Hello, my name is Ed T. I have been an account holder for 31 years. I hold three seats in section [redacted], row 4, seats 13, 14, and 15 with Account [redacted]. Last year, I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. Due to my medical condition, which includes an implanted pump, indwelling foley catheter, stoma, and mediport, it is challenging for me to access the restroom from my middle seat. I noticed there is an ADA section located behind my current seats. I am wondering if it would be possible to move my seats to that ADA section as it would greatly improve my experience during games. My friend and caregiver occupy the other two seats. If relocating is an option, it would allow me to continue attending the games and enjoying the season. If this request cannot be accommodated, please inform me. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Manny Olivares from London, England. My wife Patricia and I are excited to visit New York in October to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We are hoping to watch the Jets play during our visit and were wondering if Christopher Johnson could assist a couple of "Limey" fans attending their first Jets game. This may be an unusual request, but we remain hopeful. We are not seeking free tickets, but the opportunity to experience this would mean the world to us, especially for Trish, who has been by my side for 25 years. We are willing to offer our unwavering support to the Jets in return. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, Manny and Trish Olivares from London

I have been a Jets fan since [redacted] and try to attend a game every year. Last Sunday, I purchased four tickets for the game against the Oakland Raiders in section [redacted]. I brought my 10-year-old niece, my 8-year-old nephew, and their father with me. Unfortunately, there were fans in front of us who stood for the entire game, obstructing our view. When I kindly asked them to sit so my nephew could see, they rudely refused. Despite my efforts to find security, I couldn't locate anyone. It's disappointing how an otherwise enjoyable day can be ruined by inconsiderate behavior. I hope that in the future, there will be staff available to assist loyal Jets fans like myself. Thank you for listening to my feedback and let's go, Jets!

My brother, Joe, is battling cancer. We have been die-hard New York Jets fans since the days of Joe Namath as the quarterback. Joe is turning 60 on September 21, [redacted], and I would love for Joe Namath to send him a birthday message or a signed autograph. Tragically, Joe lost his first wife, Linda, to Leukemia at just 28 years old, leaving him with two young boys. I moved in with him to provide support during such a difficult time. Our family was raised by our mother and two sisters as our father left when I was an infant. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, we shared a love for the Jets and Mets, Joe Namath was a hero to us. Please assist me in making my brother's birthday a special one. Thank you for your help in advance. - Frank Salumn, Tel. [redacted]
