I recently made flight reservations from India to Cairo on November 11, [redacted], returning on November 27, [redacted]. I carefully reviewed Egypt's entry requirements and visa procedures for Indian nationals before booking my trip yesterday, October 18, [redacted]. However, I encountered technical difficulties when attempting to apply for the Egypt visa online on the same day. Today, when I visited the Egypt Embassy seeking assistance, I was informed that the visa processing time for Indian nationals is up to 5 weeks, with a completion date of November 17, [redacted], which is after my scheduled departure on November 11, [redacted]. Despite exploring options to expedite the process, no solution was available. I kindly request Kiwi to consider an exception to the saver ticket no rebooking policy, as I am unable to travel without the required Egypt visa. I do not wish to forfeit the entire ticket cost due to circumstances beyond my control. I seek your understanding and assistance in rescheduling my flights to future dates when I am assured of obtaining my visa in time. I value the service provided by Kiwi and hope for a favorable resolution to this unforeseen situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you that the Lufthansa flight ticket purchased through your Agency for March 26, [redacted] (KIWI Booking number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], Lufthansa booking number OARREB) was not utilized. Lufthansa has approved my full refund request due to a change in the flight schedule. I have received confirmation via email of the refund approval, which includes passenger details for Isidora Zivkovic. Lufthansa processed the reimbursement on October 16, [redacted], to your account. I am writing regarding my recent flight booking. On May 31, [redacted], I had a flight from Geneva to Inverness with a booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I paid for the flight in full along with the baggage fee. Upon arrival at Geneva airport, I was informed by the airline that they had not received the money for the baggage from Kiwi.com, resulting in an extra charge of CHF 60. Despite contacting Kiwi.com for a refund and being told I would receive it within 3 months, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach your company via phone or email to address this issue. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received and am concerned about the lack of communication and resolution. If I do not hear back regarding the refund within a week, I will be forced to escalate this matter with the regulator.

I made a reservation, but after creating an account for my flight tickets, I can't see any reservations in it. I am unable to contact Kiwi.com because of this issue. I am located in the Czech Republic where live chat support is not available. My account is linked to my Google account AnreyDarkiller, but I received the flight tickets email at [redacted] I suspect this might be causing the problem. I really need this sorted out urgently. I have been waiting for my refund for over four months now. On June 15th, I called them after realizing I would miss my connecting flight due to a 4-hour delay in my first flight booked through Kiwi's itinerary. I immediately informed a kiwi.com agent about the situation, and they assured me I would receive a refund within three months. However, it has been four months now, and despite several emails, I haven't received any response or refund. The status still shows "awaiting the carrier's response," which seems unreasonable after such a long time. I paid extra for premium member service, but it hasn't been helpful. I would appreciate it if we could resolve this issue promptly and get the promised refund of $[redacted]. Thank you, Pascale P.

My partner and I had plans to travel to Peru on October 31st, but our flight got rebooked unexpectedly. We now have a lengthy stopover in Chile and unfortunately will miss our trip to Machu Picchu due to arriving late. We no longer see a reason to continue with the trip and would like a credit note for the €[redacted].96 we paid to book another trip through your company. The flights in question are on October 31st, departing at 12:55 from GRU Sao Paulo to Santiago de Chile (estimated arrival at 17:20 - flight H2601), and the rebooked flight departing at 05:36 on November 1st with flight number LA2370 instead of the original 21:10 flight to Lima. The booking was made under the email address [redacted] and paid with my credit card.

Hola, tengo un problema con mi vuelo Sevilla-Bucarest con escala en Barcelona el 8 de octubre de [redacted]. Al llegar a Barcelona, me informaron que la escala a Bucarest no existía, dejándome varado sin poder llegar a mi destino. Kiwi.com me notificó un retraso de 60 minutos en un correo, pero el vuelo en realidad no existía. Solicito una explicación y el reembolso completo del vuelo, ya que me siento muy desamparado por esta situación. I have a flight reservation with confirmation QMCTQ3 on Avianca through Kiwi. Unfortunately, my initial American Airlines flight from Nashville to Miami was canceled due to pilot issues. This flight had a connection with Avianca to Honduras. I now need to reschedule my flight with Avianca. Thank you for your assistance.

