Hello ROBLOX Support, I'm reaching out regarding my username, GamingRes7, which was recently hacked. The hacker, going by the name “Dfields106”, gained access to my account by deceiving me. Following the incident, I received an email notifying me that the account's email was changed from my email, [redacted], to [redacted] Upon investigating, I discovered the hacker as I observed them on my account promoting a fraudulent game they created under the username dfields106. For verification, I urge you to review the creations associated with that account. Additionally, the hacker was engaging in scam activities like offering free robux to other players. I also report purchasing a $10 robux card, which the hacker used 80 robux from. I kindly request your assistance in resetting my password for the username “GamingRes7” to regain access to my account. My daughter used her Christmas Roblox vouchers to purchase four frost dragons in Adopt Me with the goal of creating a neon frost dragon. However, she encountered a player in the game who offered her a pre-made neon frost dragon in exchange for her four dragons. Regrettably, she ended up falling for a scam where she traded her dragons in the first transaction, only to have the other player leave the game with them. My daughter is devastated by this experience, feeling like she has lost approximately £40. While she acknowledges being too trusting, she believes the other player has taken advantage of her. I have the scammer's player name and a screenshot of their interaction, but I'm unsure of what steps to take next. I've already utilized the "report abuse" feature, but I am eager to recover the dragons or the equivalent value. Any assistance or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with my account as I have forgotten my password. When trying to request a new password, the system prompts me to enter my email, but in order to access my email, it requires the password. ROBLOX support suggested providing evidence that I am the rightful owner of the account by sending photos of my profile and purchasing ROBUX. Unfortunately, after making the purchase, the support representative I spoke to did not respond. Additionally, the game has been frequently crashing, causing me and some friends to consider reinstalling it. However, I am concerned about potentially losing my progress. I am having trouble with a game on Roblox called The Sith Temple on Korriban by the Sith Order. I wanted to become a Sith Reaver in the game and was given a Trial to achieve this. During the battle, I agreed in the chat, but then I was unexpectedly kicked out. When I returned, I was immediately jailed for [redacted] seconds upon spawning, for no apparent reason, and was also insulted. I hope this issue can be resolved, either by having the game taken down or by convincing the game moderators to allow me to become a Reaver. My username on Roblox is Tony_Starkmk85. My account was hacked, and Microsoft found my email linked to it. However, they indicated that Roblox needs to assist in recovering my password. I noticed the hack back in November. For any assistance, please contact my grandmother at [redacted], as she holds the credit card on the account and has been trying to reach out for weeks with minimal success. She received two callbacks but missed them, and one voicemail left was incomprehensible. My grandma added funds to my account for purchases, and I've been using the account since [redacted] under the username "endermanaz0912." For more details, please call [redacted]. My son is having trouble with his password; it keeps saying "incorrect password." The username is IgorMax2011xxx2. Unfortunately, we don't remember the email we used to set up the account. To prove ownership, I want to mention that I recently made two payments for Roblox: one for 20.99€ and another for 9.99€ from my PayPal account. I have been hacked for the second time in two weeks. Despite changing my password, the hacker still accessed my account. I received an email about a password change but only realized the issue when checking my phone. I am worried about not regaining access as the hacker remains unidentified. Although my account was given away once and returned, this recent incident has left me unable to recover it. Despite numerous password attempts, none have been successful. I purchased a $** Roblox gift card for the second time, but I'm facing an issue redeeming it for Robux. Last time, I got the credit but couldn't figure out how to convert it to Robux, so I accidentally closed it instead of using it. While attempting this on mobile, I found out I should convert it on the Roblox billing page, but I can't find the button to do so. I hope I don't have to spend another $** to get my Robux. Is there a solution to this problem? I would like to either convert it on mobile or have Roblox either convert it for me or give me the Robux directly. I have proof of my $33 credit and the gift card. Please resolve this issue.

Roblox is open to all, regardless of race, religion, or beliefs. I've noticed that some rules and regulations are not effectively enforced by the moderators. In games, people often post links for free Ro-bucks, take advantage of new players, and break the rules. This behavior includes spawn killing, excluding others, and using game passes for personal gain. As a player, I've experienced rude behavior, especially towards kids with disabilities. To address these issues, I suggest restricting kids' actions on Roblox, requiring adult admin access, and removing unpopular games. Setting specific login hours for younger users could prevent conflicts. I recommend that the company considers these suggestions to improve the overall gaming experience on Roblox. My young son, aged 9, has been using a Roblox account for some time and loves buying Robux for the game. I am experiencing ongoing hacking issues with my account, leading to financial losses and difficulty accessing it. I frequently have to create new passwords due to this situation. Managing online platforms is challenging for me due to my multiple sclerosis symptoms, including sight problems, fatigue, and optic neuritis. I have detected fraudulent activity on my Hotmail and PayPal accounts and suspect other areas may be compromised. I have informed my bank to block suspicious transactions and changed my account details three times. Despite enjoying playing Roblox with my daughter, these disruptions are distressing and have persisted for too long. I acknowledge there may have been errors on my part, and ignoring the problem is ineffective. This situation is not only affecting me mentally but also worsening my health. Naively, I let my friend try it out. After he flew around with it, he abruptly left the game, taking my pet and removing me as a friend.
