I am having trouble accessing my Outlook account because I forgot my password. I tried to change it, but my account is still linked to my old phone, so I can't receive the verification code. I have submitted a form to recover my account, but it keeps asking me to fill out another form, which is frustrating. There is an urgent email I need to access right away. Although my email is connected to my phone, some emails that appear in my Outlook app are missing from my phone.

In July [redacted], I acquired a full retail version of Windows 10 Home to set up a virtual machine on my [redacted] MacBook Pro. It has been reliable for 3.5 years, enabling me to access windows-only software on my Mac. I am now attempting to transition to Windows 11 by setting up a new virtual machine with the key from my initial purchase. Although I have removed the Windows 10 virtual machine from my account, I am facing difficulties activating Windows 11 on the same physical device.

I am facing difficulties accessing my Microsoft account for Outlook. I have not incurred any charges and have not upgraded due to my inconsistent Wi-Fi from my Hughes Net service. Despite trying to reset my password using multiple codes, I am still unable to log in. I received an error message about denying access due to cookie settings, which I have attempted to address without success. Recently switching from AT&T to Verizon has caused my apps to disappear, leaving me unable to verify my email on Outlook.

We have two Microsoft [redacted] accounts on our Windows PC, one under my wife's initial [A] and the other under mine [B]. I mistakenly purchased what I believed was Microsoft [redacted] Family for account [B], but I am having trouble installing or activating it. Unintentionally, I also requested the same program for account [A], which has not been paid yet. If the program in account [B] is Microsoft [redacted] Family, kindly remove the unpaid program from account [A]. If it turns out to be the wrong program, please remove it from account [B] and transfer the payment to the subscription in account [A]. I hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you for your assistance. Darryl G. [B] and Sharon G. [A]

I have two Microsoft [redacted] accounts on our Windows PC: my wife's [A] and mine [B]. I purchased what I thought was Microsoft [redacted] Family on account [B], but I am unsure if I downloaded it correctly as I am unable to install or activate it. Additionally, I accidentally requested the same program on account [A] without paying for it yet. If the program on account [B] is Microsoft [redacted] Family, please remove the unpaid program on account [A]. If the program on account [B] is not what I intended, please remove it and apply the payment to account [A]. I hope this clarifies things. Thank you for your assistance. Darryl G. [B] and Sharon G. I recently switched phone services and ended up with a new number as my old phone became faulty. Unfortunately, this switch has caused me to lose access to my email and Facebook accounts as they require verification from my old number. I am facing issues with recovering my email account due to the security questions being related to sent emails, which I primarily received and replied to. I can provide details over the phone regarding some specific incoming emails from a few months ago. I would be grateful for any assistance. I am located in eastern North Carolina and resided in Apex NC last year.

Last December, I purchased Office [redacted] "Personal" and set up an Outlook account, but I forgot the password and can't access it. I've tried the recovery form multiple times, chatted with an associate, but received no response. I'm not concerned about the lost time on the subscription, but I need to cancel the recurring payments. I was just charged $59.99, but I no longer want the service.

Last night, I received a new online video game as a Christmas gift. My son was going to teach me how to play since I'm not familiar with these games. To access the game, I needed to log into my Microsoft account. I faced issues with my password using Lastpass, and despite resetting it, I still couldn't login. When contacting Microsoft support, I was told to wait 24 hours. This has disrupted my Christmas plans with my son, causing disappointment. Hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon so we can enjoy our time together playing the game.

I am having trouble accessing my email account due to entering the wrong password multiple times. Despite filling out the recovery form with the last four sent emails to contacts as requested, it was rejected twice. Strangely, I can still access the account on my phone but not on my laptop, where it says I'm locked out. I am unsure how to convince Microsoft that I am the rightful owner of the account. While I can provide screenshots as proof of ownership, I am unable to send them through the recovery process. Any suggestions on what steps I should take next to regain access would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble locating my Microsoft key in the settings of Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. While reviewing my payment methods, I noticed two credit cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted] that I no longer possess and wish to remove them. Despite my efforts, I am unable to remove them as they are linked subscriptions. Could you please explain what this means? I never input my credit card information on my phone. Regards, Judith Ann Crouch.

