I am disappointed with the service. After receiving my $5 Amazon card, I plan to close my account. Today, I spent 20 minutes trying to upload a Burger King receipt, but your software could not recognize it. I have other receipt rewards apps that handle it without any issues. I couldn't reach you for help because the picture upload tab at the bottom of the page was not functioning. There are too many problems and the hassle is not worth it. Also, with other reward apps like Swagbucks, I've never had to verify my email for gift card redemptions. It's frustrating that I missed your verification email, causing a delay in receiving my gift card. I'm frustrated and ready to move on.

I'm having trouble redeeming a $25 Apple gift card on Swagbucks. The service to redeem it (Order #[redacted]3) seems to be down. The gift card arrived in my Gmail at 8:30 PM, and I discovered this issue at 10:30 PM. I'm hoping Swagbucks can either refund me or fix the redemption service for my gift card.

I recently discovered that my Swagbucks account has been deactivated without any clear explanation or prior warning. This is not the first time this has occurred, and the process to reactivate it last time was lengthy and unsatisfactory. Due to this deactivation, I have been unable to earn my usual [redacted] SB daily for the past 6 days, resulting in a total loss of 2,[redacted] SB. Additionally, missing out on completing a [redacted] SB in-home product test survey and being unable to upload a receipt for [redacted] SB from Merci Chocolates has further increased my total loss to 3,[redacted] SB. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received any meaningful assistance. The response time has been slow, with no updates or acknowledgments of my inquiries. This deactivation not only affects my SB earnings but also restricts my access to various features like Swag-it, Swagbutton, Swago Board, and more. I'm having trouble sending a photo, which is preventing me from completing all the instructions to start a ticket. It's frustrating that after spending almost 2 hours on a survey late Friday night, I was kicked out of it. It's unfair that after agreeing to everything and answering honestly, I get disqualified near the end of the survey without any compensation of even 1 Swagbuck. Swagbucks shouldn't allow this to happen. Thank you for your time. I would give you at least 25 Swagbucks for acknowledging and taking my complaint into consideration if I could.

I received an email informing me about the deactivation of my account. The reason cited was a violation of program terms related to the Special Offer/Offer services on the site and partner sites. I am baffled by this decision as I completed the offers genuinely, received due credit afterward, and have $90 pending in the account. It feels unfair that my account was banned without any valid explanation. Despite investing a significant amount of my time in these offers, it seems like they aim to retain the pending $90. I diligently reviewed the terms and conditions, which did not mention a possibility of an account deactivation for completing offers. I have also reached out to the better business bureau for assistance, though I am yet to receive a response. Kindly reconsider reactivating my account. I am receiving emails from Swag Bucks, following the link to download the app. I attempted to log in but received an "invalid credentials" message. When trying to reset the password, it says "invalid email." Even when raising a ticket within my Swag Bucks account, it states "invalid credentials." I am puzzled as these details are from within my own account. Swag Bucks, please address this matter promptly and effectively.

I recently joined Swagbucks and have been actively participating by following the daily emails. However, when I tried to log in to the app after downloading it, I encountered issues with my credentials. Despite trying to reset my password, I kept receiving errors stating my email was invalid. I was even able to access my account details through another email but had no luck submitting a support ticket as it also said my credentials were invalid. It's frustrating to face such difficulties, especially after being recommended to Swagbucks by Martin Lewis on a money program. I intend to inform Mr. Lewis about the lack of assistance from Swagbucks and the inability to reach out to anyone for help.

A few months ago, I attempted to redeem a $5 Gift Card from Swagbucks. Waiting for the verification code was time-consuming, so I requested several. They all arrived at once an hour later, leaving me unsure which one to use. Consequently, my account got locked, and now I can't redeem anything until I verify my identity. Despite my efforts, the link they keep sending me refuses to accept a clear photo of my Canadian ID. Each time I submit a ticket about this problem, they send the same unhelpful third-party verification link that doesn't acknowledge my ID. This situation has become extremely frustrating, leading me to stop using the site even though I used to enjoy it.

