I haven't received an update from the moderators for about 4 hours since my post was viewed by someone. I'll explain my issue again. Earlier today, I was playing Roblox without any issues, but when I returned 40 minutes later, I couldn't load the game. At first, I thought it was my internet, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I realized I might have been hacked. My screen went blank, only ads would load, and if I clicked on them, they worked fine. When I tried to join a game server, it would just take me back to the top of the page. On my Roblox home page, I could only see the 'Create', 'Discover', and 'Robux' buttons. I hope my report reaches the main operators soon and they can reactivate my account. I suspect a skilled hacker, 'Cringly,' whose user is 'chadismad,' might be behind this. I've faced hacking threats from him before. I want to clarify that any inappropriate language in my chats wasn't from me but possibly from the hacker, who used to be a friend. I seem to be having trouble adding multiple hair types to my avatar. I purchased three different types of hair, but I can only add one, which feels unfair. Previously, I was able to use all three types of hair, but now I cannot. I have been trying to resolve this for two days and it is becoming overwhelming for me. On February 6, [redacted], my account was terminated due to an alleged Robux purchase using a stolen credit card, which is false. The day after the purchase, my father requested a refund with the right of withdrawal. I have been trying to contact the Roblox Assistance Team for a month, providing all requested information, but they keep stating they cannot assist further. I am innocent of any illegal activity and do not understand why my account was terminated. I am simply requesting Roblox to reinstate access to my account, as I value the progress I have made in games more than the Robux.

My cousin used my account to access a website offering free Robux, thinking it was Roblox itself. Someone violated the rules by exploiting my account. I did not break any rules and value Roblox as a way to connect with friends. I made purchases on my account. I'm writing to address the situation where my account got banned, and I'm requesting its reactivation. I am willing to comply with any necessary steps. While playing the game, I noticed that my character's head appeared small, so I attempted to restart it. However, even after restarting, the issue persisted. Concerned, I exited the game, powered off my phone, and then logged back in. To my surprise, I was logged out. Worried about losing my progress and the money I had spent, I received multiple emails indicating someone was attempting to access my account from different locations. After confirming with my friends that they hadn't experienced similar issues, I realized my account had been hacked. Upon checking my old account, I discovered my character had been renamed. Despite my efforts to log back in using my credentials, the hacker had changed my email and password. I am eager to recover my account, as it holds sentimental value to me. I can provide evidence of my gameplay and character to support my claim.

I no longer have access to the email associated with my account, but I can prove my identity since I have been using this account for four years. If you are unable to assist me, then falsely banning me based on mistaken identity for someone else's actions is unfair. I am kindly requesting the re-activation of my account, hulksmashRBLcrew. I was unjustly accused of homophobic behavior when, in reality, the other individual was using offensive language towards me without knowing my background. It was my little cousin's birthday on March 16, [redacted]. I bought us both 2,[redacted] Robux each using two $25 gift cards from Publix. We chose some clothes, spending around [redacted] Robux for her and 50 for me. Later, after dinner and swimming, I discovered that most of my Robux were gone, leaving me with only 17 Robux. Someone purchased items from a game I never played, Blox Fruits. I tried to report this through the Roblox app, but I couldn't provide all the details. I am frustrated that my son's account keeps getting hacked and the email associated with it is being changed. This has happened multiple times, and it is unacceptable. There should be better security measures in place to protect kids using this platform. My son encountered a scam while playing “Adopt Me” under the screen name Bigbstats4tz24. He reported the incident at approximately 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time on 03/21/22. During a trade where he displayed his pets, the other player fraudulently reclaimed all of my son’s pets by repeatedly clicking the checkmark. This behavior seems to involve a scamming hack. Despite my son's request for his pets to be returned, the other player refused. My son is distressed as he invested nearly $[redacted] worth of Robux into these pets. At the end of February, I received a trade request from an individual whose username I can't recall, but I do remember their Discord handle as Laney#[redacted]. They asked me to prove the legitimacy of my items by entering codes on a website that can be found by searching "google trade docs." While attempting to validate my items, my account was compromised, and all my limited items were traded away by an unauthorized user who breached my two-step verification. Although I reached out to Roblox, they have not offered a solution to this distressing issue. I am eager to recover my items, collectively valued at more than [redacted],[redacted] Robux. The trading partner who initiated the exchange has blocked and unfriended me, so I am unable to trace them. Although the account that received my items has been banned, I suspect they transferred everything to another account as I monitor their inventory regularly. Could Roblox investigate the trading logs and reverse the transactions? It's frustrating that the platform seems unable to address this serious matter, leaving me disheartened.
