Hello, I am Homa Tadalyon. I would like to share my experience from March 11th when I purchased items at Shoppers in Bayview Village totaling $[redacted]. I discovered the cream I bought was the wrong color and returned it on the same day to the Young and Shoppers branch. Unfortunately, the original receipt was not given back to me. Upon returning to the store and speaking with the clerk, they could not locate the receipt. The cash manager, Jurby, informed me that there was nothing more that could be done and refused to accept the return of all items for repurchase with the receipt. Despite my request to check the security camera footage, Jurby declined and indicated the store was closing. I am disappointed by the mistake made by Shoppers and am in need of the missing receipt. If not resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To Shoppers on Clarke Rd in London, Ontario, please consider providing additional training for your managers. I had an issue with items scanning at the wrong price multiple times. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, they insisted that the old price was no longer valid and wouldn't honor the previous price. I also mentioned the scanning code of practice in Canada, where if an item scans incorrectly, it should be free up to ten dollars. Unfortunately, the manager adamantly disagreed and claimed this was not the law. I have been a loyal customer in this neighborhood for 55 years and have always used Shoppers, but I am now reconsidering due to this experience. It would be beneficial to ensure that all managers are well-informed and treat customers with respect.

Last week, there was a long line at the checkout, but nobody was using the self-checkout. I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I had a $10 credit/gift card that I couldn't figure out how to use. When I tried to return something I purchased without a receipt, I was denied a refund. Additionally, the pair of earrings I bought were not attached and one was lost before I even left the store. There was no staff around to assist, and there was another big line at the checkout. I am truly disappointed by the customer service experience.

I visited the store at [redacted] Preston Ave S Unit [redacted], Saskatoon, SK S7T 0V2, and purchased Vitamin C tablets. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered they were expired. This is concerning as expired medication can be harmful. It appears the medicines were on the shelf for over 30 days after their expiration date. I spoke to a supervisor who offered a replacement, but my main concern is why expired medicine was on the shelf in the first place. I observed several expired bottles during my visit. The supervisor removed them after I addressed the issue around 8:32 pm. I urge the management to investigate this matter as it is crucial for the safety of customers.

Last week, a friend shipped a package to me from Canada through your post office. The package is addressed to a location near my house in Nigeria rather than my exact address. Unfortunately, my friend did not include my phone number on the package, only my name (Luke Favor Onyinyechi) and the location (MCC Junction Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria). I recently shopped at Shoppers Drug Mart in Port Hawkesbury on November 14, [redacted]. I bought four items but realized when I got to my car I only had three. I went back in to explain and the cashier insisted I didn't purchase a thermometer. I knew I did and went to get the receipt to prove it. Despite showing her, she suggested it must be in my car. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager, but she claimed to be in charge. She offered to check my car later but I declined, feeling unsettled. The next day, the store manager reviewed the footage and confirmed I bought the thermometer. However, she alleged I put it in my purse and implied I was not welcome back due to my frustration with the cashier. The manager informed me I would receive a no trespass letter. The whole experience left me feeling mistreated and unwelcome. I would appreciate it if this situation could be looked into, especially since there was a witness to the cashier's behavior in the parking lot. Thank you.