I referred my mom to Swagbucks, hoping she would get the 10,[redacted] SB deal for using DoorDash. I did this deal recently and got my PayPal cashout, everything went well. However, her Swagbucks account is only showing [redacted] SB as pending, and I'm not sure why. I suspect it might be because I set up her account on my phone using her information due to her struggles with typing from severe rheumatoid arthritis. I am aware that they can track device activity, but it's not an attempt to cheat the system. I want to ensure my mom receives the 10,[redacted] SB as promised. I will log out of her account now. I'm struggling to reach customer service through her account.

I am feeling incredibly disappointed and upset. As a new member of Swagbucks, I had been enjoying the platform immensely. The customer service was commendable, and the site was user-friendly even for someone like me. I devoted considerable effort to earn Swagbucks, investing my own money in game offers. I eagerly anticipated redeeming my rewards. However, to my dismay, my account was suddenly deactivated. I lost all the hard-earned money and the funds I had spent on game offers were wasted. I feel let down by the lack of communication from customer service, which differs greatly from my previous positive encounters. Research on platforms like Reddit has revealed numerous similar cases where people are facing unexplained deactivations and receiving inadequate canned responses or no response at all. I am seeking a prompt resolution to reactivate my account as I believe I have not violated any rules. Given the current economic challenges many individuals are facing, losing this opportunity to earn extra income is distressing for me and others in similar situations.

Hello, I have been a loyal customer of SB since [redacted]. Recently, I encountered a virus in Chrome and had to uninstall it. However, when I reinstalled Chrome, SB did not function correctly. I briefly accessed SB using Firefox, but my account got deactivated, prompting me to contact customer support. Despite the challenge of not being able to log in, I submitted a ticket through another email address. The initial response I received did not resolve my issue, and attempting to reactivate my account through a secondary email account proved unsuccessful. I recently changed my email address but kept the same phone number. I am unable to reset my password as the email for confirmation is outdated, and phone verification is not available. The support from Swagboy has been unhelpful, sending only generic links. I submitted a support request, but the 30-day response time is excessive, especially with funds at stake. I fear my account may be closed due to inactivity. The lack of a customer service hotline or accessible assistance is frustrating and inconvenient.

I'm having an issue submitting a receipt because the camera doesn't open. I go through the steps to upload my receipt, but when I press upload, nothing happens. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and allowing permissions on my phone, but it still doesn't work. How can I resolve this problem and successfully upload my receipt?

I recently clicked on the Alliant Credit Union offer but encountered an issue. After filling out the required information, I received a code that seemed to have caused some trouble. Despite my attempts to input the code, I faced difficulties completing the process. Eventually, after a series of attempts, I received a message stating that I had finished the offer. However, I am certain that I did not successfully enter the code and submit it. I am eager to participate in this offer and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Upon trying to log into my account after a couple of years, I was informed that it had been deactivated and to reach out to Customer Support. Unfortunately, this presents a challenge as I cannot access my account to contact them via the activity log. Even after attempting to seek assistance from the Swagbucks Bot, I have been unsuccessful. I am reaching out for the second time as I still have not received a helpful response regarding my issue. I need assistance with syncing my gameplay progress between my phone and iPad. I started playing Solitaire Monopoly on my phone and later switched to my iPad, assuming that since both devices use the same email address, which is [redacted], my progress would be saved across both. However, when I returned to play on my phone, I realized that my progress on the iPad, where I have reached level 23, was not reflected. I had trouble downloading the Phase 10 offer from their SB app, but managed to get it from the Play Store instead. I was wondering if I will still receive the reward for it. When I tried to submit my question and info, the app would crash before I could finish. How else can I reach out to them regarding this issue? On another note, I reached level 84 on Bingo Pop, and now I'm on level 14 of Dice With Buddies, still actively playing. I am curious if I will receive any compensation for playing these games, or if I might have been the victim of a scam. None of the SB apps download directly to my phone, so I download them from the Play Store instead.

I took advantage of the Dice with Buddies offer for $41, but I'm unsure of the start date. I reached level 36 but didn't receive credit. I'm not very familiar with navigating the platform, being 66 years old. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but due to a factory reset on my phone, I lost all my Swagbucks and Dice with Buddies details.
