In [redacted], I purchased FFXIV and played for a bit before stopping. Recently in [redacted], when I tried to log in, I encountered an issue where it said the game was not registered with the service account or the subscription had expired. When I visited the Mog Station to resolve this, I faced an error. Despite attempting to reset my account, I didn't receive an email confirming my email registration with them. I attempted to recreate my account, only to find that my name was no longer available. I've reached out to Square for help, but have not received a response yet. Frustrated, I'm hesitant to reinstall the game or purchase a new copy. I'm uncertain how to proceed to enjoy playing FFXIV again.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account to restart playing FFXIV. Despite following the steps in the account management system's Forgot ID or password section and receiving a code via email, I am unable to proceed as it requires a new password and a one-time passcode. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the one-time passcode on my phone app due to needing a registration password, which is only obtainable after logging into the account management system. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue. If possible, I would like to explore the option of deleting my current account to start fresh, as I have repurchased the game on steam and wish to begin anew.

I recently purchased a "Tale of Adventure" to level up a new character to 70 for £18.50. However, I discovered that using it on a level 1 character blocks access to important quests like teleportation, chocobo mount quest, and grand company quest. This has made my character unusable. I suggest the product page clarify to use the boost after reaching level 30 or on a secondary job for a main character. Can you please delete the level 70 character E.S. on Spriggan and transfer the Tale of Adventure to my other character, R.S. on Spriggan? Thank you. Best regards.

My friend and I wanted to venture into a new MMO together, so we opted for FF-XVI. I purchased the game on Friday and downloaded it that night. The next day, when I tried to log in to my Square Enix account, it prompted me to sign in with my existing PS4-linked account. For the life of me, I couldn't recall my password, so I attempted the recovery method. Despite setting supposedly easy security questions, I seem to be tripping up on them, which is beyond frustrating. As a result, I'm locked out of my account, unable to make any changes or even enjoy the game I bought. I reached out to email support, but the response time is unbearably slow, leaving me still eagerly awaiting their reply. It's frustrating to face such a delay just to dive into a game I've already paid for!

Hello Square Enix, I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased Shadowbringers but I am encountering difficulties accessing my account. Initially, I played the game on my PS3 using the email [redacted] when it first launched. Due to being unable to link my accounts, I bought Shadowbringers on Steam using a different email ([redacted]) as I returned to the game as a PC player during the pandemic. Regrettably, I am currently unable to log in, my account seems to be lost, and I am unsure how to proceed. I kindly request your prompt assistance. I am attempting to register for the Final Fantasy XIV free trial. I appreciate the opportunity to try before purchasing, but the system keeps indicating that I already have a service account. Initially, I used my Steam account under the username ScreenPeakin and the email [redacted] Later, I attempted to create a new account using the email [redacted] However, I am encountering the same issue. My Square Enix username is B3rticus, and I would like to stick with the email [redacted]

I encountered an issue while playing Marvel's Avengers as the red room event did not appear in my helicarrier. A friend recommended deleting and reloading the game, which I did. However, now when I attempt to start the game, it gets stuck on the screen displaying the developers and then transitions to the hexagons screen, freezing there. Despite restarting the game multiple times, the problem persists. I'm a huge fan of this game and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

After verifying my email with Square Enix, I tried to login to start downloading Final Fantasy 14. However, I received an error message saying my ID or password was incorrect. When I tried to request a password reset email to double-check, it said my email was not verified. Clicking on the verification email led me to a page with an invalid token error. I'm struggling to resolve this issue and can't find a way to reach out to Square Enix for assistance. My account shows the correct email, but I can only request another email every 24 hours. Any help in resolving this account issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account, receiving an error message stating it's not registered. This account has been in use for a significant period, making this situation critical, especially with recent trolling incidents. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email and questions, I have not received any response. I am considering sharing this issue on Twitter with supporting screenshots and names, as all interactions are documented. Please acknowledge that online activities are traceable. This lack of professionalism is concerning, unlike my past trouble-free experiences. If the matter remains unresolved, it may be detrimental for the company. The urgency of the situation is escalating, and I hope for a prompt response before resorting to public exposure.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Square Enix account for FF14. I have logged in on this device for almost a year with no problems. Today, when I tried to sign in, I was prompted to enter a one-time code, which I have never needed before. I downloaded the app as instructed but am now being asked for a password from the management system, which I cannot access due to 'suspicious activity' on my account. I am not sure how to resolve this issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I am requesting a full refund for the game I purchased. I had trouble logging into my account, and once I finally did, I had to use a one-time password from a phone app instead of an email. After that, my account was locked for suspicious activity. I expect a refund for the $59.99 game I bought today, as well as the basic game I purchased in [redacted]. The login experience on the website has been frustrating, requiring me to continuously re-enter my information and navigate without any live support. It has taken me hours to redeem my purchase and log into the game. I have not received any help or support throughout this ordeal, and the login process during the beta testing phase was much smoother.

My Final Fantasy XIV account has been terminated, and I'm devastated. Following chargebacks on my PSN account due to my wife's misunderstanding of the charges, I've managed to restore my PlayStation Network account. However, my Square Enix account now shows as "terminated" when I try to log in. While I suspect it's related to the chargebacks, I want to clarify that I have never violated any rules in the game or chat. I mainly play solo and have maintained a clean record since the beta phase without any warnings or issues. Receiving no prior email notifications about a potential suspension or termination of my account has left me puzzled and concerned. I've invested countless hours and funds into this game over the years without incident. I'm willing to settle any outstanding payments related to the chargebacks promptly, but I've received no response from Square Enix support despite submitting a ticket.
