Today around 1:25 pm, I placed an order on Ubereats. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue with the delivery address. Even though my estimated delivery time was 2:45 pm, my food still hadn't arrived by around 3 pm. After communicating with the driver who was trying to sort out the address problem, I was informed that he had another delivery to make before mine. Feeling frustrated, I decided to cancel the order. To my surprise, I received a message from Ubereats stating that my order was canceled because they couldn't reach me, and I would still be charged. I am upset about this situation and demand a refund for the undelivered food. If not resolved, I will have to escalate this matter further. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be using Ubereats services again.

This morning, I discovered a McDonald's package on my front doorstep that was mistakenly delivered via Uber Eats around 2 p.m. the previous day. The food had been left outside overnight, leading to animals scattering wrappers and bits of food in my front garden. I had to clean up the mess, including leaking wrappers, fries, burger bits, and spilled Fanta and Coke. Since I only noticed the McDonald's package today due to using the back entrance last night, I believe the delivery driver made an error. I am requesting some goodwill credit as compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding an order I made today through your app. Order number #02AC1. The delivery person had the wrong address compared to the one I provided in the app. He refused to deliver to the address I specified because it was further away, and he would not be paid for that distance. He clearly implied that I was lying and had input a different address to pay less for delivery. In the end, he claimed to have delivered the order when I received nothing. I was charged for the order, had to replace it with the restaurant, and pick it up myself! The support team refuses to consider a refund, and I find this completely unacceptable! Please contact me promptly about this because I will not let this go! Additionally, it is impossible to reach you by phone, customer service is nonexistent. I will not recommend you and will not order from you again if you don't find a solution quickly! Thank you in advance.

I placed an Uber Eats order for checkers on Oct 18, [redacted]. Despite entering special instructions for each item, my order was incorrect. After reaching out to Uber Eats, I was told no instructions were attached, which was not true. They offered a refund for "damaged items" (though nothing was damaged) to be processed within 3-5 business days. When no refund arrived by Oct 24, I contacted them again. Each representative responded generically, focusing on instructions rather than addressing my refund concerns. Eventually, I discovered the refund was applied to a payment method not linked to my account, causing frustration. I requested the refund to be processed to the original payment method promptly to avoid bank fees due to their error. Despite multiple interactions, my concerns were not taken seriously, leading to a negative account balance. Uber Eats' handling of this matter has been unsatisfactory and unprofessional, lacking in resolution and causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Hi, I am reaching out with an issue regarding my Uber Eats Pass subscription. I followed the guidance provided by Uber on canceling the pass in the app, but I cannot locate the "Auto-Renew" toggle as instructed. This has led to charges on Sep/27/21 and Oct/27/21, despite not using the service during that time. As I am currently away, I am unable to access the service and would like Uber to assist in canceling my subscription immediately. I entered the promo code 2109EATSUS on Uber Eats for a $30 discount on an order placed on October 25th. Although I entered the code in the promo section, it wasn't applied. Uber Eats informed me that since 48 hours have passed since the order, they can't correct it. I got an email stating there was a temporary hold on my credit card for the total amount, but it wouldn't be charged then. However, the full amount was charged, and now they say they're unable to resolve it.

I placed an order for Tacos on October 28, [redacted], at 12:13 AM at TAQUERIA HOY! located at [redacted] E 4th St, Santa Ana, CA [redacted]. My order number was CB0FB under Yeji K. After waiting for about an hour, the delivery driver was changed twice. The second driver, a Black woman, expressed concerns about the order stating they waited for over 10 minutes, and the location was not efficient as they helped four walk-in customers while waiting. Unfortunately, the order went missing after these interactions. The restaurant confirmed that both drivers had picked up my order, resulting in it being made three times. I was then forced to go to the restaurant after waiting for over an hour and incurred additional costs. I believe the situation is unacceptable, and I request that the two drivers be addressed, and a refund be issued promptly to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers. Thank you.

