I'm Charlotte Jones, and I need to cancel my Misfits service. Their supposed Customer Service team for cancellations is nonexistent, and the cancellation menu on their website is disabled. This isn't good business practice. People shouldn't be coerced into staying with a company. I'm reaching out to the Department of Commerce Consumer Protection Service. Even though they offer products, it seems deceptive to cover up any potential wrongdoing. Legitimate businesses shouldn't need to conceal information. Please cancel this fraudulent membership immediately.

Lately, Misfits Market has resumed delivering groceries to me without warning. I have been attempting to delete my account, but encounter an error message when logging in. The "Reset Password" link prompts me to look for a confirmation code in my email, which I have never received despite numerous attempts. I've been dialing their number directly at [redacted], but the line is consistently busy. It's a frustrating situation as I am now inundated with food that my fridge cannot accommodate. I am unsure how to halt this unwanted service. Thank you. - Phil B.

Hello, my name is M.C. Bowden, and I am experiencing an issue with Misfit. I have noticed that they are attempting to charge me $67 without my consent or understanding. I have never utilized Misfit services nor have I signed up for anything related to Misfit. I would like to know the reason behind these unauthorized charges. Please cease any attempts to withdraw money from my account immediately. Kindly remove my name and account details from your records promptly. I do not wish to be charged for a service I have not used or subscribed to. If this matter is not rectified promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice to address this wrongful attempt to take money from me and the distress it is causing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
