We recently made a purchase from Poles Direct with delivery scheduled for Monday, which did not arrive. According to the tracking, Hermes attempted delivery without success twice this week. Tracking then indicated a delay and promised ASAP delivery. Despite being home, there was no attempted delivery or contact on any of the three days. We worry the address may be wrong. Many people, including myself, face the challenge of not being home between standard delivery hours. Extending delivery availability to after 6 p.m. could make a significant difference, particularly for those who prefer not to involve their neighbors and lack a secure drop-off location. Today was my second delivery attempt, but due to timing, I missed out again. I had even left a note requesting a later delivery, which unfortunately was not acknowledged. Missing work and university just to receive a package is frustrating. While I am disappointed with this experience, the online store I used relies on Hermes for deliveries. Perhaps implementing some management changes could address these issues. Thank you.

I am trying to have my packages left in a safe location by the courier when I'm not home. However, the drop-down menu doesn't have my specific safe place option. I can't find any contact details to reach Hermes directly, just automated Q&A. I can't make personal calls at work, so the phone number provided is not accessible. I would greatly appreciate live chat support or the option for customers to input their own safe place suggestions. It's frustrating not being able to easily communicate this preference.

I placed the same order twice. The first delivery arrived on time, but the second has been missed twice. I received a message asking the driver to leave it with my neighbor, but when I asked him, he mentioned that the neighbor refused the parcel. However, my neighbors always accept my packages, and they were not aware of this situation. I need help retrieving my parcel.

Hello! I am encountering a problem with receiving a package. The tracking details indicate that three delivery attempts were made before the parcel was returned to the sender. I have notified the sender about this development, and they are anticipating its return. However, it has been some time, and neither the sender nor I have received it. Upon checking the tracking information, it states that the package is currently at the local depot and en route to me. I am unsure of the status: will it be returned, or will it eventually reach me? I am eagerly anticipating a parcel from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered on Monday as per Amazon's information. However, your tracking showed it was still at the depot even after 11.30 pm, claiming a failed delivery due to no one being present, which is false as I was at home the entire day. We are eagerly awaiting several deliveries that the company claims they have attempted to deliver, yet no calling card has been left. We are concerned about the whereabouts of our orders. The first package was placed on the 19th of November, and the second one was ordered just last Friday. Today, the delivery was supposedly attempted, but still, no card was left. Additionally, my daughter's package is also missing. This makes it three parcels in total that have been undelivered without any notice.

On November 27th, I attempted to send a parcel to my son in Wales but encountered issues with payment. Despite trying six times with my card details, it kept getting declined. Frustrated, I had to give up, and my daughter ended up arranging the parcel successfully using her mobile and account. However, I have now discovered that I have been charged six times for a parcel that I didn't manage to send. I am seeking a full refund for the unintended multiple charges. Sincerely, a very upset customer.

I would like to discuss my concerns with Hermes regarding their delivery service. Unfortunately, their delivery personnel do not knock when they bring a parcel; they simply leave it inside our gate with the card that should be posted through our door if we are unavailable. This has led to parcels being left exposed to anyone passing by, regardless of weather conditions. I have been present for two of these deliveries and can confirm that no attempt to knock was made, and our designated safe place has never been utilized.

I have missed three delivery attempts for my parcel, and I never received a Hermes card. I was informed via email that the parcel will be sent back to the retailer without knowing they tried multiple times. Can the delivery be rescheduled for either tomorrow or Friday? I am concerned about my parcel that has not arrived yet. I tracked it, and the latest update on the 27th of November mentioned a delay with a promise of delivery within 24 hours. It has been a week, and I am still eagerly awaiting my package. Despite checking the tracking constantly, it continues to show the same message. I am really hoping to receive my parcel soon. The third attempt to deliver my parcel will be tomorrow, unfortunately, I won't be home. My workplace is just 5 minutes away from my house. Is it possible to receive a phone call to arrange for me to come and sign for the parcel? Alternatively, could the parcel be redirected to Danestone Primary School on Fairview Drive where I work? The calling card number is [redacted]8. I attempted to have the parcel delivered to my parents at the end of the street by leaving a note on the door, but another calling card was left instead. The delivery app only offers the option to redirect within the same street, there should be more flexible alternatives available.

The initial delivery window was between 2pm and 6pm, but it was later changed to 5pm and 9pm. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered, and there was no email about any attempted delivery. I recently made a purchase from a retailer. On the scheduled delivery day, I waited at home throughout the delivery window but no delivery was attempted. My package seems to be held up during shipment. The tracking information from Hermes indicates that it's being handled by a specialized courier due to its size, with a prior message stating it would be on its way within 48 hours, initially on Saturday, November 30th. The date was later adjusted to Monday without further progress, making it a total of 4 days. I'm struggling to locate any contact details to address this issue.

I received an email on Sunday evening stating that a parcel was delivered and left on the porch, even though there is no porch at the address. I searched for the parcel in vain. Then, last night, I got another email about a different parcel that was supposedly signed for by me at 8:11pm when no one was there. The delivery slot I was given was between 1pm and 5pm. The signature on the delivery note looked like a child's attempt at drawing a banana, which definitely isn't my signature. It's frustrating to have two parcels marked as delivered when I haven't received anything. I'm left wondering who actually has my parcels.

However, I received a text at 4:55 pm stating that my parcel had been delivered and signed for, even though I was at home the entire day and no one came by. We were expecting a delivery on Friday, December 6th, but it unexpectedly arrived on Wednesday, December 4th. According to the delivery company, two delivery attempts were made at 4pm and 8:58pm. However, we were at home all day, did not receive a delivery card or hear the doorbell ring, and our watchful dogs did not bark. I find it hard to believe that a delivery attempt was truly made, especially considering we have three signs displaying our house name. Unfortunately, contacting the company and speaking to a representative has been impossible.
