I purchased Buythebullets on April 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller has not been responsive to my emails and calls regarding the shipment status or tracking number of my order. It has been 8 days already, and I am unsure about what steps I should take next. Should I consider canceling the order and reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the charge? I am displeased with the company's lack of communication, and I believe their conduct is unethical. It is concerning that they are not fulfilling their obligations as a seller. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Leland E. Gunbroker ID: [redacted] I would like to access your website from my home computer. My username is Lwemd1949, and my password is Cavapoo2020! Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have been a Gun Broker user for many years but recently lost access twice without any explanation. I reached out for reconnection and was granted access again. However, the issue recurred about two weeks ago, and despite repeated requests for access, I have not received any communication besides requests for more information. I am worried that there might be bias involved due to my Hispanic surname. I have never raised this concern before, but I am ready to address it now. I urge for open communication via phone rather than relying solely on internet exchanges. My email has been valid for years, so why the sudden change?

I require urgent assistance with my recent online purchase. I successfully bid on a handgun on 12/4/22, and I am aware that the buyer must finalize the purchase and payment within 5 days. I have obtained a bank cashier's check covering the purchase, tax, and shipping fees. However, I am unsure whether to send it to Bryabtridgeco or gunbroker.com. As a first-time gun buyer on gunbroker.com, I find it frustrating not being able to speak with a representative over the phone to ensure I am following the correct procedures. I fear my winning bid may be revoked if I do not receive guidance. I understand I have a time limit of 5 days, but the lack of phone support is disappointing. I worry that after 5 days, I will be blamed for any mistakes. Please contact me urgently at [redacted]. - M. Adams.

I bought a gun from Online Outfitters (Order #[redacted]1) on 12/03/[redacted]. The item in the auction (Item #[redacted]58) displayed serial number 27C091202 when I bought it. The gun was shipped to my FFL, and I will collect it next week. However, I noticed another identical gun (Item #[redacted]03) listed with the same serial number. I verified with my FFL that the gun awaiting me matches the serial number in the photo, but I am concerned about the conflicting listing. It's unclear how two guns can share the same serial number, and I'm eager to confirm the gun I bid on is the one waiting for me at the FFL dealer.

I am having issues with iTrail. I am unable to log in to my account despite multiple attempts to reset my password. The system seems to recognize my log-in status but does not accept the new password. When I tried to create a new account with my email, I received a message stating that an account already exists, yet I cannot access it. I am trying to pay for an auction win as I have done in the past, but the new iTrail system is incredibly dysfunctional. This experience is frustrating, and I have not encountered such a problematic service before. Unfortunately, I am currently facing car issues, so I am unable to resolve this promptly. I urge iTrail to provide a functional payment method to help customers like me settle their bills without such complications.

Regarding Order #[redacted]2: I posted an HK91 rifle for sale and it was won by B. Z. from JACKSONVILLE, FL. We initially agreed on a price of $[redacted] via email, but then settled on $[redacted] on GunBroker. We ultimately agreed on a cashier's check for $4,[redacted].02 to cover all costs. I presented the check from Fifth Third Bank at my local bank in Kingman, Arizona, which in turn confirmed with [redacted]. Unfortunately, the bank marked it as "Refer to Maker" and deemed it invalid. Consequently, I marked the transaction as not received and canceled the order. I was advised to file a report to prevent negative feedback and potentially stop the buyer from further actions. I am unsure how to proceed with filing such a report or what it should entail. I aim to protect my reputation and prevent any repercussions on my excellent feedback on GunBroker.com.

Gun Broker informed me that Order #[redacted]0 may be fraudulent, advising me not to send payment on 2/20/[redacted], a day after I made the payment through PayPal as requested by the seller. I promptly informed PayPal and transferred the funds from checking to savings. Despite this, PayPal tried twice to deduct from my checking account and eventually charged my Discover Card, with Discover notifying me of the pending transaction on 2/28/[redacted]. Having contacted Discover, they canceled the transaction and will issue a new card. However, PayPal claims that it's my responsibility to recover funds from the fraudster. I questioned why they couldn't pursue this themselves, pointing out they have the fraudster's details. They stated they require a request from Gun Broker to proceed. I seek assistance on this matter. If unresolved, I will consider discontinuing the use of PayPal for online firearm purchases. Thank you. Lon McDougal

I recently bought 20 firearms through GunBroker. However, my latest successful bid was in February [redacted] for a Glock 17 Gen 4, which is not showing up in my current bids. As a retired Supervisory Special Agent from the Department of Homeland Security HSI, I am an enthusiast of shooting and gun collecting. Currently, I am still active in bidding on other items, but GunBroker incorrectly shows that I have only won 19 bids. Can you assist in updating my bidding status? Thank you, Paul ****31, Paul Grimal.

