I ordered Tengy Wings Deals two days ago. Within 10 minutes, the rider called and informed me they couldn't deliver to my area, New Officer Colony CMH Lahore. Today, I inquired with the operator about placing a new order and checking if delivery was possible in my area. The operator confirmed that delivery was feasible, so I proceeded to place a new order. However, upon placing the order, I received another call from the rider stating that due to security concerns, they were unable to deliver to my area. I suggested alternative pickup points, but unfortunately, delivery was still not possible. In the end, my husband went to the Fortress branch to collect the order, only to find out that my Tengy Masala Wings order was canceled. They were unable to fulfill the order and did not have the item available. It has been frustrating not being informed earlier about the unavailability of the ordered item.

On March 3rd, I visited the KFC in Madison, Wisconsin, on Mineral Point Rd. I attempted to order using the app for pick up. I first tried a $26.85 order, then a $7.89 order, both showing as payment failures with Apple Pay. I eventually paid in cash at the counter. To my surprise, both failed app orders were charged to my card. I discovered the double charges the next day. I am requesting a prompt refund for the duplicate charges.

On Friday, I visited the KFC Sharah e Faisal Nursery branch to pick up my order. When I tried to pay with my debit card, the cashier informed me that the network was down, so I paid in cash. However, I later discovered that the cashier also processed the payment through my card. I received my order around 9:15 and, after checking my SMS, I contacted the KFC complaint center to report the issue. I have yet to receive a positive response from the KFC team. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and arranging for a refund of the excess payment. Thank you.

I ordered inside the restaurant and paid nearly $33 for my meal. I waited for almost an hour without any explanation for the delay. The staff ignored me and treated me rudely. When I requested a refund, I received it without an apology. The store's interior and exterior are very dirty. This situation needs to be addressed by the management. A gesture of giving me the food for the long wait would have been appropriate if there was proper management in place. My concerns were completely disregarded, and this issue requires attention.

I recently worked at the Gulf to Bay KFC store and was unfairly dismissed for allegedly abandoning my position. Every day, there is marijuana use happening openly in the store, resulting in chaos and uncleanliness. The managers are not addressing these issues as they are also involved in getting high themselves. Another employee, MS Brenda at the KFC on Walsingham, can verify this situation. I would appreciate some assistance in addressing these concerns.

I want to address some concerns I have about the KFC located at Florida Gulf-to-Bay, Clearwater. The treatment of employees is a significant issue at this store, leading to a hostile work environment. There is evident favoritism among staff, especially under the management of Sarah, causing disputes and customer complaints. The store has been reported to have a marijuana smell, with employees smoking it in the parking lot alongside minors. Additionally, there are reports of a male manager engaging in sexual activities with underage employees. Hygiene seems to be lacking as the store appears dirty, with outdated products in the cooler being relabeled instead of replaced. It's disconcerting that both managers and crew members are vaping and using marijuana pens openly in the store, despite this being brought to the District Manager's attention. I've personally faced mistreatment, likely for being aware of these issues, and another staff member can support my claims.

I purchased chicken that tasted bad, and both my children and I experienced the same bad taste. My kids even threw up because of it. I believe they only gave us thighs and drums because they wanted to get rid of old chicken. The service was very poor. I am extremely upset because my daughter is now unwell due to this. I am demanding a refund, an apology, and a phone call. I am disappointed in how you are treating your customers. You used to be my go-to for meals, but now I feel like you are selling old chicken.

I ordered a Bucket for One and 4 dunked wings from KFC on Grey Street in Durban. Despite a confusing experience with the staff, I paid in cash and received my order. The staff was acting peculiar, urging me to buy more items. When I checked my receipt, it only listed the 4 dunked wings, but they assured me that my Bucket for One was in the order. When I got home to Montclair and checked the order, I found all pieces were there. However, while eating the wings, I discovered one only had chicken meat covered in dunked sauce, not a proper wing. Additionally, there was only 1 wing in the Bucket for One instead of 2. This was quite disappointing and made me feel like a fool. I'm upset as I live far away to return easily. If anyone can advise me on what to do next, I would greatly appreciate it as I am quite upset by this experience.

I have encountered repeated issues with this company. During my recent visit, after ordering through the drive-thru, they asked me to wait for my food. After waiting for at least 15 minutes, the food I received was cold. I was disappointed by the lack of fresh food despite the wait. I recently visited the KFC drive-thru in Idabel, Oklahoma, and ordered a 12-piece meal. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues during my visit. Firstly, I was not given the option to choose between original or crispy chicken. Upon reaching the window to pay, the traffic situation made it difficult to maneuver. After paying $40.23, I was directed to park, and my order would be brought out to me. Despite no cars behind me, I received only 6 pieces of chicken (3 drumsticks and 3 thighs) instead of the 12-piece meal I paid for. I contacted the Idabel KFC to address the error and was advised to return the next day for a correction. However, this was not a convenient solution as I am not a resident of Idabel and made a special trip for the meal. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. I recently experienced an issue with a double billing on my debit card by KFC. Initially, I contacted the store, and they advised me to bring my bank statement as proof for a refund. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only the manager, who was located in the Philippines, could process the refund with the actual receipt. Despite my preference for a refund over food, they could only offer food as compensation. On Monday, April 17, [redacted], as I was using your app to place an order at my local KFC, I encountered some issues. I worked at KFC in October [redacted], and I still haven't received my paycheck. I contacted you before, and an agent mentioned that I would receive it in 4 weeks. However, it has been over 4 weeks, and I am yet to receive it. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been able to get proper assistance. I was given a number to contact the payroll department, but every time I call, it goes to voicemail stating they are in team training and will be available after 3. This message has been playing for over 2 weeks now. I just need help with receiving my paycheck, that's all.

On April 22, [redacted], at 8:45 PM, there was an incident where a hazardous water intake occurred due to negligence by KFC staff. After my husband drank some of the water served by the crew, he vomited six times. No assistance was provided other than offering him soda to ease his vomiting. Despite feeling dizzy, my husband had to drive himself to the nearest hospital without any help from the management. We are now admitted to the hospital, and I am requesting that this matter be escalated and proper compensation be provided promptly.
