I have been facing an issue with my Jio number, [redacted], since last night. Despite trying to contact customer care for two hours, the problem persists. I recharged with a Rs.51 3GB booster pack at 11:00 am, but by .00 pm, it indicates that I have already used [redacted]% of my data. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate this to the consumer forum and local newspapers. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I recharged my friend through my Google Pay account on November 18, [redacted], for $[redacted]. However, when Google Pay showed an error and asked to retry, I did, and the recharge went through. Nevertheless, I did not receive any payment confirmation. I have screenshots of both payment reference IDs, but the transaction numbers are different. Google Pay deducted the amount from my account, but I am unsure about the payment status. Please provide assistance and update me on the payment situation. I am looking forward to your response. I have an Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 with a Jio 4G connection. Despite having decent network reception in my area, I am unable to use my mobile data. Interestingly, my friend also has the same Asus model with Jio 4G and can seamlessly connect to the internet without any issues. I have attempted various online suggestions such as toggling airplane mode, resetting network settings, and other methods, but the problem persists. To troubleshoot, I even tried using my SIM card on my mom's phone, and it worked flawlessly. As soon as I switched the SIM back to my phone, the issue reappeared. It seems puzzling as my friend's phone works fine with the same setup. What steps should I take to resolve this?

I recharged my Jio mobile number [redacted] with Rs. [redacted] online on 22.11.[redacted]. Since yesterday, when I try to make calls with my Jio number, it says my plan is not active. I am unable to make outgoing calls. Kindly investigate with your technical team to determine why my Jio number is not working despite the recharge. This situation is quite embarrassing. Mr. Shailesh from Rel Giga Fiber sent a representative named Mr. Govrav to my house on 23rd July [redacted] to complete the formalities for installing the Giga Fiber connection. I provided all the necessary documents and made a payment of Rs [redacted] through Google Pay. I recently discovered that Mr. Govrav has left his job, and his number now belongs to someone else in Solapur. Despite my attempts, Mr. Shailesh is not responding to my calls. It appears that this individual may have deceived several others. I am considering filing a police report against this fraudulent individual for cheating people in the guise of Rel Giga Fiber network services.

I kindly request immediate attention to rectify the internet connection problem in my area. When contacting customer service regarding the connection issue, I was informed that there was nothing they could do, which was very disheartening. When I called customer care to inquire, they mentioned that it's not a Jio number, and the customer care system showed no record found. I was advised to visit the nearby Jio store. Today I visited, but they mentioned they couldn't assist and advised me to contact customer care. Could you please help me understand why the line got disconnected and how to reactivate it? This number is crucial for our business, and we provide it to our customers. It's challenging to conduct business if the number remains inactive.

A few days ago, I contacted your call center regarding a call plan for my trip to the Maldives. During that call, I did not request to activate the foreign tour plan as it was too costly. I explicitly informed your executive about my lack of interest in the plan and requested them not to activate it. Prior to this, I recharged my Jio number for the yearly plan and paid Rs. [redacted]. Today, I received an SMS stating that my top-up balance for Jio Number [redacted] is only Rs. 0.38. I have not used the services as I had access to free Wi-Fi during my travel. If any charges have been deducted for the tour plan I did not request, kindly reverse or refund the amount deducted. I have faith in recharging my Jio number for the entire year, and I trust that my faith will not be broken by unauthorized charges. Thank you.

Hi there, I need assistance with an issue. My phone number is [redacted], and I suspect that someone has switched the device associated with it because when I call, it goes to call forwarding. Additionally, although I have a SIM card in my Samsung Galaxy Grand On Nxt, it does not display any network. I need to determine if the SIM in my phone is the correct one. I recently recharged with a Rs.[redacted] pack approximately 2 hours ago. However, I am unable to access data or make calls. When trying to reach customer support, the provided numbers are not valid. The fourth number directed me to call [redacted], which is not accessible when calling from an Airtel number. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact customer care from a non-Jio number, and my Jio number is indicating that I do not have the balance to make calls.

I recently switched my number to Jio and opted for a 3-month plan. My Realme 5 Pro phone has two SIM slots, with the Jio SIM in slot 1 and an Idea SIM in slot 2. I am unable to find the option to activate VOLTE or choose the connection type for the Jio SIM in the phone's SIM Cards settings. These options are visible for the second SIM. I recharged my Jio number, [redacted], twice for Rs. [redacted] each through the Recharge Cube website. Unfortunately, both transactions failed, but the amount was deducted from my account. Even though I received an email from Recharge Cube stating the recharges were successful, I did not see the credit on my account. A total of Rs. [redacted] was debited. Can someone assist me in determining if the amount will be added to my Jio balance? I am also looking to find out my current Jio account balance.

I recharged my Jio number with Rs [redacted] a few days ago and also added a top-up of Rs 20. However, I am currently unable to make calls or send text messages. When trying to make a call, the recorded message states that I need to recharge as I have no balance. Nevertheless, when I call Jio customer support, the automated voice claims that I have sufficient balance. I am unable to reach Jio customer care directly. How should I proceed?

I am subscribed to a Jio data plan for Rs. [redacted], which includes 1.5GB of data daily for 28 days. Despite not using the internet, I keep receiving 50%, 90%, and even [redacted]% data consumption alerts. This issue started on December 26, [redacted], and has been ongoing for three days. I have diligently checked my data usage and confirmed that I have not consumed data according to the alerts I receive. I contacted Jio customer service, and the automated system informed me that my speed would be restored at 2 am. However, before that time, I receive a message stating that I have used up [redacted]% of my 4G data for the day, even when I haven't reached the 1.5GB daily limit. This results in reduced speed for the remainder of the day. I am eager to understand and resolve this perplexing situation.

I am experiencing an issue with the signal on my Jio mobile. Despite others around me having full network coverage, my phone is constantly losing and regaining signal. Additionally, when I press certain numbers on the keypad, the screen displays repeating digits. Yesterday, on December 30, [redacted], I recharged my Jio number with the [redacted] plan. Initially, the payment didn't go through, so I attempted it again with the same plan, and the amount was debited. However, my phone wasn't recharged. I contacted customer care, and they assured me that the amount would be refunded within 4 hours. Unfortunately, the refund has not been processed yet.