I am unsure what a product key is as it is being requested from me. I am a user of Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, utilizing Bing as my search engine. Upon accessing my settings by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of Microsoft Edge, I noticed that I have four credit cards stored, of which I only use a Discover and MasterCard ending in [redacted]. The other two MasterCards, ending in [redacted] and [redacted], have not been used in years. I attempted to remove them, but Microsoft does not allow it. Additionally, there are linked subscriptions that I do not want to use. I do not store my credit cards on my phone, so I am unsure if that is what "linked" means. I have been trying to remove these two cards for a month or two without success. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not offer phone support, leaving me feeling frustrated. - Judith Ann

My outlook email account has been compromised. The password was changed, and I no longer have access to the linked cell phone number. Unfortunately, this is the only email the unemployment office has on file to send my W-2 forms. They don't forward W-2s, so I urgently need to regain access to my outlook account. A social media account connected to this email is causing issues too. Despite providing credit card information used with Microsoft purchases, it's been challenging to recover the account. The email address in question is [redacted], and I've had correspondence with Michael Gardiner from the Albuquerque Police Department and others regarding Police Academy and legal matters. I believe I've provided sufficient details for verification but need further assistance. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues accessing Windows Apps. When attempting to use any Windows Apps, change settings, or run programs, I am consistently met with an error message stating that the file path cannot be found. Additionally, despite being the sole user, I have lost administrator privileges on my own computer. This has rendered me unable to install new programs. The Microsoft/Windows system appears to have a bug, as I am unable to recover my computer or utilize command prompts. Even after attempting to perform a system restore in safe mode, the issue remains unresolved.

I am in need of access to my long-held email account that I am unable to log into, despite entering the correct password. The system is prompting me to verify my identity online, but I am unable to do so as it is requesting a verification code to be sent to a cell number I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I am not presented with any alternative verification methods. I have input all the information available for verification, but it keeps telling me that the provided information is insufficient to confirm my identity. The message displayed is "we're sorry the information you have provided is not enough to verify that it is you. Please try again at another time." This is causing me great stress as I risk losing my job if I cannot regain access to my email by tonight.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email associated with the account. I managed to regain access and changed the email back, but now the account is asking for verification using the hacker's email instead of mine. I have been unable to login for the past month. Can someone advise on how I can regain access to my account?

I have two Microsoft accounts, one with my Office linked and the other with my Xbox account tied to it. Unfortunately, my Xbox is out of order, but I recently got a Surface Pro 7+ as a gift. I signed in using the account associated with my Office, causing it to default when logging in to Xbox. Is there a way for me to utilize the other account for the Ultimate Game Pass? There are approximately 3 months remaining on the subscription.

When I enable secure boot on Windows 10 or 11, my keyboard and mouse stop working at startup, preventing me from logging in. The LED lights on the keyboard and mouse also turn off, so I have to force shutdown my PC by holding the power button. I tried enabling secure boot and USB legacy in the BIOS, but it didn't solve the issue for both OS versions. I need help because I want to upgrade to Windows 11, but some games need secure boot enabled to play. TPM 2.0 is already enabled on my system.

I am currently assisting a visually impaired friend who is experiencing issues with their MS Outlook email account. Despite several attempts to register with Microsoft, the process has been unsuccessful, as it requires knowledge of the last 4 emails sent, information which is not readily available. The account in question is associated with the email [redacted], owned by Jean Wright. The Microsoft birth date provided is 1-1-50. For direct communication, Jean's cell phone number is [redacted], and the landline is [redacted]. My name is Terry Bebertz, and I can be reached at [redacted]

I set up an email account for my daughters to create a PS4 account (LittleKiddies), but I can't recall the details I used to create the email. I've been attempting to access it since last year without success. The email is [redacted], named after my three oldest daughters. I think I used January 27 as the birthdate, but I'm uncertain about the year as they were born in [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I need assistance to get into the email so I can reset their PS4 password.
