I'm an 81-year-old not used to computers. I bought tickets for a Caps/Ranger game on April 2 as a gift for my husband. When trying to retrieve them today, I couldn't remember my password and got stuck in a loop of changing it. I need a person to help me or just send the tickets directly. I bought a ticket on Saturday, 1/7/[redacted], for the Gervonte Davis fight in DC. When I tried to enter the arena, they said my ticket had already been scanned. I had to buy another ticket at a higher price at the box office. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and processing a refund? This was my first time using SeatGeek, and unfortunately, it was a negative experience. I hope it won't be my last. Thank you in advance.

We had planned to attend the Nikko Moon concert on the 20th, but upon arrival at the concert venue, we were informed that our tickets were refunded by the seller. Unfortunately, we were denied entry as the event had reached full capacity. The tickets were purchased through your platform with order number 6P2-6N8Y7K2, costing $98.36 each, under the name Randall Hanshaw. I am requesting a complete refund due to the missed event. I purchased tickets for the Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle show in North Charleston tonight and was charged for four tickets. However, after receiving an initial confirmation email, I then received a follow-up email stating there was an error. I attempted to resolve this through customer support with little success as the chat sessions were unhelpful and frustrating. I was advised to try the purchase on a PC instead of my phone, but this still did not work. My card has been charged, and time is running out to get this issue resolved as the event approaches.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with SeatGeek - Need Assistance with Refund I am reaching out regarding a recent order I placed with SeatGeek. I purchased 9 event tickets for $[redacted].00 CAD. Unfortunately, there was a transfer issue with the seller, and despite contacting the SeatGeek service agent, the tickets were never replaced, resent, or refunded. This led to us missing out on a significant part of the event. Throughout the ordeal, which lasted three hours before and during the event, the customer service only suggested refreshing the page and asked for multiple screenshots of our Ticketmaster account. We finally managed to resolve the situation with the venue directly to obtain replacement tickets. Considering the nature of our purchase, I expected much better client service from SeatGeek. The lack of support and absence of viable solutions were truly disappointing. I am seeking guidance on how to avail the Buyer Guarantee and request a refund for this order. I recently received an email from SeatGeek stating that the tickets I purchased have been transferred to me by the seller. The email, however, came from Ticketmaster and included a link to transfer the tickets to my account. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the link, I encountered an error that prevented the transfer from going through. After contacting Ticketmaster, they mentioned that the issue lies with the seller, SeatGeek, through whom I purchased the tickets. My order number with SeatGeek is 6P2-L3J6PDL. I am frustrated with the current situation. I purchased my tickets last night, and you processed the payment and provided me with a confirmation. However, when I try to access my tickets through the Geek app, it does not accept my email or passcode. Despite having a confirmed purchase, you are unwilling to refund my money. Moreover, your phone number is disconnected, making it impossible to reach a representative for assistance. I am unable to understand why a legitimate company like yours is providing such poor customer service. It is essential to have the option to speak with a live individual for help. Not everyone is proficient with technology, and even those who are should not encounter these issues. Your customers buying tickets for immediate events rely on accurate and reliable information, which is currently lacking in this situation.

I have two Philadelphia Phillies Spring Training games with two tickets each, and also a pair of [redacted] Phillies Season tickets available for sale. I acquired them through the Philadelphia Phillies ticket sales office. I visited the website as instructed to find out how to list them for sale, but I couldn't figure out how to transfer the tickets from my MLB BallPark app to SeatGeek for posting. I'm struggling to follow the online instructions, and at 73, I am feeling quite lost. There seems to be no way to get in touch with someone for personalized guidance. I received a response from the Phillies ticket office but the instructions they provided didn't work for me.

I attempted to purchase tickets to see Kiss in Calgary using my father's credit card, but it was declined due to an error even though the information was correct. Surprisingly, when my father contacted the bank, they informed him of a unauthorized charge of over $[redacted] from SeatGeek on his card. This is concerning as the transaction was declined on the website but still went through. My father has taken action and canceled the charge on the card. Yesterday, I purchased tickets for an event, but upon arrival, someone else was in our seats, and we were escorted out by the theatre. I am seeking a refund as this caused distress. I reached out to Seatgeek via email last night after struggling with their app. I am disappointed and frustrated as I spent $[redacted] on tickets for my mother and myself, missing the event. The situation was worsened by the fact that the tickets were double-sold. This experience was unacceptable, especially since my mother needed a break from caregiving for my 95-year-old grandmother. I accidentally bought tickets for a concert in a different state and when I tried to return them for the correct ones, I was advised to sell them online instead for a refund. Sadly, I haven't been able to sell them, and now I'm at risk of losing my money. I just discovered the return policy allowing for credit but this was not communicated to me initially, leaving me in a difficult situation.

The first attachment from the Cynthia Woods Pavilion site lists performers as Jelly Roll, Three 6 Mafia, Struggle Jennings, and Josh Adan Meyers. The second attachment from Seat Geek shows Jelly Roll with Ashley McBryde and Struggle Jennings. My Seat Geek order number is 6P2-57RZED3. I just want to confirm if this order is valid. Hello, I purchased two tickets for Twice's concert at LA SoFi Stadium through SeatGeek yesterday. I paid over $[redacted] for each ticket. Today, I discovered that Twice's presale is happening today. I returned to SeatGeek and noticed a new price that is ten times cheaper than what I had paid. It seems like I overpaid due to SeatGeek's pricing tactics. I am having trouble signing up to sell my Red Sox tickets on my Mac desktop. When I try to sign in, I keep getting an internal error message even though I have already cleared my cookies and history as instructed by customer service. On my iPhone and iPad, I can access the system, but I am unable to proceed beyond the "Continue" or "Cancel" buttons when trying to list my tickets for sale. After clicking "Continue," it just spins for a moment and then displays a "please wait" message without progressing further. This issue has persisted for several days. Thank you for any assistance.

I bought tickets on March 13, [redacted] with Order ID 6P2-78RRQ6Y. The seller hasn't confirmed the sale yet, so the purchase is still pending. I emailed customer service on March 16 asking them to contact the seller for confirmation. Customer service responded on March 17 letting me know they would reach out to the seller. Yesterday, I emailed customer service again to cancel my order since the tickets haven't been confirmed. I worry that as my trip approaches, the tickets may not get confirmed, leaving me in a difficult situation. Customer service hasn't responded to my cancellation request yet.

I accidentally purchased two standing room tickets for Taylor Swift in Arlington, Texas, on March 31 through the Gametime app. I clicked on the seat while browsing, and a button appeared saying "click to buy," which I clicked by mistake.