My account got locked because of a duplicate account issue. I've been attempting to fix this through customer service for over a year. I've sent numerous requests, but haven't received any responses yet. I'm a retired executive manager and this level of unprofessional and uncaring customer service is unprecedented for me. Having to pay for phone or chat support is unacceptable.

I recently went through the required password change with GB, but now I am unable to access my account. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password via email, I have not received the reset email. Although support emails indicate that the reset email was sent, I am not receiving them. After contacting my IT department and confirming everything is fine on my end, I am unsure where the issue lies. Is it possible to reset my password over the phone or have the reset email sent to a different email address to troubleshoot further? I have not encountered email reception issues from GB before and continue to receive all other support emails without any problems.

I have tried contacting you multiple times without any response. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service number to reach out, so I might have to involve the IRS. To prevent this, I urgently require my 2[redacted]K form and any information regarding sales in [redacted]. Gun Broker's delay has hindered my tax filing, resulting in IRS complications. Kindly send the necessary documentation, particularly the 1099K for [redacted], to Stephen Cooper at 22 Westward Way, Brookfield, MA [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I just discovered that I cannot even contact Gun Broker via email. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Stephen.

Hello, I posted multiple guns for sale on Gun Broker. Unfortunately, there were fraudulent bids, and only five out of 14 guns were sold, with one buyer backing out. I have been erroneously charged for all 14 guns, even though only four were sold, and some bids were from fake accounts. My checking account was charged twice, first for $[redacted] for taxes, refunded, and then recharged for $[redacted]. I have contacted Gun Broker via email multiple times but have not received a response. I am willing to pay fees for the sold guns and for the listings, but I should not be charged fees and taxes for the total amount when I only collected $[redacted]. Please help resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am kindly requesting GunBroker to reinstate my selling privileges. The prohibited items have been rectified, and we now fully understand the importance of providing clear descriptions in our listings. The oversight in our previous listing was unintentional. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and are eager to resume listing our items for sale promptly. As licensed class 3, SOT manufacturers and dealers in firearms and accessories, GunBroker is essential for our business. We have a selection of firearms waiting to be listed. Despite reaching out three times since last Thursday, we have not received a response. We have been loyal GunBroker users since [redacted] and hope to continue using your platform. Our business relies on selling our items, and we would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance on this matter. Thank you, Ellie H., Gundealer 1.

I bought an AR-15 7.62x39 through GunBroker.com from ST Auctions. The item number is 9[redacted]8, and the order number is [redacted]3. The website listed it as New in Box. When the FFL ([redacted] Tactical, Inc) opened the package, they found the rifle wrapped in clear plastic inside a lightweight gun bag placed in a cardboard box without additional padding. The rifle arrived without a magazine or owner's manual. I reached out to the seller on 8/2/23 via email through the site but have not received a response yet. As a new shooter, I've bought new firearms before, expecting to receive the necessary accessories and manual. Not having information on the compatible magazine could lead to potential issues for a novice like me. The rifle remains at the FFL, still wrapped. Thanks for your assistance. Regards, A. Lebovitz

Global Loan & Pawn [redacted] W Broadway Lenoir City, TN [redacted] FFL #1-62-[redacted]-02-4L-[redacted] is owned by a friend of mine. She has been informed that she cannot reactivate her account to sell firearms on Gun Broker because she does not recall the charge card number linked to her original account. The original account is associated with her FFL#. It is impossible for her to retrieve the original charge card number since it has been years since she used it. This dilemma is preventing her from selling firearms on your platform. I am astonished that her account cannot be reactivated or that she cannot create a new account to benefit both parties. My name is Darrell Price and I have conducted numerous firearm transactions on your site, including two purchases in the last 10 days. Can you assist in reinstating Global Loan & Pawn as a client on your platform? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Darrell Price

I've had an item listed on Gunbroker for 2 weeks. I've updated the pictures a few times to show that I have 4 full boxes of ammo. I got a bid and then someone bid my buy now amount. When we tried to check out, he texted me that Gunbroker has flagged him. I received no warnings or texts from Gunbroker. I've been unable to reach them by phone. I've submitted requests for help, but haven't had any luck. I really want to resolve this. If anyone from Gunbroker can assist, please let me know.