I experienced changes and a canceled flight with Kiwi. I am seeking a refund. Following discussions with their helpdesk and updating my bank account details, I provided the necessary information as requested. They informed me not to respond to the automated Kiwi refund choice, as they would handle it manually. I was advised to await an email confirmation to proceed with the refund through my bank. After not receiving any confirmation, I inquired about an update, and they stated that the refund was processed as Kiwi credits instead of a monetary refund. I am frustrated as I paid 10,[redacted] Danish kroner, but they are only refunding 6,[redacted]. I prefer a cash refund rather than Kiwi credits and would appreciate a resolution to return my money.

Hello, I have a flight booked from Toronto to Delhi on December 1, [redacted], with booking ID [redacted]39. My travel route includes stops at YYZ, FRA, HEM, SVO, and DEL. As an Indian national studying in Canada, I realized I need a Schengen visa for the stops in FRA and HEM. Booking number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Passenger name: Cinthia Daiana Talavera I purchased a flight on Kiwi's website from Barcelona to Cairo, with a layover in Milan Bergamo, Italy. When I tried to board the second flight, I was informed that I couldn't because I didn't have a PCR test done in Italy. I've contacted the Egyptian embassy and searched everywhere, but this requirement doesn't seem to exist. How could I have known about this request? I spoke with the airline, and they mentioned they could provide me with a voucher for use on another flight. However, this isn't a solution as I not only lost the money from the flight but also on transfers, PCR tests, and other expenses related to the trip. Air Arabia advised me to reach out to the company that sold me the ticket to handle this issue. Could you please assist me? I also would like to know if the voucher can only be used on Air Arabia or on any flight purchased through Kiwi. Thank you.

I was greatly impacted by the unexpected cancellation of my Emirates flight from Dammam to Dubai. I arrived at the airport as scheduled at 6 am for a 9:15 am flight, carrying all the necessary travel documents. Unfortunately, I was informed that my reservation number: [redacted]34 was deemed incorrect, and the name associated with it did not match. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, I was unable to board the flight. My travel itinerary included flights from Dammam to Dubai, Dubai to Cebu City, and Cebu City to Manila. I kindly request an immediate refund for the ticket cost.

I have a ticket with WIZZ AIR from Athens, Greece to Larnaca, Cyprus on Nov 13th at 08.30 am for my wife, Sofia I., and me with booking no [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. However, the boarding pass issued is for Nov 12th, 08.35, which is the wrong date. Can you assist me with obtaining the correct boarding pass? To whom it may concern, I recently spoke with the customer service of Wizz Air in the UK regarding an issue with my flight. We booked our tickets through Kiwi.com for a flight from Athens to Larnaca on Nov 13, [redacted], at 08.30 am with booking no [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, we received an automatic boarding pass for a different date. Despite a flight change that was communicated to Kiwi.com shortly after booking, we were not informed of the schedule change. Hello, I'm Ruby Kammer. I need to reschedule my flight from London to Rome on 22/11/[redacted], flight number W98270, departing from London Luton and arriving at Rome Fiumicino. I wish to change it to either 25/11/[redacted] or 26/11/[redacted] from any London airport, with a preference for an early afternoon departure. Additionally, I want to express my disappointment with this service. It is advertised as a money-saving platform but seems deceptive. I encountered difficulties checking in online and with baggage fees, resulting in additional charges. Although I submitted refund requests, Kiwi did not disclose the lengthy 3-month refund process. The quickest option for reimbursement was converting it to Kiwi credit, which I find misleading. I regret using this service and wish for a full refund of my return flight to Rome to spend elsewhere. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so as the Kiwi website is currently inaccessible. I strongly dislike this service and hope to address these issues with their customer support in the future.

Unfortunately, there seems to be an error in my confirmed return flight details. As of now, my return journey on Saturday, December 11, [redacted], is showing flights from BOM Mumbai, India to Kuwait City, Kuwait on Kuwait Airways (KU302), with a connecting flight to Amman, Jordan on Royal Jordanian (RJ643), and then onward to ORD, Chicago on Royal Jordanian (RJ263). However, this is not the flight I selected during booking. The correct return flight I booked for December 11, [redacted], is from BOM Mumbai, India to DOH (GO FIRST G8 [redacted]), with a connecting flight from DOH to ORD, Chicago on Qatar Airways (QR [redacted]).
