for the first time, within an hour, the leather began to peel, making the purse appear old and worn. This is incredibly frustrating, given that I expected higher quality leather from a reputable brand like GUESS. I believe GUESS should take responsibility for the poor quality of their product and consider replacing my purse, especially since peeling seems to be a common issue with their products. Hello, in November [redacted], I placed an order and a white sweater item was missing: Item [redacted]9 (there was a discount at that time!). My case number is [redacted]6. The issue was traced back, and a new item was ordered, which I received. I ended up paying the full price! I have contacted GUESS numerous times via phone and email, received countless apologies, been asked for patience. It has been almost a quarter of a year, and I still haven't received compensation. The amount owed to me is 64.50 euros. Please refund this amount promptly! It is disappointing that such a reputable company (or so I thought...) is unable to satisfy its customers when errors occur. Very unprofessional, and customers should be warned about such companies. I request an immediate resolution and refund of the amount. Katrin K.

Hello, I recently bought black leggings from Guess Outlet in Landquart, Switzerland. The Guess Logo running down the left leg is already peeling off after just a few wears. Additionally, the black color of the leggings rubbed off onto the back of my white blouse, causing it to look dirty. I am concerned about potential stains on other surfaces had I worn them elsewhere. I believe the leggings may be called Olivia Active, as indicated on the receipt, which also includes the product code Q1GBO9KA060 JBLK. I can provide a copy of the receipt if needed. I am requesting a refund for the leggings and am willing to consider purchasing something else from the online store for the same amount. Thank you.

About a week ago, I visited a Guess store in Italy to buy sunglasses. A salesperson informed me of a 30% discount promotion on sunglasses. After trying a pair, I left to explore another store. The following day, when I returned to purchase the sunglasses, another salesperson denied the discount, insisting I choose a different pair without a discount. Feeling something was amiss, I checked the Guess website and confirmed the 30% promotion on all sunglasses. When I confronted the salesperson, he remained silent. Unfortunately, I had to travel the next day, limiting my options. I urge for this situation to be addressed, as it is unacceptable.

Good afternoon. For my birthday, my friend gifted me a pair of new high-heeled shoes. I wore them only twice and noticed that the inside was completely damaged, almost as if the leather was old and crumbled. I reached out to customer service in Italy, where I currently reside, but unfortunately, they couldn't assist me since I didn't purchase the shoes online or in the store. Sadly, I don't have the opportunity to buy "GUESS" products frequently, but I truly admire the brand. I am curious if the main office in the USA would be able to send me a replacement pair. Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Guess glasses from Alain Afflelou in France. Unfortunately, the glasses have a manufacturing defect, and the optician is refusing to take responsibility or provide a refund. I have been unable to reach their customer service and I am deeply disappointed by the brand. I will not hesitate to leave negative reviews on various platforms. This experience has been disappointing and feels like a scam. I will make sure to share my dissatisfaction with everyone to shed light on this issue with such a renowned brand.

Return Issue - GE[redacted]0 I completed the return process on Monday, December 5th. Due to being unwell, I couldn't return the parcel myself, and my parents did it today. I returned the Guess bag I bought online using the Yodel return label provided. I sent it back to Guess via a Yodel collection point. I have a screenshot confirming my bag was returned today, 03/07/[redacted]. The tracking number was KMB98WA. My Guess return number is GE[redacted]5. However, I haven't received any communication from Guess regarding my refund. I would appreciate confirmation that my refund is being processed and an estimated timeframe for when the money will be refunded to my account.
