I ordered a nail kit on Wowcher as a Christmas gift, scheduled for delivery on 15/12/19. I found a white envelope with some of the contents in it behind the door, but the rest of the kit was missing. I checked with my neighbors, but no one had it. I haven't received the complete kit, and I didn't sign for anything. The merchant advised me to contact the courier, which is you. The tracking shows it's delivered, but I never got it. This was an important purchase for me, especially since I did my Christmas shopping online this year due to my recent disability. Since December 11th, I have been eagerly awaiting a parcel, but various delays and issues with the courier have been causing frustration. Initially, there were difficulties getting to my address, and the delivery has been postponed multiple times. Despite providing a clear address and even a landmark for easy identification, the parcel has still not reached me. I received a message today stating that the parcel is now at the local depot and en route. The tracking number is [redacted]. It's crucial that I receive this item, which is a Christmas present for my granddaughter, as it’s a sold-out item nationwide. I'm willing to go to the local depot if necessary to ensure I get the package on time.

I need some assistance regarding two parcels that Amazon indicates have been delivered by your service. Despite me being at home, no delivery card was left. While we were away, a delivery was confirmed this morning to be sent to our neighbor's house. Instead, we received a picture of our driveway with the message that the package had been signed for. However, after checking with our neighbors, it seems that the parcel is not at either location. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. Hi, I spent the entire day waiting for the collection of a parcel, but the courier didn't knock on the door, just left a card. I would have definitely heard if he rang the bell since my dog barks at any noise. This has happened before when a parcel was left on the doorstep without notice. I won't be able to stay in all day again, so he's scheduled to come tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'll have to leave the parcel outside as he never bothers to ring the bell. I'm frustrated because I've been waiting around to take my dog out. I hope the delivery driver can contact me tonight as he supposedly works until 8:00 p.m. and let me know when he is coming so I can be at home. Thank you.

I waited all day for a parcel, thinking it was Oaklyn's Christmas ball pool. I just got an email saying it has been left in a safe place. However, all our bins are in the back garden, and they didn't even knock on the door! Now, I have to search through all the blue bins on our street to find Oaklyn's gift. The bin in the picture isn't even ours. Thank you, Hermes UK for this inconvenience.

I received an email last Tuesday notifying me of a pending parcel delivery, but despite my partner waiting at home all day, no delivery attempt was made and no delivery card was left. Later, on Friday the 13th, an update mentioned the driver encountered difficulty reaching the address. Since then, I have received no further updates on the status of my shipment. Hello, I have yet to receive my parcel, which is long overdue. There has been no updated tracking information since the 26th of November. The tracking simply states that my parcel is in the process of being processed. The status has not changed, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay. Hello, I made a purchase on ASOS on 12/14/19 but forgot to update my address. Consequently, my order is on its way to my old address in Brighton. When I checked the Hermes website for tracking, it shows "waiting for parcel - we're expecting it from the sender." Hello, I sent a parcel through your services at one of your parcel shops on December 11th and received a receipt with the reference number P[redacted]. The parcel is addressed to Alastaer Brad-burn at 32 Appin Gardens, Cornwall, TR15 3LT. The tracking information shows that the parcel has not moved since it was dropped off at the parcel shop. Another parcel I sent on December 14th has been successfully delivered today. Please provide me with an update on the status of my parcel. Thank you.

I have been awaiting my parcel since December 13th, but I keep receiving messages stating delivery attempts failed without a driver showing up. When calling, I only reach voice mail. This is extremely frustrating as my medication is in that parcel, and I have not received any direct communication regarding the issue.

Hello, I received a notification today stating that a package was delivered, but I haven't found it. The option was for the courier to leave it on the porch, but it wasn't there. I am unsure where the package was placed since I only have one neighbor on that side, and they haven't taken it. I have multiple packages arriving, so I'm not sure which one it is. My package was received by Hermes on December 3rd but hasn't reached my customer yet. I filed a lost item report, but I haven't received any updates after they supposedly passed it to the courier. I'm frustrated and worried because if the parcel doesn't arrive soon, I'll have to refund my customer. It's frustrating not being able to contact customer service and feeling like I'm getting nowhere.

My parcel was returned to the postal address after 13 days. I chatted with customer service, and they mentioned there were issues with the delivery address without providing specific details. The parcel was shipped with accurate information matching the label and the website. It seems like the driver may have forgotten to deliver the item, resulting in its return. I had to personally take the parcel to Royal Mail, and it was finally delivered the next day. Despite paying over £10 for postage with MyHermes, I was informed that a refund was not possible. I recently received a notification from Amazon indicating a missed delivery on Friday the 13th. However, no note or card was left by the courier. According to Hermes' website, the courier would attempt delivery the next working day, but today is the 18th, and no attempt has been made. I've tried contacting the depot by phone, but it appears to be unavailable. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I sent my parcel on Friday, December 13th and was informed by the tracking system to contact Hermes as they were unable to deliver the package. I reached out to the shop located at YO32 2PS, and they have verified that they have not received my parcel. I have been attempting to get in touch with Hermes for two days now to address the issue as I would like my parcel to be delivered to the shop at YO32 2PS.

I received a notification that my package was delivered on Monday. However, upon checking, I couldn't locate it, and no delivery card was left. When I viewed the photo of the delivery location on the website, it seems to be a different house from mine. My residence has a gravel garden with a wall-mounted parcel box, which the package could fit into. I'm concerned about the current location of my parcel. Can the GPS location of the delivery photo be provided to track down my package?

Yesterday, a parcel was delivered to my address with my name on it. Later, the delivery driver called, claiming it was mistakenly delivered and requested to collect it today. The address discrepancy has raised concerns about possible credit card misuse. My address is as follows: J. Carr, 35 Lagham Road, South Godstone, Surrey, RH98HE. He mentioned it should have been RH98HX or similar. How could the label and address be under my name?
