I have been waiting for a refund for over 7 weeks for a cancelled order. Despite working with Acceptance Now (Alex), the store focal, and District Manager Stacy, I have received nothing but excuses and no returned phone calls. When calling 1-[redacted], I consistently receive a message that the mailbox is not set up. Value City owes us a $[redacted] refund. We were told a check was cut twice - the first one sent to the store never arrived, and the second check was supposed to be expedited and mailed, but we still have not received it.
