I've been attempting to secure a reservation, but upon selecting the pay button to proceed with entering my credit card details, the rate significantly increases from the initial price. On July 9th, I lodged a complaint with customer service, referencing number: [redacted]8. I received a confirmation email from Whyndham Hotels acknowledging my complaint, and I was informed that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. Despite the time frame passing, I haven't received any follow-up. Subsequently, I submitted a second complaint on July 12th, referencing number: [redacted]2, and once again, I got a confirmation email. However, it has been 48 hours and I'm still awaiting a response. I kindly request assistance in addressing my concerns and completing my booking. Thank you, A-M
