I've been attempting to order a factory image USB stick for my Toshiba laptop, but I keep encountering issues with the email address I enter, which is [redacted] The website I am using is now Dynabook United States. The laptop was originally purchased from Best Buy in Mason City, Iowa by Edward B. I later acquired it from him. My name is Mark P. Edward B. bought the laptop from Best Buy on 11/21/[redacted]. I've tried numerous phone numbers, but none of them connect me to a live person to assist me. I would appreciate any help with resolving this situation.

My Toshiba 65-inch smart TV, model 65L621U, SKU [redacted], was working perfectly this morning but suddenly won't power on this evening. The Toshiba logo flashes briefly, followed by the power/indicator light blinking red five times, and then the TV remains off. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like unplugging it, pressing the manual power button, and changing the remote batteries, the issue persists. This TV was bought back in [redacted].

I received a TV from my uncle, which had been stored in my old room for about 10 months without being used. I set up the TV yesterday in my house, plugged it in, connected my dish and Roku stick, and everything was working fine. However, about 5 hours later, the screen suddenly went black while the sound was still present. I checked to see if the backlight was the issue, but it's just a black screen. Even after unplugging everything and trying again today, the Toshiba TV flashes briefly before returning to a black screen.
