I wanted to mention a small error in the Shawn Saves Christmas set that I really enjoy. The stage design is fantastic, and the playful theme of the signs and decorations is delightful. However, there is a minor grammatical mistake on one of the signs. It currently reads, “You’ve got to want it more THEN you fear it!” which should actually be "You’ve got to want it more THAN you fear it." I believe correcting this would enhance the overall quality of the set, especially for those who are sticklers for grammar and spelling like me. It would be great if QVC could address this. I would like to return the Keurig coffee maker with model number ending in 901K Slim Plus Iced. I am disappointed with the size and functionality of the product, as it is not what I expected. I would prefer to upgrade to the deluxe model for an additional $50 and take advantage of the $20 coupon offer. Despite the coupon, I still do not find this coffee pot suitable for my kitchen or as a gift. Due to my age and mobility issues, I cannot return it myself, so I request a pick-up service at my home without any freight charges. I hope to receive the refund credited to my account promptly.

Hello QVC, I regret to inform you that I will be charged $16.16 tomorrow, but due to being a fraud victim, I had to replace my card. The cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted] are no longer valid. I am awaiting my new card's arrival and kindly request to postpone the charge until at least the 15th to provide the updated card information. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I wanted to share that I saw an advertisement on my Facebook page for Sketches shoes, which were presented as a QVC sale. I placed an order for the shoes but later found out they are not from QVC but rather from Cinnaomes.com. Upon investigating, I found out the item is being shipped from China. This situation appears to involve false advertising, and I am taken aback that QVC is associated with it. Thank you. - Diane S.

Yesterday, when purchasing an item, I encountered an issue with my Qcard and was transferred to Synchrony. Synchrony received two payments from me this week - $[redacted] and $[redacted]. However, due to their policy of a 5-day posting period for large payments, the $[redacted] payment is still processing, even though the funds have cleared in my bank account. Following instructions from a QVC representative, I returned to change my auto-pay settings to clear the current due installments. Unfortunately, a new representative informed me that my account was now closed. Despite requesting a supervisor due to the conflicting instructions provided earlier, I was told no supervisors were available at that time and that my account closure stands. It took me three calls, significant hold time, and a total of 80 minutes trying to resolve this, only to be met with a "sorry, your account is closed" response. This experience raises questions about customer care and communication between Synchrony and QVC, leaving me wondering how to prevent such issues in the future.

I recently purchased two rocking folding chairs with a buy one, get one free offer totaling $49.97. The transaction appeared as a $49.97 debit from Vanceones.com on October 13th. The advertisement for this deal was on Facebook and QVC was mentioned. Can anyone confirm if this purchase is legitimate or if it might be a scam? Thank you for any assistance provided.

I recently purchased rocking folding chairs for outdoor use. The deal was buy one, get one free, so I ordered 2 for $49.97 and expected to receive 2 additional chairs for free. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed a charge of $49.97 from Vanceones.com on October 12, the same day I made the purchase. The advertisement featuring this offer was on Facebook and mentioned QVC. Can anyone confirm if this was a legitimate promotion, or have I been a victim of a scam? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with a recent purchase I made using my new QVC card. I bought a Patrice Nash wallet which does not match my previous Patrica Nash crossbody as I had anticipated. I received my PacMan Arcade today via UPS. The box is extensively damaged, with the top ripped and missing. Since this is a Christmas gift, I am hesitant to open it, presuming internal damage due to the external state of the box. This experience is quite disappointing, as I've never encountered such problems with QVC before.