I placed an order for speedy delivery expecting it in 25-35 minutes, but the food arrived after 50 minutes. When I opened the order, I found that a portion of chips and treacle sponge with custard was missing, and the food was lukewarm due to the extended delivery time. Despite contacting the Harvester restaurant about the missing items, the on-call manager was unhelpful and kept redirecting me to Uber for a refund. I believe I should receive a full refund considering the delay in delivery and the missing items. Please process this refund promptly, as per the restaurant's policy. I placed an order at Outback Steakhouse on 10/28, which was my anniversary with my wife. Around 4pm, I inputted a $50 gift card, but it ended up charging my PayPal instead of the gift card. I reached out to Outback and then Uber Eats for help, but unfortunately, I couldn't change the payment method to the gift card. While my total came to $52 plus tip, they only deducted $50 from PayPal. I want that amount refunded and transferred to the gift card. Despite this, the delivery was prompt and accurate. 1. Your customer service is disappointing! The absence of working phone numbers and live chat is frustrating. It's truly a joke! 2. I recently tried (and hope I didn't) to purchase a honeybaked ham and bean casserole for a friend dealing with the loss of her husband. As a senior, ordering from Uber Eats seemed like a challenge for me. 3. After attempting to place this order for over 5 days for a delivery on November 3, I never received a confirmation email from Uber Eats. 4. Upon checking my credit card, I noticed several charges from Uber Eats even before finalizing my order. I was able to correct some errors but still see pending charges on my bank statement. 5. How many additional charges are associated with my Uber Eats account? I need to cancel all pending orders with Uber Eats delivery and appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Order number 3F603 with Cosmic Wings in Portland, ME for $37.42. The delivery included Waffle Fries, 1 Pepsi, 9pc Tenders, 9pc wings (buffalo), and 9pc wings (honey bbq). Unfortunately, the driver delivered a bag from the wrong restaurant, Applebee’s, with the following incorrect items: Waffle Fries, no Pepsi, 9pc tenders, no 9pc wings (buffalo) or 9pc wings (honey bbq). Instead, received two additional sides of regular French fries from Applebee’s. Requesting a full refund or credit due to the error. Unable to reach the driver and faced technical issues with Uber and Uber Eats apps. Struggled to find customer service help online, and the discovered phone number connected to a closed call center. The delivery driver informed me that my order was dropped off, but it was actually left at a different location. Even though the intended recipient didn't accept the delivery, the driver almost drove away with my order worth over £20. Luckily, I managed to stop them in time. I've never had issues with previous drivers, but this one clearly didn't follow instructions or check the correct address. I tried contacting support, but as I didn't have an active order, I couldn't report the problem through Uber. The food arrived late and cold, despite the short distance. Misrepresenting that the delivery was completed when it wasn't is unacceptable. I'm quite frustrated and would appreciate if all drivers could review instructions carefully, confirm the recipient, and be familiar with the area they are serving. More training is definitely needed for both drivers and riders.

Hello, I have already been in touch with Uber regarding this matter. I was assured I would receive a refund, but it never came through. The second message I sent about the order expired, and the case closed while I was waiting for the refund. In regard to your inquiries: I can provide a picture of the receipt. Regarding the issues with the items - we ordered 2 BBQ burgers, but they did not resemble anything BBQ; they tasted more like regular cheeseburgers from McDonald’s. Furthermore, the chips were cold and hard. Despite the driver not taking much longer than expected, the food seemed more stale than fresh. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. If I had been dining in a restaurant, I would have definitely requested a replacement for the meals. Yesterday, I received 2 meals promptly after ordering. However, there seems to be a discrepancy with the billing. I was charged £22.20 on my card, instead of the expected total of £19.99 as per the tip I added when placing the order. This situation had occurred previously, and it was explained that the tip was added later. Nevertheless, in this instance, I can confirm that the tip was included before I finalized the order. If this issue persists, I will have to stop using your services. Kindly provide some clarification on this matter.

I need help with my Uber Eats delivery driver account. One of my deliveries got canceled, and a customer service representative called me to verify my account. They reset my password, but after I signed back in, I got logged out again during a delivery. I haven't received any verification codes since then, and I've been unable to access my account for six hours. I have earnings in my Uber account that I can't retrieve. My name is Chantelle Horrigan. I placed an order with Uber Eats but didn't have enough funds in my account, so now I owe them $2.06. I added $26.00 from my Zip account as Uber Cash to pay for this owing amount, but Uber is asking to deduct the $2.06 from my linked account instead of the Uber Cash. I need to use my Uber Cash, which has been sitting in there for some time now, but the system won't let me place a new order until the $2.06 is paid. I need help because Uber should have been able to deduct the $2.06 from the $26.00 Uber Cash balance. Appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Today, my food arrived an hour late, well past the expected time of 4:30 pm, finally showing up at 5:35 pm. After numerous attempts with about 20 calls to the restaurant, they only answered shortly before the delivery arrived. They requested my address and phone number even though this information was already provided. The delivery driver also got lost, despite us using the same address multiple times with UberEats. He asked me to walk to meet him, which I declined.

My brother, with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted], and I placed an order that included a medium Big Mac meal, a medium triple cheeseburger meal, and 20 nuggets with BBQ sauce. We discovered our order was missing both drinks, which led us to refuse to eat until they were delivered. After contacting the driver, he promised to return with the drinks, but we are still waiting after 20 minutes. Upon opening my burger, I found a short black hair inside. Despite only receiving $15 back, we insist on either receiving the complete order we paid for or a full refund. We are dissatisfied with the service provided and the mistakes in our order.

I am experiencing an issue with the Uber driver who completed my Walmart order. The driver, Nelly, only delivered one item out of nine and falsely claimed to have delivered all. Despite providing a photo showing only a jar of honey, she stated she delivered 25 items. Video footage from our building's security cameras proves otherwise. This incident occurred in Johnson City, TN. Nelly drives a Honda Accord, and the total charge was $71.96. Although I reached out to Walmart on Market St., they directed me to Uber as they are not responsible for the drivers.
