I am experiencing wireless issues with the Ubiquiti wireless AP I purchased. After reaching out to their support team, I received an automated response that did not address my concerns. Despite providing further information upon their request, I have not received any meaningful assistance. After multiple attempts, I am disappointed with the lack of support. I feel disheartened by the company's apparent disregard for my concerns. I am sharing this feedback in the hopes that it may resonate with someone who can help, as my previous attempts have been unsuccessful.

I have a significant wireless network set up using Ubiquiti equipment. At first, I used M5 rockets as APs and PBM5 as stations. Recently, I decided to switch the M5 rockets to AC Prism Gen2 rockets while retaining the PBM5 stations. After the upgrade, I noticed that the communication metrics at the PBM5 level, like airmax quality and CCQ, were not performing well. I am seeking advice on the most suitable settings to configure in the wireless tab of the Rocket AC Prism to enhance the radio link quality. The network consists of PTMP links with approximately 25 connected CPEs.

Hello Support, we have been considering the configuration of the WLAN/DECT and would now like your assessment on whether this is feasible. The requirement is to have all guest WLAN devices in their own network/VLAN10 (10.92.10.X/24) and have them connect to the internet through Vodafone VDSL. The WLAN devices of the clinic should be in network/VLAN192 [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].X/24 and be able to communicate with network/VLAN92 [redacted].[redacted].92.X/24 to use CGM applications, also should have internet access through Vodafone SDSL (including Proxy). Currently, all wired devices in both .92 and .[redacted] networks connect to the internet through Vodafone SDSL (including Proxy). What doesn't work is the WLAN devices in the .[redacted] network that also need to connect to the internet through Vodafone SDSL (including Proxy) but currently go through Vodafone VDSL. The DECT APs are connected to the WLAN APs and should be "passed through" to the TK network/VLAN140. The two Vodafone DSL connections are connected to Sophos for adequate protection. I hope you can assist us with this issue and find a solution. Thank you in advance, Marijo M. Our company recently acquired an antenna, the AirMAX GigaBeam LR GBE-LR-60G, two days ago. We are encountering power-related issues during the setup process. The antenna is not receiving power from our switches. We use POE 24-48v switches that typically work well with our phones, cameras, and access points. Despite trying different cable types, we have been unable to connect the antenna using POE. However, the same cables successfully powered the antenna with a 24v adapter. We are looking to directly connect the antenna to our network without relying on adapters. Your insights on why POE is not functioning with our antenna and switches would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently bought a Dream Router and an Access Point. While setting up the Dream Router, I noticed it mentioned inserting a Micro Memory card which I didn't have then. Now I have a Memory Card and I'm wondering what it is used for and if I can store files to share with devices on the network. Thank you for your help.

Dear Ubiquiti Team, I am writing to address an alert we received on the Unifi controller regarding a system with a multiple address 10.x.x.x. Our central server, running a school server application (ISERV) on Linux, is linked to this IP which is a virtual machine on an ESXi-server. Despite our investigation with tools like Wireshark, we have not identified any other system with this IP address. Interestingly, the MAC address of the virtual machine differs from that of the physical NIC MAC address of the ESXi-host. I would like to understand why this multiple address alert is occurring and seek clarity on the issue of DHCP breakdown when enabling DHCP-snooping on the Unifi controller. While static IPs pose no issue, DHCP with DHCP-snooping enabled since updating to the latest release of the Unifi controller has caused disruptions in our network. This issue seems to be experienced by another colleague in a separate network with similar Unifi components. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Thomas Peter

Hello, I represent Gunnebo, a manufacturer of turnstiles. We have a customer interested in integrating your product with our turnstile. I require detailed technical drawings of the Access Reader G2, including precise measurements, to ensure it fits in our lid space. The technical information on your website was not sufficient. Time is of the essence due to our customer's deadline. Additionally, as a manufacturer, we would appreciate a complimentary sample of the Access Reader G2 to assess its compatibility with our turnstile. For further communication, please have your head of sales or integration partnerships reach out to me at [redacted] - Tom Sinciro.

I am currently using two NanoStation Loco M5 devices running Firmware XW v6.2.0.[redacted]. One is set up as an access point and the other as a station. When configuring the access point and selecting the UNI logo, I can disable the airMAX mode. However, the station configuration does not provide me with the option to disable it. It only lists priorities as high, medium, low, and base without any disable checkboxes, unlike the access point configuration. I am experiencing issues with the station not communicating with the access point, even though I have successfully set up the same configuration in the past.

Dear Ubiquiti Support, After changing our firewall, we have been experiencing numerous issues with our Wi-Fi. It's unclear whether this is related to the firewall change or just a coincidence. The overall connectivity has deteriorated significantly, with more users reporting frequent disconnections. In the past few months, several of our Access Points have become unresponsive after just over a year of use. Additionally, some access points are restarting randomly without any apparent cause. We use a Unifi network VM to manage approximately [redacted] Access Points across various locations. Your assistance in resolving these problems would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Paul Zigler
