I recently placed an Uber Eats order from Man vs Fries, but unfortunately, none of the items I received were correct. Even though the receipt was accurate, I received 2 burritos instead of the 2 So Cal Asada fries I ordered. Additionally, the burrito I requested with Flamin Hot Cheetos and no sour cream still came with sour cream. Instead of the variety of desserts I ordered, I only received 2 cheesecakes and 2 regular cookies. I can provide photo evidence of my order along with the receipt. I spent $80, and it is disappointing that nothing was as expected. Thank you for your help.

I recently ordered from Uber Eats for Man vs Fries and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I had ordered * So Cal Asada Fries but received * burritos instead. I have been unfairly charged twice for McDonald's orders, one of which I did not receive and was also charged a tip. I need a refund of £56.47 for one order placed on 20th December and the double charge on 4th December. Despite attempting to resolve these issues on the app, my funds have not been returned. Order number: #E8B22 Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my delivery. The driver named Bahadar delivered the wrong order, which belonged to someone named Martell with order number FC0A6. I reached out to the restaurant, and they advised me to contact Uber for a refund since they couldn't fix the mistake. I have evidence of the incorrect delivery, and I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I'm concerned about the lack of communication on this matter and hope for a prompt resolution. I am requesting a full refund for this inconvenience.

I recently placed an order at Popeyes for delivery. The delivery person mentioned my buzzer was not working, so she left my order unattended downstairs on a table. She insisted that the time for delivery had lapsed, although she had just arrived at the building. She alleged my buzzer was faulty, but upon checking, it was functional. After investigating the table where she purportedly left my food, it was nowhere to be found. I have been attempting to reach out to address this issue as I paid for my order but did not receive it. I am requesting to speak with a representative.

Uber driver left with my food without contacting me. My order number is ‘7D8D0’ from 'Le Viet Sandwich Mont Royal'. The app indicated the driver would arrive in 5 minutes, so I waited in the lobby. Unfortunately, the driver didn't show up and I couldn't reach them. The app mentioned the driver tried to contact me, but I never received any communication. I saw on the GPS that the driver drove away. I would like a refund for the total of $34.33. Please contact me urgently. - Stasha

I placed an order with Retro Feasts using my email [redacted] The delivery drivers kept canceling, I had a total of 4 drivers who did not deliver my order. Eventually, the restaurant closed without delivering my food. Just 1 minute before closing, I was offered the option to pick up, but it was impossible to make it in time. I even paid for premium delivery service! I am requesting a full refund for my order.

I ordered lunch for delivery to my dormitory. I instructed the delivery person to drop it off at the dorm lobby. However, when I tried to contact the delivery person, my calls went unanswered. I searched for both the delivery person and the car model listed on the Uber App but could not locate either. What should I do next? I am unsure of the status of my delivery and where it was left.

I placed an order on the McDonald's app, but the courier claimed to have delivered it when they hadn't. Despite waiting, the order never showed up. I even reached out to McDonald's, and they directed me to you regarding the courier issue. I spent nearly an hour waiting for my food, which I had already paid for, without any luck.

Good evening, on October 30, [redacted], I placed an order at a taqueria in Uruapan, Michoacán. It took them over 40 minutes to even accept my order, so I decided to cancel it. I paid over [redacted] pesos with my card, and right after canceling, I received an email saying I would receive a refund within 10 business days. It's been almost 2 months, and I still haven't received my refund. What should I do now?

I received the incorrect order from the McDonald's on London Road in Brighton on December 20th. The receipt was accurate, but the items provided were not what I ordered. I have raised this concern with their in-app support and on Twitter. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses. They have mentioned that they will not provide compensation, even though I provided photos as proof. Additionally, they stated that they cannot issue a refund due to internal policies, which do not seem fair if I received the wrong order. They also claim that the matter has been resolved, but they keep closing the case prematurely.

Hello, today we placed an order at KFC which never arrived, and the app closed showing order received, but it never came. We called the restaurant twice and they told us the order had been delivered 20 minutes ago and that we should expect the delivery driver to be on the way. Later, we called again to say it hadn't arrived, and they answered that they couldn't do anything, advising us to contact Uber Eats to find out what had happened with the driver. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our meal today and we would like a refund. Looking forward to your response.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a food delivery that was extremely delayed. After waiting over 90 minutes for my order, I contacted the restaurant at the 45-minute mark only to be advised to continue waiting. The delivery finally arrived after 90 minutes with a delivery person who displayed rude behavior by banging on the door and being abrupt, even though we did not voice a complaint to him. This is the second instance where this restaurant has been significantly late with my order. I had placed the order for 8 p.m., and it just arrived not long ago.

Uber Eats mentioned there were multiple reports against my account for accepting food orders and then cancelling them. I have not completed any deliveries from November 29th to December 6th, then only once on December 12th, and once again from December 13th to 18th. On December 23rd, I placed an order with HoHo Chinese takeaway in London through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, and when I checked the app, it showed no record of the order. Despite this, Uber Eats charged £24.75 to my account for the order. The deduction appeared as UBER *trip, even though I did not take any trip. This is concerning, and I am at Temple Avenue in London. I am seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charge. I have evidence of the transaction from my bank account. I will also contact my bank to investigate this issue further. It is disappointing that such incidents occur, especially during these challenging times.

I placed an order for delivery from HoHo Chinese Takeaway on Southwark Park Road in London through the Uber Eats app on the **rd of December. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, and when I contacted Uber Eats, they said there was no record of the order in my app. However, they deducted **.** from my account on ** December for the order. My app only shows a deduction labeled as UBER *trip, but I did not take any trip. I find this situation concerning as my money has been taken without receiving the order. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge. I will also involve my bank in investigating this matter. This issue is particularly distressing during these challenging times.

While at Firehouse Subs in Orlando, Florida, I observed a driver parking in a disabled space without a permit. This behavior is concerning as my disabled mother relies on these spaces. I have gathered evidence, including pictures of the vehicle and driver.

My daughter made a purchase of about $66.00 at Applebee’s. She was tracking her Uber Eats driver who claimed to be at the corner of our house but marked the food as delivered and left with it. I tried to contact the driver, but she ignored my calls. Additionally, about $70.00 in Uber credit was lost. This isn't the first negative experience with Uber Eats. I will advise my family and friends to stop using Uber Eats in Harrisburg, PA due to the untrustworthy drivers. My pregnant daughter went without food all day, only to end up disappointed. Despite our loyalty, we have decided to stop using their services. Background checks for drivers are essential to prevent such incidents in the future. I will share my experience on Twitter and other social media platforms.
