While I was in the process of paying my PayPal credit balance online, I encountered an error during the confirmation stage. Uncertain if the payment went through, I revisited my account to find no record of the transaction in pending or scheduled payments. With caution, I decided to wait and rechecked my account hours later and the next day. After reviewing all areas where a payment should reflect, and confirming no deductions from my bank account, I concluded the initial payment was interrupted. As a result, I set up a new payment.

I am having trouble logging into my PayPal account and also facing issues with my PayPal Mastercard. I need to talk to someone who can assist me and resolve these problems. While I know where the login issue stems from, I am confused about my PayPal Mastercard problem. The frustration is making it hard for me to concentrate on the matter. Human interaction might help me understand the situation better. Speaking with a representative could have resolved this by now. Thank you.

RE: PP-L-[redacted]45 I am kindly asking for the removal of the hold on my funds/account. While I have moved on to another service provider and do not require PayPal anymore, I respect the previous decision regarding my appeal. However, I believe that holding my funds for [redacted] days for a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s policy is excessive. If my request is not addressed appropriately, I intend to file complaints with relevant agencies in the states where I reside or conduct business. I have been experiencing intermittent issues with my account being frozen without my request. Although I have completed most of the requirements to have the restrictions lifted, I am currently unable to access billing statements as I am experiencing homelessness. Having little in possessions, my SSI is crucial for me, and I am struggling. Despite submitting my ID, I am feeling quite distressed about the situation. As the original account holder, I am puzzled as to why my account is under scrutiny for any suspected activity. Typically, a hold is placed until verification is completed, but I urge for the limitations to be lifted promptly so I can regain full access to my account. I have important matters to attend to including managing my mobile phone.

I have been attempting to make a payment on my PayPal Credit promotional account since June 16th. As a long-time PayPal customer with my Chase bank account linked for years, I have been unsuccessful. Despite numerous calls and chats, money has been refunded to me due to issues with Chase not linking correctly. Even though my PayPal Credit account was credited for the last late fee and I paid again on the 22nd or 23rd after being assured Chase was linked and verified, the issue persists. Now my account is in collections, and a PayPal supervisor mentioned the issue lies with Chase but did not offer a solution. They recommended using another bank, which I am in the process of doing. However, this transition takes time, and I am concerned about incurring more late fees, the account closure, and potentially losing the promotional offer. I am in need of assistance urgently.

I have experienced issues with PayPal Credit charging the total amount owed instead of the minimum payment, resulting in overdraft fees from my credit union. Despite being promised a refund check and reassurances, the situation persists. In April [redacted], I ordered a product from a seller and tried to cancel the order within 12 hours through multiple channels. Despite my efforts, the product was already shipped. When it arrived, I refused to accept it, had it returned, and tracked it back to Denver. The post office couldn't locate the package. I was notified by PayPal that the case was resolved in my favor after I initiated a claim. However, months later in July, I was charged the same amount again. The seller denied placing another charge. PayPal stated it was related to the previous case, but I never received any emails from them about it. Despite requesting a copy of the email, PayPal hasn't provided one. I opened a new case and updated my email address, but I haven't received any communication regarding the charge or resolution. The situation is frustrating, especially since I was informed the initial case ruled in my favor. Dealing with a $[redacted] charge unexpectedly has been stressful.

I am experiencing difficulties paying my PayPal credit bill. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and my accounts were compromised. Due to this situation, I am unable to use any PayPal-related services. My bank has restricted any transactions from PayPal, InstaCart, or Uber cash. Currently, I am only able to use my Wells Fargo account, but it is linked to all my PayPal transactions. I'm at a loss on how to proceed with making my payment, as it will take a few days to receive replacement cards from different banks. I have been trying to resolve this for days with no success. On August 26, [redacted], I purchased 2 cheese boards as part of a buy one, get one free deal, resulting in a total of 4 cheese boards. The charges amount to $50.72 and $53.71 on my PayPal statement under ETHHTICOLTD [redacted] through my Prime account at chase.com/amazon. On 3/3/[redacted], three transactions were billed by TOTAV totaling $[redacted]. I reported fraud charges on two cards, one being American Express. The other two charges were resolved by crediting my account $[redacted] each, except for PayPal. Following my recent call with PayPal, I was informed that I still owe the balance to PayPal because the money was refunded to American Express. I clarified that the refund to American Express was because they also billed me $[redacted]. After a chat session, I was directed to a page requesting payment for 24/7 customer service support from PayPal. I am questioning why I should be charged to request customer service assistance.

My PayPal card expired, and I missed a Hulu subscription charge due to autopay. After noticing, I resolved it with PayPal, updated my payment method, and reinstated autopay. I recently received a notice from Synchrony Bank dated 10/13/[redacted], requesting payment of $18.94. I'm concerned about the late payment notice and what steps to take next.

I'm having ongoing issues with my payments to my PayPal Credit account bouncing back recently. This problem started in September, and despite having the same banks and account for over 12 years, the payments keep getting returned, resulting in unnecessary fees of $30 each time. To avoid this, I had to resort to calling in the payments most recently. It's frustrating to have to constantly provide my bank details over the phone. I'm puzzled about why this sudden change is happening.
