On Sunday, February 19th, [redacted], I purchased two identical Motorola Power phones and a separate SIM card from the electronics department at Walmart store #[redacted] in Mechanicsburg, PA. I still have the receipt. I activated one phone on the same night, but when I tried to activate the second phone on Thursday, February 23rd, TracFone informed me that it was not properly scanned at Walmart. Unfortunately, the Walmart store is far from where I live and I experienced difficulty getting assistance over the phone. I even contacted my local Walmart in York, PA, but no one was able to resolve the issue. Despite speaking with TracFone multiple times, they claim Walmart needs to fix the scanning error, while Walmart denies any problem on their end. This back and forth has been frustrating, especially considering my limited ability to travel to resolve the issue in person.

I placed an online order today for delivery at 1 store between 9-10 am. Received a notification about a delay. After trying to contact the store at 3 pm with no luck, I cancelled and reordered from another local Walmart with express delivery for 5:32 pm. It's now past 7 pm with no delivery. The store mentioned they had issues, rescheduled for 8 pm, but I shouldn't have to pay for express shipping. I hope for my order by 8 pm. If not, I'll reach out again. I've been waiting since 10 am, and need the items urgently. I'd appreciate at least a $10 refund if not more.

I ordered 11 items from Walmart expecting them between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., but now there's a 2-hour delay, and I'm frustrated by the lack of information. I encountered the same issue last night, had to cancel, and reorder only to face the same problem today. Whether it's due to rain or staffing shortages, I never had issues with Walmart delivery before, but two consecutive days of delays are concerning. I hope for clarity on the situation without attributing it solely to weather conditions.

While checking out at the self-service kiosk, my $[redacted] bill got jammed twice but was eventually retrieved by the Associate. Despite offering to pay by credit card, I was told to wait as they had to review the security footage to verify the incident, which took around 30 minutes. The Associate acknowledged my claim that I did insert the money. This experience made me feel like I was being held against my will and treated suspiciously, causing unnecessary distress.

I ordered a Coca-Cola miniature refrigerator from Walmart on the seventh. When I checked my account, it showed the item was out of stock but due to arrive on the 15th. However, FedEx never picked up the package and there is no shipment in transit. I am requesting a refund as I have not received the item. Additionally, my recent grocery order was incomplete, and despite being promised a $10 gift card by customer service, I never received it. The credit I was supposed to get in my bank account also never came through. If these issues are not resolved satisfactorily, I may have to shop elsewhere, even if it means paying more. The repeated frustrations with Walmart are becoming too much to handle.

Hello, I have been a loyal Walmart customer for a long time. Recently, I found a camera online priced at around $80 that I wanted to buy. However, as the shipping would take a few days, my husband bought the same camera at our local Walmart for $[redacted]. When I tried to get a price match in-store, despite the online price showing as $76 when she scanned the barcode on my package, I was told it wasn't eligible. This is contrary to the price match policy I found online. I am disappointed and frustrated by this unfair treatment. I am attaching my receipt and the box with the barcode for your reference. I would appreciate receiving the price difference owed to me as a valued customer.

Every time I call Walmart Customer Care, my screen goes black, and I can't press any options or even disconnect without removing the battery. It seems like the customer service line might be hacked, as the representatives I spoke with were transferring me for promo codes and then disconnecting the call before I could write them down. Now every time I call, the screen goes black again. It's unacceptable that my phone could be compromised this way. I've spent hours dealing with this issue and would like a formal complaint filed against Walmart for this. Kindly email me my promo codes and provide an extra $25 promo code as a courtesy for the inconvenience caused by these scammers.

Last summer, I faced continuous issues with Walmart's online site. Despite numerous complaints, I received multiple $15 promo codes as compensation for the inconvenience. This pattern persisted from August through September. Eventually, I requested they address the problem instead of issuing more codes. In short, after being flagged for allegedly misusing promo codes, I found myself unable to utilize them during online checkouts. It's baffling how they provided the codes and then penalized me for using them. I reported the situation to ethics in November [redacted], but received no response despite repeated follow-ups. As a senior citizen, I feel undeservedly mistreated. I am in search of Walmart's media phone number in hopes of resolving the ongoing disrespect.

I placed an order and provided a specific card for payment. However, Walmart charged a different card without authorization. I requested that they rectify the error by refunding the unauthorized charge back to the correct card. After being assured it would be resolved within 48 hours, I received a voicemail on 3/25/23. Upon speaking with Gary, who claimed to be a manager, I was informed that they were unable to correct the mistake or compensate me for their error in using the wrong card without permission.

I have been attempting to purchase a set of tires for the last two weeks. Every time I try to place my order, it gets cancelled due to "unusual activity" on my credit card. I can confirm that there is no such activity on my card aside from my online purchase attempts. After contacting customer service, I was told the issue was resolved. However, after reordering, my order was cancelled again for the eighth time within four hours. I am incredibly frustrated with this ongoing problem. If it is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to boycott Walmart in the future. Thank you, Larry M. Dillard.

On March 28th, I placed an order for a bed in a box from Walmart. Initially, the order went through, but moments later I was informed that it was canceled due to issues with my Visa card. Subsequently, I made a purchase through another website without any problems. Surprisingly, two large boxes arrived at my doorstep last Saturday. I wish to return the box sent by Walmart. I spoke with a helpful customer service representative, Shahan, who advised me to reject the delivery if possible, or to contact him again if needed. I kindly request guidance on the next steps to take. Being 74 years old and reliant on disability as my sole income, I am a regular customer at the Prestonsburg, KY store and value your services greatly.

I am in need of technical assistance. Please update the phone number that appears automatically in the online checkout app. Despite inputting my current number each time, an old number from six years ago continues to appear when I order groceries for delivery. This results in missed alerts and updates as they are being sent to the outdated number. I kindly request the correct number be set as the default for notifications.

I recently had groceries delivered and immediately received a text promising a $[redacted] gift card, which unfortunately turned out to be a scam. Despite not getting the gift card, there were unauthorized charges amounting to $[redacted] on my bank account. The text even displayed the Walmart logo, adding to the deception. I placed an order for 2 new tires on March 30th with a scheduled installation appointment, but upon arrival, the tires were not available, so I had to cancel. I was assured in an email that I would not be charged, yet the payment still went through days later. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I keep being told to wait for a refund - most recently being informed that it has not been issued. The back and forth conversation is exasperating, especially when they question my bank account status. I simply want my money returned promptly. Requesting store credit or to receive the tires directly was also dismissed. Dealing with Walmart has been a frustrating experience as customer service seems more focused on protocols than solving my problem. I have been promised callbacks within 2 days, which never happen, prolonging this frustrating ordeal.

I ordered four new tires on March **th and selected an installation time. Despite my scheduled appointment, the tires were not available, so I canceled the order. I requested store credit as an alternative, but was denied. The lack of attention to my issue and unfulfilled promises of escalation have added to my frustration. I am disappointed with Walmart's handling of this situation and hope for a resolution soon.
