I accidentally broke my Google Pixel 4a phone's display and decided to buy a used iPhone on eBay due to repair costs. Upon logging into Snapchat on the new device, I encountered an issue. Initially, I logged in successfully but was immediately logged out and unable to log back in. I'm now also unable to create a new account. I'm unsure how to resolve this problem and hope Snapchat can help unlock my device in their system so I can continue using the app.

I experienced an issue logging into my Snapchat account on my new phone after my old phone broke. Despite entering my phone number for verification, it keeps displaying an error message preventing me from accessing my account. I've been using Snapchat since [redacted] without any issues. Despite not violating any terms, my account got hacked while I was traveling to Ghana for my grandma's funeral. I changed my password but couldn't access my account due to it being permanently locked. I reached out to Snapchat Support multiple times but received no help. I also struggled to download my data with cherished memories of loved ones. Recently, I tried again after advice from my mother, but couldn't locate my account. A computer shop offered to help, but I was informed that my account had been deactivated when I finally heard back from Snapchat support. This is confusing since I didn't delete my account. I encountered an issue logging into my Snapchat account as it repeatedly shows "no matching credentials" despite knowing my username and password. When I switched from my iPhone 8 to the iPhone XR, I logged into Snapchat on my new phone without any issues at first. However, when I opened Snapchat on my old phone, both devices glitched and now I can't access the app properly on either phone. I've even tried creating a new account from a friend's phone, but it instantly gets locked when I try using it on my current phone. I really don't want to buy a new device right now since I just got this one. Ideally, I'd like to recover my old account with all my important pictures, but I've tried logging in so many times that I can't remember my password. If I can't retrieve my old account, I just want to be able to create a new one on my current phone since all my friends use Snapchat for communication.

Early in the morning on March 5th, I received an email informing me that my Snapchat account had been locked due to a violation of terms of service. However, I have not been active on Snapchat lately as my work schedule keeps me occupied from 7am to 5pm daily. Working in a Covid-19 lab restricts phone use, making it unlikely that I breached any terms. I suspect my account was hacked, especially considering strange friend requests and messages I've been receiving. It's frustrating that my account, which I've had since [redacted] or [redacted], is now inaccessible due to someone else's actions. I urge for a resolution as many precious memories are stored on my account.

In early [redacted], as a Google Fi user with a Pixel 3, I faced a disturbing situation. My social media accounts were compromised, with friends appearing differently and messages being altered. Despite efforts to contact Google Fi support, it was evident that my Google apps were being hacked. Mysterious background processes revealed an unresponsive android egg icon. As security alerts increased, culminating in disturbing messages, the impact on my mental health and relationships became profound. Communicating with Google Fi experts became nonsensical, leading to distressing directives. The unsettling experience extended to my device displaying unknown applications and sensing various personal states. Ultimately, my eSIMs were manipulated, and my Pixel 3 number was altered before disabling 2FA. Transitioning to Verizon with an iPhone, I sadly lost access to precious memories on Snapchat following these events. The ordeal led to personal struggles and misrepresentation, impacting me significantly.

I am having issues with my Snapchat account. Every time I log in on my main phone (iPhone SE), it gets locked after a few minutes and I am unable to unlock it on the website as it says it is "permanently locked." However, after waiting 24 hours, the account unlocks itself. Oddly, I can then sign in on my secondary phone without any issues. I haven't violated any terms of service, yet this keeps happening. Is there a way for me to reach out to Snapchat for help with this problem so I can use my main phone again?

On March 14, [redacted], my account got hacked. The hacker utilized it to post inappropriate content, leading to a permanent account lock and a device ban on my phone, barring me from using Snapchat. I made a new account on a separate device with a different email to seek support, but so far, I have not received any assistance. I want to clarify that I was not the individual who posted the content and request the restoration of my account. This account holds over 4 years' worth of precious memories that I do not wish to lose.

I am experiencing an issue with Snapchat. I took some pictures using the app, saved them, and later logged out of my account. After logging back in, the photos are missing without any backup notifications. These pictures hold sentimental value, and I desperately need them back, especially those from March 16, [redacted]. Hello, I recently lost my phone, and after getting a new one, Snapchat flagged my login as suspicious, asking to verify through an email sent to my compromised email address [redacted] and a text to my old number [redacted]4, both of which I cannot access due to losing my phone. My Bitmoji has blue hair, wears all black/white with a red Plaid jacket, and has piercings. I have friends on Snapchat named cullenp91, angelgirl95, and xxangelgirl95xx, with whom I last interacted on specific dates. I encountered an issue logging into my Snapchat account where I received an error message stating "Oops the credentials don't match". Despite being certain that I entered the correct login information, this message persisted. I attempted to reset my password both through my phone and email, but was unsuccessful. Although I managed to change the password through my phone, I still couldn't log in with the new password due to the same error message. Resetting the password via email failed as well, claiming my email was invalid, despite being copied directly from my email account. I have contacted Snapchat support multiple times, but the emails with support links provided have not addressed my problem. I have searched on Google and YouTube for solutions without success. I have been trying to resolve this issue continuously for 2 days. My account is currently inaccessible, showing as temporarily unavailable but stating it has been permanently banned when I tried to unlock it. After researching, I discovered that being banned from Snapchat could extend to the IP address of the device, resulting in all accounts being banned if logged in from that device. This occurred without my knowledge while in class, only realizing when signed out and unable to log back in. I believe my account was hacked, resulting in the ban. Trotz mehrerer vergeblicher Versuche von meiner Seite bin ich nicht in der Lage, mich erneut anzumelden. Es ist zu beachten, dass die E-Mailadresse und Telefonnummer, die aktuell verknüpft sind, nicht diejenigen sind, die bei der Erstellung des Kontos verwendet wurden. Da ich die Anmeldedaten meiner alten E-Mailadresse nicht mehr besitze, habe ich meine aktuelle E-Mailadresse als Alternative angegeben. On Friday, March 11th, my Snapchat account was hacked by someone in Chicago. While in class, I tried to log in but was logged out and received an email notifying me of the unauthorized access. After numerous attempts to unlock my account through the Snapchat portal were unsuccessful, I reached out through various channels to seek help. Despite trying Twitter messages, online forms, emails, live chat, and even sending a detailed letter to Snapchat headquarters, I have not received any assistance in recovering my account. The support team keeps stating that my account is permanently locked, leaving me frustrated as I have not violated any community guidelines. Losing access to my account, which holds years of memories and important connections, has left me feeling disconnected and out of touch with my social circle. As a teenager heavily reliant on Snapchat for communication, not being able to use the app has been incredibly distressing. I am determined to do whatever it takes to regain access to my account and am disappointed by the lack of support from Snapchat.

After logging out of my Snapchat account, when I attempted to log back in using my correct password, I received an error message stating “no matching credentials." Despite changing my password, the issue persisted. When I tried to log in on Snapchat.com with the new password, it was also rejected. I then resorted to deleting and reinstalling the Snapchat app, but encountered the same problem. Despite multiple password changes, I was unable to access my account online. The app prompted me to submit my email for a verification code, which I never received. Despite repeatedly using the "didn’t receive" option, the email did not arrive. I even attempted to log in on another device without success.
