Dear SF INTERNATIONAL, I encountered an issue with my recent order. I selected a Lemon/Lime green dress, but received a RED one instead. The picture on the website displayed a GREEN dress, which is what I expected. Additionally, when following your size chart, I provided floor length measurements, but received a calf length dress, which is way too long. The size and material of the dress also do not match what I anticipated. The stitches are rough and give the dress an unprofessional appearance. I would like instructions on how to return this dress and receive a refund. Please email me the return labels at [redacted] so that I can reorder the correct green dress with different measurements. Hi, I recently received my order, No. [redacted]9, consisting of two skirts in different colors. The BLUE one is perfect. However, the DARK BLUE skirt is not as expected. The fabric is different, the skirt is shorter and smaller, and the elastic in the waistband is narrower and twists a lot. This is disappointing as I tried my friend's new DARK BLUE Large skirt before ordering and it was not the same as what I received. I wanted to promote these skirts to other women in my tennis clubs, but I am hesitant due to the quality of the DARK BLUE one. I have attached photos for reference. However, after contacting the company, it appears that the item has not actually been shipped and has been stagnant at a third-party location since 3/22/[redacted]. Despite my attempts to request a refund or cancellation, I have not received a satisfactory resolution as of yet. I reached out to LightInTheBox.com on 4/5/[redacted], expressing my concerns regarding the lack of movement with the shipment. According to USPS tracking, the item has not even been received by them. The delay in shipping is causing significant inconvenience, especially since the intended item was meant to be a time-sensitive gift. I have requested that if the item cannot be delivered by 4/8/[redacted], the order should be canceled, but as of now, I am yet to receive confirmation on the cancellation or any update on the status of the delivery. I am unable to process my return on the Light in the Box website. The screen shows "processing" at the bottom but doesn't progress. Dear Team, Subject: Order no. [redacted]1 from 24.03.[redacted] I placed an order with Lightinthebox for €[redacted] and selected the payment option "pay on invoice." I received an email with a tracking link to track my delivery. The tracking number YT[redacted][redacted] supposedly was delivered on 05.04.[redacted] according to the tracking information. However, I did not receive any notification or package. After contacting the delivery company DPD, they mentioned that they had authorization from Lightinthebox to leave packages in or around the mailbox, which is unacceptable to me due to the shared nature of our mailbox area. I have informed Lightinthebox customer service multiple times via tickets, but I only receive automated responses asking for patience regarding the delivery of my package. It seems they do not understand that the package is lost. I have also informed Klarna. I will not pay this invoice. I purchased swim trunks totaling $[redacted].00 last year for my husband, all in a size large. However, the cut of the trunks straight down the sides doesn't leave room for his thighs. I tried to reach out previously to exchange them for a larger size but had trouble contacting you. I still want to return them for an exchange in the same colors but in a bigger size that can accommodate his thighs. Before ordering all in extra-large, I'd like to test one to see if it fits better. Hello, I am seeking assistance with our search for two new LED ceiling lights that offer customizable lighting effects such as warm white, white, and bright white. We specifically need these lights to be remote-controlled instead of operated through a wall switch due to the current setup of double rocker switches. Installing a wall dimmer for one light might necessitate an additional wall single rocker switch, causing extra installation work. Therefore, opting for a remotely controlled light that only needs wiring to the existing wall plate would be more convenient. We have no specific design preference, as long as the light is not a long pendant style, and we prefer the body color to be black. Do you have any lights that meet these requirements? I recently purchased 3 clothes from Light In The Box on April 16, [redacted]. I received them on May 2, [redacted]. However, I encountered some issues with the items. The ball cap was too small, not fitting an adult size as advertised. The shirt material was shiny, not as described in the picture or the product descriptions. The pants were also undersized with loose threads on the seams. I'm trying to return all items, but it's proving to be quite challenging with LightIntheBox.com. They closed most of my return tickets, only leaving one item open. Despite my efforts to communicate by sending multiple messages, I have not received a satisfactory response. On May 5, [redacted], LightInTheBox.com offered a partial refund, leaving me with a $49.00 loss. The total invoice, with shipping, was $66.19. They requested pictures of the items for a return number, but the return process seems complex and costly, with the return address being in China. I feel that LightInTheBox.com's return procedure is inefficient, and customers may end up stuck with defective items or face additional charges.

I spent over $[redacted] on these items. Unfortunately, the order was late and incomplete. The pullover shorts were fine, but the button-up shirts were three sizes too small. The polos and T-shirts were a bit snug, and the expensive button-up shirts were totally unusable. I compared them to my 2X and 3X shirts, and they are significantly smaller. I took them to a tailor, who confirmed the sizing issue. I need either a replacement in 5X or 6X or a full refund for the shirts and the high shipping cost. I'm disappointed because I purchased these clothes for a photoshoot, but most of them don't fit well at all and can't even be worn, especially due to the shoulder fit problem.

I came across a stunning wedding dress (Item # [redacted]#[redacted]) in a mermaid style, described as a mermaid trumpet dress with a jewel neck, court train lace tulle, Charmeuse long sleeve, formal vintage sexy illusion sleeve with appliques.
