I traveled from Newcastle airport to Manila via KLM and Korean Air on December 8. Upon arrival in Manila on December 9, my checked luggage was missing. I immediately reported this to Korean Air in Manila. After 5 days, they only sent me one incorrect piece of luggage, and the remaining 4 were damaged. I had to ship back the wrong luggage at my own expense as promised by Korean Air. They also agreed to refund the shipment cost, which I am still waiting for. Despite providing receipts for the damaged luggage and follow-up for the 5-day delay, as well as the missing luggage that turned up after 42 days, I have not received compensation. I am hoping to contact Korean Air in the United Kingdom for assistance as their website claims to prioritize customer service. Thank you.

I need assistance with my canceled flight from Atlanta to Seoul on flight DL7850. The cancellation has caused me to miss my onward flight from Seoul to Bangkok. Originally, I had plans to arrive in Bangkok on the evening of April 8th and then catch a connecting flight to Bali, Indonesia, on the 9th. This cancellation has disrupted my entire travel itinerary. I am wondering if it would be possible to rebook me on a flight from Atlanta to Seoul to Bali on April 8th at 8:15 to help resolve this issue caused by the cancellation. Additionally, could the cost of the canceled flight be transferred towards the rebooking? I am concerned about the flight and hotel expenses I have already incurred for my trip to Bali.

Hello, I purchased a round-trip ticket for my husband and myself to travel from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Clark International Airport in the Philippines on December 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill, and we had to cancel our return flight on January 28, [redacted]. Once he recovered, we rebooked our return flight to Toronto for February 8, [redacted], by exchanging the partially used ticket. On July 14, [redacted], our flight from Prague to Seoul (KE970) was delayed by more than 1 hour, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Fukuora (KE789). After being rebooked twice, we finally arrived in Fukuora at 7:00 p.m. with the delayed flight (LJ225). The total delay was over 3.5 hours. Additionally, upon our arrival, the car rental was closed, and we couldn't stay at the planned accommodation. Instead, we had to incur extra costs for a new booking and a taxi to find a new place to stay near the airport. We are requesting the appropriate compensation according to EU air passenger rights regulations and reimbursement for the additional expenses incurred. I flew with Korean Air on flight #26J4KS. I booked my reservation through Flighthub with booking reference #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. While booking my tickets over the phone with a Flighthub agent, my last name was not added to my e-ticket. I have contacted Flighthub seven times, but they claim Korean Air is restricting them from making any corrections. When I reached out to Korean Air, they informed me that Flighthub should be handling the correction. I need assistance as I did not make the mistake, it was the Flighthub phone agent. I just purchased a ticket from Shanghai, China, to Pittsburgh, US, with a layover in Incheon (ICN) and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). The booking confirmation code for Korean Airline is 3FFSUX. My name is Qiuju Cao. I recently discovered that the terminals at ICN are quite far apart - Terminal 2 is where KE894 from PVG arrives and Terminal 1 is where KE5031 departs for DFW, with a distance of 18 km between the terminals! I would like to clarify if I am required to transfer my checked baggage myself at ICN. Should I bring my bags, check them in again at Terminal 1, and go through security once more at that terminal?
