I previously contacted you regarding a coin order issue. I received a coin different from the one I ordered, as I was expecting a Morgan silver dollar. I intend to return it but I'm concerned I may not get a refund due to the error. Additionally, I won some kitchen sponges weeks ago but haven't received them yet. Please assist me with these matters. I'm extremely disappointed with the service on this site and will not be using it again. The buyer protection program is misleading and ineffective. I have been overcharged for multiple items due to combined totals, preventing me from returning any items. Not only have these items not arrived, but I have yet to receive a refund for the overcharges. Despite multiple emails sent over the past two weeks, I have not received a single reply. I will be reaching out to the BBB regarding this issue.

I made 9 purchases on Tophatter in November [redacted]. The day after, I revisited the site to check on my orders, only to find out they were all canceled without refunds to my debit card or PayPal. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any response or assistance. I am distressed as these items were intended for my family's Christmas gifts, and Tophatter owes me $95.08 for the canceled orders. I am relying on your help to resolve this issue promptly.

My phone keeps freezing, and I just won a beautiful long white dream catcher, but my payment system is not accepting my debit card. It froze last night while I was playing Coin Master. To summarize, I spoke with my online banking, and we discovered a fraudulent charge of $4.42 on my account, leading to the closure of my debit card. I plan to visit a bank tomorrow to get a temporary card and will also head to Tacoma, near my location, to exchange my iPhone 11, covered under warranty, for a new one. I am eager to receive the dream catcher. What steps should I take next?

I purchased 7 items, but only 3 of them were marked as delivered on your website. However, these 3 items never arrived at my address as specified on the receipt. The tracking number provided led me to discover that the items were actually delivered to a different city and state. I am extremely frustrated with Tophatter for this mistake. Requesting a refund is not the solution to this problem. It is disappointing that Tophatter's CONTACT US feature seems ineffective and I doubt I will receive a response to this message.

One day, I suddenly couldn't access my account. I have several orders dating back to August that I haven't received despite paying for them. When I try to log in, it tells me my password is incorrect. When I click on "forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset it, it just redirects me back to the login page without letting me change my password. This whole situation is very frustrating for me. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

I purchased two dragon toys for my grandsons and was extremely surprised, disappointed, and upset when I received two small plastic items that resemble those from a Christmas cracker. They are nothing like the pictures shown, and I feel deceived and misled. Additionally, I ordered a large pink stuffed toy and was sent a small toy instead. I will not be using this site again and I am contemplating reporting it for misconduct. I feel mistreated and demand compensation for this situation. It is unacceptable how I have been treated, and I am shocked by this experience.

I have not received any items I ordered since October. The deliveries were not made to my registered address with Tophatter. I am very upset as these were intended as Christmas gifts totaling $87.58. I do not want store credit, I want a refund to my bank account. The $31.71 credit I have should also be refunded to my bank account. I will not shop with them again as this has been a disappointing experience. All my items were incorrectly delivered to West Jordan, UT [redacted], while I reside in Decatur, Illinois. I am unsure how to explain this to my grandchildren who are visiting for gifts in 4 days. Being on a limited income, I cannot afford to lose this money.

I am requesting a refund for the items I purchased on Top Hatters due to receiving incorrect products. I have returned multiple items and no longer wish to shop there. Specifically, I received placemats instead of the area rugs I ordered. Please refund the money to my bank account. Thank you.

I won four toys through bidding on Tophatter, but three of them are not as described. They are requesting me to return them for a refund, but I can't print the return labels as I can't go out and have no one to do it for me. I am disappointed as a long-time Tophatter customer and believe it's unfair to receive misrepresented products. The orders I received are #[redacted]94, #[redacted]80, and #[redacted]29. The one pending delivery is #[redacted]68, matching the last one received. I've already submitted photos to Tophatter. Can I please get a refund, including an instant refund option? I purchased a remote control car for Christmas, but what arrived is not what was described. I received a tiny toy that doesn't even have a remote control as advertised. It's only 4 inches long and supposed to transform into a robot, but it's a disappointment. I paid $10 for something that feels like a dollar store item. I'm upset that I won't be able to give this to my 7-year-old nephew as planned. I want a refund and the return address to send this back. I also have other items ordered that I'm dissatisfied with and need to return them. I'm frustrated with this last-minute Christmas shopping situation. I purchased two blankets from a Tophatter auction for $21.50 each. The description indicated they were 'plush,' portrayed as thick and furry. Unfortunately, the blankets I received were thin and the wrong colors, far from what was advertised as 'plush.' Upon finally obtaining the return information, I sent the blankets back requesting a refund. However, upon checking the return status, I was shocked to see the case marked as 'closed' with the reason being that the seller claimed the items were not returned on time. I am hoping for a refund credited back to my bank account.

