Since early January [redacted], I have been trying to get help from WISH customer service regarding an order I made for Christmas that arrived too late for the intended recipients. Despite numerous attempts through the Automated Assistant and email, I keep receiving unhelpful responses with no resolution in sight. The delay in receiving the items caused me to purchase alternative gifts in a rush, resulting in me paying for both the WISH items and last-minute replacements. The items that arrived late are no longer needed, and I am disappointed with the lack of progress in finding a solution. I hope that my extensive communication history on the WISH site can be reviewed and a suitable resolution can be provided. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. On 12/13, I encountered a problem with my order from Wish. Instead of receiving the gaming chair I purchased, I received a mouse for a computer game system. I reached out to Wish to address the issue. They requested photos of the incorrect item, but I faced difficulties uploading them. Wish assured me a service representative would contact me within 1 to 3 days, but it has now been over 2 weeks with no response. Previously, I had a separate issue in July when I ordered an iPhone 11 with express delivery that never arrived. Wish refunded the delivery fee due to shipping delays but closed the case when I followed up later. I am seeking a resolution to this current $35 issue promptly to avoid further inconvenience with Wish. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund before they ship out the items on February 4, [redacted], to the original payment method. There may have been some leftover items in my cart from last year when I intended to purchase some pants. However, the page somehow processed the order without me confirming the correct size. I wish to cancel the entire order as I believe their actions are dishonest. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty obtaining a refund through the website since they require email verification, which I never received after multiple attempts. It seems like they are deliberately avoiding refunding customers. The order was placed on January 28, [redacted], with the order number [redacted]bb3adb09ed31e0. At the end of December, I ordered a medical emergency monitor. I believe the order number was [redacted]8. On January 7th, your company charged my bank account [redacted] euros. As of now, the monitor has not been delivered, and I have not received a refund. I request an urgent response due to the healthcare harm being caused, which could result in human losses for which you may have to answer. Hoping for a swift resolution during these challenging times for all of humanity, especially healthcare workers. I need to know if I will receive the monitor that your company offered and charged me for, or if I need to seek it elsewhere. In that case, I request an immediate refund of the charged amount.

Initially everything was fine, we confirmed with the bank to debit the amount. Once the bank confirmed, Wish took a long time to confirm this order. Subsequently, as it was still loading, we CANCELED the transaction. However, the bank still debited the amount. We checked the Wish app, but there were no orders placed. I have been communicating with Wish consultants via chat and email regarding my order for a Samsung Note 21U and a wig placed on November 28, [redacted]. Wish debited my account on December 1, [redacted]. In my order history, it initially mentioned I would receive the items by January 27, [redacted]. However, this message disappeared from my account before December 30, [redacted]. By the second week of January [redacted], I began contacting Wish support because the message was no longer there, and I was asked for an ID starting with 5, which I couldn't find. Despite providing proof of purchase like bank statements, shipping address, and my ID copy, they are still unable to trace my order after 64 days. I am now requesting a refund as I no longer trust Wish and want my money back.

This morning, I noticed a charge of $69 on my bank account. My wife made some orders, thinking items like a coat were under $10 as advertised. However, upon closer inspection, the prices were misleadingly displayed. As someone who struggles to read well, this caused confusion. I purchased a drone from Wish for business inspections. The drone was supposed to arrive by the 6th, but it still has not even shipped. I attempted to cancel the order on Saturday through Wish customer service, but received a message stating they were unable to cancel the order. I am Annie Isaac. I have not received the correct refund amount for my return items. I returned two front car seats and one rear back seat. I paid $[redacted].46 for the car seats and a wig. The car seat price was $21.00, and the wig was $22.00. The wig I ordered for $11.00 was not included, but I decided to keep it. I received a refund of $41.64, which is incorrect for the three seat covers. Please refund the remaining amount. Thank you.

I have encountered difficulties with tracking several packages from Wish, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from their customer service. I have paid for over 20 items, but they seem to be missing. The tracking numbers I have are BN[redacted] and BN[redacted]. The format of your questions for assistance is not helpful, and the customer service representatives I have spoken with have not been very effective in resolving this issue. I made a purchase, but the payment failed because one item was out of stock. When I tried again, the payment went through. However, I noticed I was charged twice for a total of 56€ per order. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email with no response. I am frustrated and request a prompt resolution to this issue. I insist on a refund of the duplicate charge. Hice un pedido programado para el 9 de enero, pero nunca llegó. Según la política de devolución, debía esperar hasta el 9 de febrero para recibir un reembolso. Ahora me han reembolsado el dinero como crédito en lugar de devolverlo a mi cuenta, lo que me preocupa ya que no tengo garantías de que mis pedidos futuros llegarán. On Saturday, I accidentally placed an order that I realized was incorrect. I tried to cancel it a few minutes later but despite sending several emails, I haven't received any confirmation. Companies like AMAZON and E-BAY, where I am also a customer, usually resolve cancellations promptly. However, I am facing difficulties with your service. I placed an order on February 6th for a tablet for 53 euros with shipping to Tomaino, order number 601e8eaec08c85e1bf588886. Even though you mentioned that the order would arrive by the 28th, I want to emphasize that I cancelled it immediately. Therefore, I expect a refund of 53 euros. I await a concrete response from you. I called the [redacted] number, but they directed me to call America, which seems unreasonable.

I continue to receive pop-ups requesting my address and a photo of my ID. I have submitted this information multiple times, and each time I am assured an email response within two to four days. However, it has been over six months, and I have yet to receive any communication from the company. Unfortunately, this issue is preventing me from completing my purchase, despite having items in my cart. Providing my email and driver's license copy was meant to resolve this, but the problem persists.

I ordered an electric bike, but the description changed a week later to an innertube. One of the lasers I ordered was different from the Gatling gun-like one advertised; instead, I received one with a key. Another laser was missing the head that focuses the light, and I only got a purple rectangle. The drone I ordered was meant to be a DJI 4, but I received a smaller HJHRC model. It was delivered on January 9th, and when I asked for a refund on February 8th, they said it was past the 30-day return policy, even though I ordered it on December 23rd. The time it took for delivery should not have been included in the 30 days. Additionally, I never received the tiger's eye beads I ordered.

I have a serious issue with Wish, and this is the fourth contact without getting any solution. I contacted WISH on June 28th of last year regarding 38 orders. It was a mistake because they were processed as firm orders when I actually wanted to keep them in the shopping cart as reservations. The products were mistakenly processed as firm orders without a payment proposal. The most serious problem is that I have not received several products that the company charged me for, and this is my third complaint without a response. The missing items are: 1. Sofa cover for 21 Euros, 2. Blue leather sneakers for 23.55 Euros, 3. Mobile belt holder for 3.74 Euros, and 4. Belt wallet for 3.73 Euros. The total charged was 52.02 Euros. Additionally, I had an issue where I thought I bought a knife but received a metal plate with a knife shape on it instead. I hope to finally receive a response from Wish regarding these matters.