Dear Support Team, I discovered that my orders were canceled on December 21st. Subsequently, I noticed two transactions on my bank account: Batch #[redacted] for $50.92, and Batch #[redacted] for $18.02, the latter of which was canceled by me. I am not interested in keeping the credit; I insist on receiving a refund to my card ending in [redacted], as per the [redacted]% refund policy. I will be closing my account due to this lack of trust. If I do not receive a full refund promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue legally and publicly. This is my second tablet order for a family member placed back in September. However, it never arrived, and they charged me $50.09. Despite opening multiple cases and sending emails to customer service, I have not received any response. According to the order note, they should refund if no delivery is confirmed. It has been over three months, the item is still listed as "in transit," and it seems like it was returned to the seller. Unfortunately, my money is still being held with no resolution in sight.

I am disappointed with most of my orders from Top Hatter. The items are late or don't match the auction site's pictures. When I cancel, the refund goes to my Top Hatter credit, not my bank account, which is frustrating. The lack of instructions for some products makes it hard to use them with other devices. The jewelry appears cheap and inauthentic. Please refund the money to my bank account. Also, my email address was changed incorrectly, and I couldn't correct it. Thank you, Dea Pitari.

I recently purchased a mandala rug advertised as suitable for a bedroom or den, with order number #[redacted]20. However, upon delivery, I received a 15" round carpet scrap that is not even big enough for a placemat. I have tried reaching out for assistance but was continuously directed to different representatives asking for additional payments. I strongly believe that I should not be charged anything for a refund. Any fees applied seem unjust and only add to the frustration of dealing with multiple incorrect orders in the past. I am requesting a refund without any additional charges.

I bought colored disposable face masks from Tophatter on December 2, [redacted]. I expected them to be 3-ply with adjustable ear elastics, but they turned out not to be. The order number is [redacted]39, from a seller named Tina, delivered on December 19, [redacted]. I received a message stating that items cannot be returned or refunded 30 days past the delivery date. I have been attempting to get these resolved since December 19th.

My account has been missing for months, and I haven't received several orders. I have sent emails before, and there is money involved that I need to see returned, or products delivered. I really liked this header at first, but now many orders are missing, showing as delivered. I live in a safe neighborhood, and no one has stolen these items. I am home all day to receive deliveries. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Before Christmas, I placed multiple orders with Tophatter. Every time an order arrived, it contained the wrong item or only part of the item. I'm frustrated because they have consistently deceived me. For example, I ordered a remote control car and received a Hot Wheels toy instead. When I purchased a 20-piece Rajani in route set, they only sent one piece. Similarly, I asked for a large helicopter, but they sent a small one. Each time, the items did not match their descriptions. I believe this behavior is fraudulent, and I am seeking a resolution.

I recently placed an order for a box of drimel fittings on Tophatter. However, I received a bag with the incorrect amount of fittings. Additionally, I ordered a 6ft Xmas tree with lights, but I was sent an 18" tree without lights. It seems that Tophatter may be a platform where dishonest sellers try to deceive buyers. Instead of having a customer support team to assist with such issues, they rely on an automated website, making it difficult to address problems. When I asked for the contact details of the Xmas tree seller, Tophatter did not outright refuse but avoided addressing the request, hoping I would give up. While I have received a refund for the Xmas tree, I am still waiting for the resolution regarding the drimel fittings. I am hoping to receive the correct items as originally ordered.
